The Land of the Blind

Junior was born with a congenital neurological disorder, causing him to lose his sight before his first birthday. This fact changed the course of his life and tore his family apart.



Somehow, his condition has also rewired the parts of his brain related to hearing. The unique way he experiences sound is sometimes more a curse than a blessing, but it does inspire him with a passion for music.



Just as Junior’s life starts to feel like it’s maybe not so bad . . . well, the apocalypse happens.



But in the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
