Double Trouble

Do-Yun kept his distance, seeing both Goblin Champions on one knee, assuming he broke their ankles, literally, he was panting, gasping for air, and his lungs felt dry. He's been attacking and whittling down the condition of both Goblin Champions, his mana was now at less than half of his max mana capacity. He gripped the pipe, hoping they wouldn't get up any time soon.

"System. Pull up my Health and mana."

"FSH" The system pulled up the mana and health.

HP: 202/202

MP:32/100

"I can recoup some mana, possibly by resting. I don't have a mana potion or anything but the good old-fashioned way..."

He kept his distance as the two Goblin Champions glared at him contemptuously.

"Knuck if you Buck, Clumsy Fools." Do-Yun provoked them further, he couldn't see their health, but it was obvious, that they were physically battered. He could see swollen and bruised, Do-Yun planned to target those places next if they got up. He could feel his mana returning in small bits., but he rushed the Goblin Champions and grabbed one of their rusty swords, only to turn around, wielding a large sword he could barely lift.

"I've got one chance... Forward!" Do-Yun's Wheels grind against the plank floor, reaching high enough speed to suddenly propel himself forward to become a human counter-weight to the large sword he had taken from the Goblin Champion and easily cut into its leg, stopping at the bone, before he backed away, the Goblin Champion.

"It'll bleed out soon enough... I only got one more to worry about..." Do-Yun looked at the other champion, now roaring in pure rage and getting up to strike, despite its injured knee, Do-Yun noticed by looking at the discolored spots, and his wheels spun with Ethereal fury.

"Bleed...!" Do-Yun gripped his pipe and slammed his pipe into the Goblin Champion's bruised spots, two Blazers had come through the window, only to witness a boy on rollerskating sneakers whacking around Goblin Champion with a pipe that looked like a small war hammer, the Mage was about to cast a spell, but the archer stopped him, and pointed to Do-Yun.

"What is that kid doing...!?" The Mage sounded irritated

"Look at him go...those skates...I can feel faint traces of mana coming off them. and the way he's fighting two nearly evolved Goblin Champions is impressive...We found a diamond in the rough. We should recruit him." The archer noted.

"Nonsense." The Mage said as he prepared a lightning spell

"Yo Kid! Watch out!" The Archer said as the mage released the spell.

"Tsk! Thanks! Reverse!" Do-Yun looked Bummed that he couldn't finish them off, Do-Yun reverses, just before the lightning bolt hits both Goblin Champions, taking distance away, and covering his eyes from the blinding light of the lightning spell. His face is filled with notices a moment later.

LEVEL UP! LEVEL UP! LEVEL UP! LEVEL UP! LEVEL UP!...YOU LEARNED A NEW SKILL! YOU LEARNED A NEW SKILL!... LEVEL UP! LEVEL UP! LEVEL UP!

"Hey, Kid! Catch!" The Archer girl throws a card at Do-Yun. "You've clearly awakened! I can tell! I've written my name and the fact I've recommended you to join our guild on the back of that card! The archer girl then jumps away before Do-Yun could even say anything.

"Wait...But recruiting a minor...to a guild...is illegal..." Do-Yun said in a half dejected, half-defeated tone. Seeing a single goblin's greatsword, he put it into his inventory and walked back to class, most of the other students were scared, so Do-Yun walked in ever so casually.

"Is everyone alright?" Do-Yun asked.

He got no responses. everyone looked at him in disbelief. The only person who wasn't in the classroom when the Goblin champions nearly broke down the door but left the door alone, simply because of Do-Yun pulling their aggro to himself instead of his classmates.

"D-Dude... We thought you died..." One of the students looked at Do-Yun, growing a pair of balls to actually speak up.

"Yes! What you did was extremely dangerous. But as dangerous as it was... it also saved our lives. so thank you." The teacher sighed.

"How'd you shake them off?" Eun-Ji stepped forward, curious and cautious.

"I didn't," Do-Yun said. The room filled with collective gasps.

"Wait...Don't tell me you..." Seong-Ho looked genuinely mortified.

"Yes, I did," Do-Yun confirmed the suspicion.

Once again, the room filled with gasps.

"You fought them!?" Mi-Cha looked at him in disbelief with a tone that sounded more accusatory than anything.

"Yes. I leveled up a few times too." Do-Yun said ever so casually.

Eun-Ji sighed "Not only are you so casual about this... You're making jokes too..."

"Yep, heh heh." Do-Yun chuckled.

"All of you...Go home..." The teacher said that all students should be allowed to leave and evacuate the classroom.

Do-Yun left with Eun-Ji as all the students began filing out of the school building.

It was a nearly quiet walk home...Until Eun-Ji broke the silence.

"When did you awaken as a Blazer?" she asked, her tone was soft, but with a hint of trepidation.

"Not too long ago," Do-Yun said.

"When were you going to tell me?" Eun-Ji asked, her tone a bit sharper, she looked ahead of her, not even able to look Do-Yun in the eye. Her voice carried an undertone of betrayal.

"I planned to tell you today. How I awakened was...weird." Do-Yun confessed

"Explain. Now." Eun-Ji finally looked at him, her eyes filled with tears threatening to spill.

"I awakened on Friday after I dropped you home. The Meteor shower happened shortly after...
