Chapter 301: The Shadow of Power

Classic Blackwood stepped off the camp bus, stretching as the cool forest air surrounded him. The other students were still unpacking, setting up their tents, laughing, and figuring out their groups.

But then—the atmosphere shifted.

A low murmur spread through the crowd.

Classic frowned, turning toward the dirt road leading to the camp entrance.

That's when he saw them.

Twenty men.

Dressed in sleek black tactical gear, moving in unison, their eyes scanning everything around them with trained precision.

Blackwood security.

His father's guards.

They stopped just a few feet away, standing in a perfect formation. One of them, a broad-shouldered man with a scar running across his cheek, stepped forward.

"Master Classic." He inclined his head slightly. "Your father sent us."

Classic's jaw tightened.

What the hell was this?

This wasn't some elite business meeting or a dangerous diplomatic event.

It was a school camp.

And yet—Chris had just deployed twenty heavily trained guards to shadow him.

Classic clenched his fists, exhaling sharply. This wasn't protection.

This was a statement.

A reminder.

That no matter how far Classic tried to step away, his father was still pulling the strings.
