Chapter 519: A World Reshaped

Chris' POV

I stood before them, my presence alone demanding attention. The world had watched as I turned the United States from a democracy into a monarchy, not through war, but through strategy, influence, and undeniable power.

Now, the remaining democratic nations faced the same choice.

"To all countries still clinging to democracy—align with me."

The room fell into a heavy silence.

"Your governments are weak, torn apart by endless debates, corruption, and instability. You elect leaders who serve temporary interests, while your nations crumble under indecision."

I let my words sink in, watching the unease ripple through the democratic leaders. Some of them had once mocked my decision to reshape America. Now, they sat before me, knowing that their time was running out.

"The Blackwood Empire is not a dictatorship—it is an order. One that does not crumble every election cycle. One that does not bend to the whims of unstable politics. Under my rule, your nations will prosper."

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom cleared his throat. "And if we refuse?"

Ethan's smirk was barely concealed.

"Then you will watch your people suffer under the weight of your failing system. While those who stand with us grow stronger, your governments will be drowned in their own inefficiency. You will become relics of a broken world."

The President of Brazil leaned forward. "And if we submit?"

I met his gaze.

"Then you will have security, resources, and stability. You will still govern—but under the Blackwood Empire's structure. No more lobbyists controlling your policies. No more fragile alliances breaking at every shift in power. Only strength."

The Prime Minister of India was the first to nod. "We will align."

One by one, they followed.

Democracy was not taken by force. It was abandoned—by those who finally saw its weakness.
