The Warning
The last bell rang, but the tension between Haruto and Kirisaki didn't fade.
As the students poured out of the classroom, Kirisaki leaned casually against the wall, waiting.
Haruto stepped out, his golden eyes catching the way Kirisaki smirked.
"Skipping out on daddy's call, huh?" Kirisaki said, keeping his voice low.
Haruto barely spared him a glance. "And?"
Kirisaki tilted his head. "I don't think you understand. If you don't go to him willingly…"
He stepped closer, his breath brushing against Haruto's ear.
"I'll make you go."
Haruto's expression remained unreadable. But inside, something dark twisted in him.
He chuckled, the sound low and dangerous.
"Try it."
Kirisaki grinned, his eyes flashing with amusement.
"Midnight. The old gym," Kirisaki said, turning away. "I'll be waiting."
Haruto didn't reply. He simply watched as Kirisaki walked off.
The moment Kirisaki was out of sight, Haruto pulled out his phone.
> "Takashi. Track him. I want to know everything."
Takashi's reply came instantly.
> "Already on it."

Midnight – The Confrontation
Midnight arrived.
Haruto approached the abandoned gym, his steps slow, deliberate. The place smelled of rust and decay, long forgotten by the school.
Inside, Kirisaki stood in the center of the dark gymnasium.
But he wasn't alone.
Five men. Shadows behind him, watching, waiting.
Haruto stepped forward. "You should've brought more."
Kirisaki smirked. "I did."
The gym lights flickered—and more figures emerged from the darkness.
Ten. Fifteen. Twenty men. Armed. Waiting.
Haruto wiped his cheek where the wind from a bullet had just grazed him.
His golden eyes gleamed.
"Now this is interesting."
