"Where am I...?"
Jian Mu opened his eyes to endless darkness—a void stretching in every direction. His body felt weightless, floating as if he were no longer part of the living world.
"Am I… dead? Is this what death feels like…?"
A chill crept into his chest. Fear twisted with anger as his hand clenched over his heart.
"Damn it… Damn it all!"
Suddenly, a blinding light pierced through the void, swallowing him whole.
"What now?!" he growled, frustration boiling as his vision burned white.
When the light faded, he found himself standing amidst an inferno. Flames devoured the earth, and blood pooled like rivers around charred bodies.
"What… in the heavenly gods…?"
His breath hitched as his gaze locked onto a lone figure—standing atop a mountain of corpses. The man's face was smeared with blood, his features obscured. Yet, his eyes… piercing red, burned with a power that made Jian Mu's soul tremble.
Fear surged through him. His legs weakened, sending him sprawling backward.
"His gaze alone… is going to kill me…?"
Jian Mu turns back to see a huge army. The army looked to be about a hundred thousand men. All of them wearing a delicate golden armor.
A young man steps forward his mere presence makes Jian Mu feel even more fear.
'What... No way there's another monster... God dammit my luck is so bad... Wait this doesn't make sense they don't notice which means this is a dream... Lucky me!'
A loud voice spoke. "Today is the day you perish vile demon. Your crimes have come to and end. The Three Heavenly Supreme continents have issued a Divine Decree. There is no where to run or hide as now you've got your wish. The world is now your enemy!"
'N-no way... The Supreme continents? Divine decree? Just who is this guy...?'
Suddenly the sounds of swords were heard clashing. Jian Mu looked up to catch a glimpse of the Young general and the mysterious man clashing sword's. They blades sending shockwaves through out the battlefield as Arrows with fire come raining down from the air.
'So... Fast... There moving so fast I can't even see them properly... Even the arrows have no affect... When did they even move...'
Jian Mu watchs as the man catches a single arrow sending flying straight towards the army causing a huge explosion.
'Such immense strength... Just how strong are these two...'
Suddenly they both appear back on the ground. The man raising his voice.
"Is that all you got demon!?"
His voice cold, also sounding a bit of disappointment.
"Today we take down the demon! Come my men, Let us go to Victory!" He says with a confidence boosting the army's mind, clearing out what evere fear they had as they all cheered.
"FOR THE HEAVENS, FOR THE HEAVEANS!"
The army rushed the man surrounding as began attacking him use different sword technique and weapons.
As they surrounded the man he finally spoke in a voice of disappointment. "Demonic Arts First Style: Infernal Slash..."
Jian Mu see's a dark qi, causing the sword to glow with a dark crimson aura. As the man strikes the sword produces a dark, shadowy trail, leaving behind afterimages of the slash that appear to tear through everything, creating cracks in the air itself. The energy behind each strike distorts the space around it.
'W-what... The... F**k...?'
Jian Mu see's A horizontal slash that cuts through anything in its path. The man looking like his dancing changing stance after stance as Jian Mu intakes each and every movement burying it into his mind. He stares at the bloodshed in amazement.
'H-he bested them all alone... What a Monster...'
Everything then goes black as the young general scream at the man, his voice slowly disappearing.
"I will stop you, Heavenly Demon!"
And then back the void he lays floating.
'Im back here... But why? What was the meaning of all this? That man is the first heavenly demon!? His techniques I can vaguely remember them but I can still recall them. Each of his movements looking like a dance that brought death to the army...'
Suddenly a burst of light came making him blind as it consumed the darkness.
'Shit... Not again!' His voice fades as he feels himself disappearing with the darkness.
He slowly opens his eyes as the sun stares back at him.
"W-where am I...?" He look at his surroundings seeing that it the forest he was cultivating in.
"I-im alive!" He holds his chest feeling his heart beating fast.
"And my qi feels different... Did I break through the next realm!?" He question himself trying to keep himself composed.
"I did... I broke through... I proved that bastard wrong! Wait does that mean he lied to me...?" He questions feeling uneasy if the figure had lied to him.
"I'll have to ask him when he appears again but right now I need to test something..." Jian Mu says as he picks up his sword. He then takes a deep breathe and gets into a stance, he stands with his sword sheathed, his body is slightly angled, with his left foot forward and his right foot behind to ground himself.
"Demonic Art First Style: Infernal Slash!"
His dark qi energy from his core into his arms, allowing it to pool at his fingertips. A faint crimson-black aura begins to pulse around the blade.
With a slow breath, he tightens his grip and lowers his stance, causing the ground beneath his feet to crack slightly as he gathers force. His eyes burn with a cold, red light as the air around him distorts as he slashes she sword horizontally.
A black qi slashes out from the word causing a huge explosion.
"N-no way... I did it... So powerful the tree's are desimated... But it's not as strong as his..." Fragments of the man appears on his head, the same move he did destroyed everything around him leaving nothing behind.
"Damit... The guard's will come because of the explosion."
Jian Mu speeds off racing against time to reach his dorm room but a smirk appearing on his face as he runs.
"I'm going to destroy them..."
