Chapter 65: Azure Sky

At this moment, in front of the graceful Rosalind, a scroll emitting a hazy glow floated silently. The surface of the scroll was covered with densely packed text.

Upon closer inspection, these were no ordinary words but unique wizard glyphs.

Each character was composed of intricate mental power symbols, seemingly containing countless mysteries.

What made these glyphs special was that they could not be deciphered with the naked eye alone writing, reading, and even hearing them required the consumption of mental energy.

Lynn's sharp gaze swept over the text from beginning to end, scrutinizing every detail without missing a single stroke.

Fortunately, he was now a Third-Level Apprentice with sufficient mental power to support this arduous task; otherwise, it would have been nearly impossible to complete.

After carefully reading through the entire contract, Lynn confirmed there were no issues.

Taking a deep breath, he gathered his mental energy and steadily signed his name at the bottom of the contract:

"Lynn Cole."

Seeing this, Rosalind's beautiful eyes flashed with a hint of satisfaction.

The moment the contract was signed, the dynamic between Lynn and her naturally changed their relationship became closer and more profound.

With a casual snap of her fingers, a ghostly blue soul flame ignited on the scroll.

The flames consumed the parchment, transforming it into a peculiar mist that swirled in the air before splitting into two wisps, which then wrapped around both Lynn and Rosalind, symbolizing the binding of their contract.

"Focus your mind. I will now impart the knowledge to you..."

Rosalind's soft lips parted, her voice low and soothing.

The moment her words fell, countless petals suddenly appeared before Lynn's eyes. These petals, shimmering with a faint light, seemed to have a life of their own as they drifted toward his forehead.

As the petals merged into his consciousness, they instantly transformed into a torrent of complex and vast knowledge, surging directly into his mental domain.

Even with Lynn's extraordinary mental strength, he felt as if his head were being pierced by a thousand needles at once a relentless, agonizing assault on his mind.

To make matters worse, the content of this advanced meditation technique was entirely recorded in wizard glyphs.

Each character required him to expend additional mental energy to translate and comprehend.

The pain made the process even more excruciating, yet Lynn gritted his teeth, cold sweat beading on his forehead as he endured the torment, gradually absorbing the flood of information.

Finally, he deciphered the first line of text:

"Azure Sky Meditation Technique, Volume I."

"Azure Sky Meditation Technique..."

Lynn murmured the words, momentarily stunned. He was well aware of his limited knowledge of the supernatural and had no clue about the origins of this meditation method.

"Indeed, the azure sky shines upon us, paving the way forward..."

Rosalind spoke softly, then solemnly warned Lynn never to reveal any information about this meditation technique.

After issuing the warning, she began explaining the unique traits of the Azure Sky Meditation Technique, briefly outlining how it differed from other advanced meditation methods.

The commonality among all advanced meditation techniques was their ability to push the limits of human mental power, allowing it to reach forty points significantly increasing the chances of successfully advancing to a full-fledged wizard.

However, the Azure Sky Meditation Technique stood out for its unparalleled compatibility with Nature Wizards, almost as if it were specifically designed for them.

Beyond breaking mental power limitations and accelerating meditation efficiency, this technique had a unique effect on Life Seeds.

Even before officially becoming a wizard, an apprentice could begin to perceive certain characteristics of their Life Seed, allowing them to better prepare for the permanent spell imprint required for their future advancements.

Once they successfully advanced, the Azure Sky Meditation Technique could further enhance the quality of the supernatural plants nurtured by their Life Seed.

That said, these benefits were still distant prospects for Lynn.

Rosalind only briefly touched upon these aspects before shifting to more immediate, practical advantages.

"When Bloodline Wizards break through to become full-fledged wizards, their inherent bloodline provides significant support,"

Rosalind explained slowly, "but Nature Wizards are different. Their Life Seeds remain dormant during the apprentice stage and can only be activated after breaking through, using stronger mental power to awaken them."

However, the Azure Sky Meditation Technique broke this limitation.

Even as an apprentice, a Nature Wizard could use this method to cultivate their Life Seed.

Although the process was much slower than that of a fully-fledged wizard, with the aid of rare and precious resources, an apprentice could significantly accelerate the growth of their Life Seed.

Once the Life Seed blossomed, even a Third-Level Apprentice would gain access to a permanent spell imprint, effectively becoming a pseudo-full-fledged wizard.

While they would still lack certain benefits such as mental power transcendence, lifespan extension, and species evolution

Within the realm of apprentices, this would grant them overwhelming superiority.

The permanent spell imprint not only provided a formidable layer of protection but also created a barrier that other Third-Level Apprentices would struggle to overcome.

Moreover, since their bodies would have already adapted to carrying a permanent spell imprint, Nature Wizard apprentices could seamlessly transition into the state of a full-fledged wizard, laying a stronger foundation for their future breakthroughs.

A spark of excitement flashed in Lynn's eyes as he listened.

If he could nurture a supernatural plant ahead of time, it would not only greatly enhance his combat power but also provide a huge advantage when attempting to break through to a full-fledged wizard!

However, before his enthusiasm could fully take hold, Rosalind poured a bucket of cold water over him.

"Don't get too excited," she said with a small shake of her head, a hint of helplessness in her voice. "Those resources are incredibly rare. More importantly, we are in the southern region of the Wizard Continent, where such materials are simply nonexistent."

The Wizard Continent was vast, divided into multiple regions. Lynn currently resides in the southern region.

Unfortunately, the strongholds of Nature Wizards were primarily concentrated in the eastern region. From Rosalind's tone, even in their territories, such materials were considered rare and precious.

There was little hope of these resources making their way across the Wizard Continent to the south.

Even if they did, they would be practically unattainable, far beyond Lynn's reach...

Yet, he remained undeterred because he was different from the others.

Just because something was deemed impossible for most didn't mean it was impossible for him.

"If there's a progress bar, just show it to me I'll make sure to max it out!"

Eager to push forward, Lynn could hardly wait to return and continue translating the complex breathing technique...
