: Prelude

My name is Lee Haneul. I work for a game company. (Redworks KOREAN Corps.) I was any typical man in office jobs seen in shows, movies, comics or whatever. What differentiates me and the main characters is that they always make a change... I never do. I always wished that my life would turn into a fantasy novel...

My co-workers then arrived to the scene just when we looked like we're playing... Ahhh..! Stop it, Haneul... Hana scowls playfully. (We were just teasing eachother guys... I swear.)

Haneul?! What are you doing?! A co-worker snatches Hana to his side. Were you trying to make Ms.Noe your dog or something?! Hana looks around confused.

What are you talking about?!- Seon then

cuts me off. Yeah! He was forcing her into doing something with him! Seon shouts. N-No! He wasn't! Noe Hana protests.

See?! She's even protecting him! Seon shouts even more, eager to make me lose this.

Yeah! The rest shouted, Noe Hana looks at Lee Haneul worried.

Bing!

A bell rang. Lee Haneul looks at his surroundings...

Complete darkness with a pathway leading to a huge gate. Where the hell am I?... Lee Haneul takes a few steps forward before abruptly stopping.

I just wanted to live a normal life... He mumbled, his eyes welling up with tears before- Click.

A UI System popped up infront of him. Showing his "character-info".

Huh? Seriously? This is just like a game... World of Fantasy? Lee Haneul then stopped dead in his tracks... Remembering something... Something his father used to tell him. Memories flash.

Haneul turned back to the gate, hesitating on his entrance. He shivered slightly. A new menu pops up, counting down 5 minutes.

Well shit... Haneul made my way to the huge gate, giving it a light tap.

The gate opens, a dark eerie aura lingers forwards. Haneul took his first step, breathing in the surroundings. Red eyes could be seen from afar.

That has to be what I think it is. Haneul opens his menu looking for something he could fight with, finding a wooden sword.

Sharp during the first three hits, breaks after eighteenth hit.

I guess I this is better than nothing. Haneul dashes forward, monsters hiding in the dark also stepped forward smashing their club torwards Haneul.

Argh! Haneul barely manages to block the hit, disarming the club and beheads the (monster),

That should do it. Haneul mutters to himself. More monsters arised from the shadows, lunging all at once torwards Haneul.

With a powerful jump, Haneul leaps four meters to his side unhuman-like, dodging every attack that was targeted on him.

Haneul slashes his sword somewhat skillfully and precise. (He used to practice Haidong Gumdo.)

Many UI windows appeared after successfully killing every monster that lunged at him.

Gaining him six upgrade stats. Making a total of eight upgrade stats.

Back during highschool, Haneul sprinted, jumped really fast and high. Defeating even top tier seniors. Many people called him the Alien Prince for this. (The prince comes from his popularity.)

Haneul keeps walking forward, still shivering from the dark. Before the dark surrounding lights up, Enlightening what seems like a puzzle room, But Haneul crosses it without thinking twice. (He was bad at puzzles.)

Leaving the puzzle room he was met up with more monsters.

Defeating each and every goblins, skeletons, with ease with his newfound confidence. Huh, I think this might just be a dream. Things are way too easy.

Haneul says carefree.

He light taps a gate, walking like a boss.

Before...

ROAR.

Something was at the end of the hallway. A creepy aura lingering deep within... Haneul receives a warning window.

[WARNING.]

At the end of the hallway, is the final boss. With your current equipment, you aren't a match with the boss.

Yes.. Haneul mutters silently. He steps forward silently before The Massive Goblin stood up. Armored with hard steel.

[BOSS SEQUENCE]

What a lame name... The boss dashes forward, swinging his sword in an attempt to kill him.

Haneul dashes, dodging the hit. Haneul returns the hit. The SEVENTEENTH hit.

Oblivious to the fact he tried to hit again, before his hit gets blocked by the boss.

Almost on the top of his lungs, he wanted to scream. Before interrupted by the menu.

Haneul ignores it thinking that it might not be worth his time. Not knowing there's a "yes" counter rather than a no.

He gets flung by the goblin across the hallway and hits a wall.

Argh!! Bastard!... The counter goes down, and Haneul learns the skill.

[SUCCESSFUL.]

[Lee Haneul, has learned the skill Flame Incitement.]

He leaped torward the Boss's neck, swinging his wooden sword and activating his newly learnt skill.

Flames engulf the dull blade on the sword, slicing through the boss's neck like a hot knife through butter.

[CONGRATULATIONS]

You've killed the final boss of the first realm. You have been given your reward as promised.

Haneul takes a breath and chuckles at his victory, a gate appears before him. Giving it a light tap like usual...

But it doesn't open. It had a lock.

Haneul looks everywhere for the key, even in the boss's pants. Where is this thing?!

He looks back at where he came from, thinking he might need to complete the puzzle room if he wanted to progress further.

You have to be kidding... Haneul sighs. Tracing his steps back to the puzzle room.

It was different from last time. Actually... It was empty the last time.

In the room was a stone carved with letters scrambled. It looks something like a caesar cipher to Haneul.

He was bad at puzzles... But he was especially good at deciphering codes.

One by one he put the scrambled words together forming a sentence...

"The Monarch of All-existing matter."

Huh? Haneul thinks to himself, on what this could possibly mean.

But he put it aside, thinking it's not worth his time.

[Puzzle Room "The Future of... ERRO..R."]

W-What?! Haneul was startled. Shivering in the cold... He quickly ran off to the gate in a hurry.

This better be it... Haneul inserts the key slowly... The gate was then opened.
