Chapter 243 A Clash of Vengeance and Power

Abigail clenched her fists in anger. "You knew exactly what you were doing!"

"Eleanor, it was you who spread those rumors about me on the forum, wasn't it?" Abigail accused, her voice trembling with rage. After much deliberation, she was certain Eleanor was behind it. Only she could devise such a scheme to torment me!

Eleanor didn't deny it; instead, she admitted without hesitation,

"Yes, it was indeed me."

There was nothing for her to hide—no harm in telling Abigail the truth.

Abigail’s anger flared even more. How could this Eleanor remain so calm and indifferent, as if she had done nothing wrong? Did she even realize how much damage she had caused? I’m practically a pariah at the university, yet she admits to it nonchalantly. It's infuriating!

"Do you have anything else to say?" Abigail narrowed her eyes, her voice seething with barely contained fury.

Michael chimed in, "Don’t you regret what you’ve done? Abigail is your cousin!"
