"Human, you court death!"
A thunderous roar echoed across the Extreme North Plains. The towering Titan Snow Demon King, standing a hundred meters tall, was utterly enraged. A mere human Titled Douluo dared to think he could kill him? Did this human truly believe that one of the Three Kings of the Extreme North was made of clay?
"Crack… crack… crack…"
A terrifying aura of absolute frost erupted from the Titan Snow Demon King's body, spreading outward like an icy tempest. In an instant, Chen Xiaoming was enveloped by this suffocating presence.
"Hmm? A Domain?"
Chen Xiaoming furrowed his brow. He hadn't expected the Titan Snow Demon King to possess a Domain of his own. But upon reflection, if even the Titan Giant Ape had a domain, then a being of this caliber was certainly no exception.
After all, he was an exceptional hybrid of divine beast bloodlines, naturally gifted beyond compare.
The temperature around them plummeted sharply. Even the Azurewood Platform, which had once radiated vibrant life, was now covered in a layer of ice crystals. A strange force pressed down on Chen Xiaoming, slowing his thoughts and dulling his senses.
"Interesting… This Domain even affects the mind."
Having encountered the Titan Giant Ape's Gravity Control Domain and the Sword Douluo's Seven Kill Domain, Chen Xiaoming found the Titan Snow Demon King's Domain to be quite unique.
Not only did it slow down movement, but it also carried a spiritual suppression effect—stifling his mental energy.
"Boom!"
As Chen Xiaoming was analyzing the situation, the Titan Snow Demon King had already launched his attack. His enormous fists, encrusted with thick layers of ice, descended like twin glaciers.
He had inherited the bloodlines of the Ancient Ice God and the Titan Snow Demon, fusing them into an ultimate synergy. This granted him his own Frozen Slowness Domain.
With his immense body and overwhelming strength, he could slow his opponent's movements—leaving them with no escape from his devastating blows.
In his youth, he had once pursued Snow Empress, though it had ended with him being beaten half to death. Even so, he had survived.
Few had ever perished beneath this move of his. If Chen Xiaoming died here, he would be the first Peak Titled Douluo to fall by his hand.
A look of absolute certainty filled the Titan Snow Demon King's eyes, but the next moment, his expression froze as he saw Chen Xiaoming calmly raise his right hand.
"Eighth Soul Skill—Azurewood Skyward!"
Chen Xiaoming's voice was calm and unwavering. A radiant glow burst forth from his Azurewood Tree Martial Soul, and his eighth soul ring shot out, merging into the spectral projection of an enormous Azurewood Tree.
A crimson wooden staff extended from its branches, landing lightly in his palm.
"Transform!"
As soul power surged through the staff like an unstoppable tide, its front end began to change. In the blink of an eye, a spiraled spearhead took shape.
Throughout this battle, Chen Xiaoming's mastery of his Martial Soul had only grown sharper. What had once been mere soul skill usage had now evolved into complete integration of his soul abilities into his fighting style.
His strength had advanced by leaps and bounds.
"Whether I seek death or not—you'll find out soon enough."
With a forceful stomp, nine hundred-thousand-year soul rings flared into existence around him. A colossal surge of soul power erupted as his third soul ring flew forward, merging into the Azurewood Dragon Spear in his grasp.
Numerous branches sprouted from the spear's shaft, writhing like miniature wooden dragons. They trembled briefly before merging into the spear itself.
"Whoosh!"
Chen Xiaoming's silhouette flickered as a sharp killing intent flashed in his eyes.
A two-hundred-thousand-year soul beast dared to threaten his life? Then he would show no mercy.
With the Azurewood Dragon Spear in hand, Chen Xiaoming lunged straight toward the Titan Snow Demon King's descending right fist—an attack with the crushing force of an avalanche.
Even before impact, countless ice shards exploded outward, shooting down like razors. This was eerily similar to the way Chen Xiaoming had shattered his tree fragments earlier.
Seeing this, a smug glint flashed through the Titan Snow Demon King's eyes.
"Foolish human. Taste the bitterness of your own tactics."
"Hmph."
Chen Xiaoming let out a cold snort. Using his own strategy against him? He didn't know whether to call the Titan Snow Demon King clever or foolish.
His third soul skill activated—azure light surged from the Dragon Spear, and countless branches extended outward, layering into a protective barrier.
The barrage of ice shards shattered harmlessly against the wooden shield, unable to penetrate it.
The Titan Snow Demon King hesitated for a moment, then grinned in triumph.
With Chen Xiaoming blocked midair, he had become nothing more than a sitting target. There was no way to dodge the incoming strike now.
"Roar!"
With a deafening bellow, the Titan Snow Demon King's eyes turned blood-red. His already towering frame expanded another thirty meters, reaching a staggering one hundred and thirty meters.
The Titan Snow Demon bloodline within him erupted, inflating his body further.
An immense pressure distorted the very air around them. His previously massive right fist nearly doubled in size—and now, in addition to the frost aura, a dark, ghostly radiance emanated from its surface.
He would make this arrogant human powerhouse understand the price of overconfidence.
Chen Xiaoming glanced at him, mildly impressed.
"Not bad. You actually hid your true strength and waited until now to reveal it."
"But unfortunately, you also picked the wrong opponent."
His killing intent fully ignited, Chen Xiaoming did not hesitate.
"Die."
The Azurewood Dragon Spear shot forward. At the spearhead's tip, a sliver of silver light flickered—its deep crimson glow nearly concealing it.
"Splurt!"
The Titan Snow Demon King's fist, as large as a mountain, came crashing down. Compared to it, Chen Xiaoming's figure was as small as a grain of dust.
Yet, in the very instant of impact, a flash of silver streaked across the battlefield.
A moment later, Chen Xiaoming's body passed clean through the Titan Snow Demon King's full-force attack—leaving behind a gaping wound.
Blood sprayed through the air, though it froze before it could even hit the ground.
With a swift maneuver, Chen Xiaoming landed atop the Titan Snow Demon King's shoulder, spun his body, and pierced through his other fist as well.
Before the Titan Snow Demon King could even process what had happened, Chen Xiaoming was already standing on top of his head.
The Azurewood Dragon Spear gently rested against his enormous skull.
The howling wind carried an eerie silence.
The Titan Snow Demon King was stunned. His wounds bled profusely, yet he barely felt the pain. His strongest bloodline-enhanced attack had been effortlessly pierced through.
And now, with Chen Xiaoming standing atop his head, he felt something even more terrifying—
Fear.
A primal instinct screamed within him:
"If that spear moves… I will die."
He dared not move.
Chen Xiaoming casually let the spear's tip rest against his skull. But his gaze was already elsewhere, looking toward a distant, snow-covered mist.
A faint smile played on his lips.
"Since you're already here—why not show yourself?"
