Lucifer’s Goodbye – The End of a King’s Path

The battlefield was silent. Smoke and dust still lingered in the air, carrying the scent of blood and fire. The war was over, but at what cost? The kings had fallen. Ravan stood in the ruins, his body trembling, his heart shattered beyond repair.

His sister had betrayed him. His closest friends were broken—Akil had lost an arm, Radheya's divine armor was gone, and his father… his father would never walk again. Even Lucifer, the strongest of them all, stood before him with one wing sliced, his dark presence dimmed.

Ravan clenched his fists, his nails digging into his palms, but he felt nothing. No anger. No desire for revenge. Just emptiness.

"I've had enough," Ravan whispered. His voice was hollow, like the last ember of a dying fire. "No more battles. No more gods. No more war."

Lucifer remained silent, watching his greatest rival crumble. He had never seen Ravan like this before—not even in their fiercest fights. This was not the rage of a warrior. This was despair.

"I'm done, Lucifer," Ravan said, turning away. "I don't care about revenge anymore. I just want to live… a normal life."

Lucifer exhaled slowly, a bitter smile forming on his lips. "So… the great Ashra King is walking away?"

Ravan didn't answer.

Lucifer took a step closer. "You're going to forget everything? Forget who you are? Forget what we fought for?"

Ravan's shoulders shook. His tears finally fell, silent and uncontrollable. "I don't want to fight anymore… I can't." His voice broke. "I can't lose anyone else."

Lucifer stared at him for a long time. Then, for the first time in centuries, he let out a soft chuckle. "Heh… I should've known." His voice was neither mocking nor disappointed—just accepting.

Ravan wiped his face, his decision final. He would seal his powers, erase his parents' memories, and become someone new.

Lucifer turned away. "Then this is where we part ways." His tone was calm, but there was an undeniable sadness beneath it. "No more battles. No more gods. No more war."

Ravan squeezed his eyes shut. He had never felt so weak.

Lucifer spread his remaining wing, but before leaving, he spoke one last time.

"Goodbye, Ravan."

And with that, the Fallen King disappeared into the shadows, leaving behind the warrior who had finally chosen to break free from fate.
