Bonds, Love, and Madness

Emma's True Colors

It had been three months since Emma joined Oblivion's Wrath.

At first, she was shy and reserved, but as time passed, she started to show her true personality.

And it was nothing like they expected.

Emma was… intense.

Not in the usual way—but in a possessive way.

Whenever Kaisel got too close to another woman, she would smile—but her aura felt dangerous.

One time, a noble's daughter touched Kaisel's arm.

Emma tilted her head, her eyes shadowed.

"Sir Kaisel," she said sweetly. "Who is this…?"

The noble's daughter suddenly felt cold sweat on her back.

Kaisel laughed awkwardly.

"Haha, just a random girl. Right? Right?"

The noble's daughter ran away without a word.

Emma smiled brightly.

"I knew you wouldn't betray me, Kaisel~"

Kaisel shivered.

"Y-Yeah… of course not…"

Asvorn and Lyara watched from a distance.

"She's terrifying," Asvorn muttered.

Lyara crossed her arms. "She's perfect for him."

A Growing Relationship

Asvorn and Lyara had also grown closer over the months.

They spent most of their time together—training, fighting, and even arguing.

Lyara was still hot-headed, but Asvorn had learned how to handle her.

And somewhere along the way…

The tension between them had changed.

It wasn't just rivalry anymore.

It was something more.

Asvorn's Strength Grows

Asvorn's power had also continued to rise.

The system gave him a new title after completing an impossible mission alone.

[Supreme Hunter]

It was a title given only to those who could single-handedly wipe out an army.

With it came an insane boost in his combat abilities.

His swordsmanship reached inhuman levels.

His magic control became flawless.

Even his presence became overwhelming.

Now, when he walked into the guild, people whispered his name in awe.

"Asvorn… he's a monster."

"Not even S-rank adventurers can keep up with him."

"Did you hear? He cleared an entire dungeon alone."

But despite all the power, Asvorn remained the same.

Still calm. Still composed.

Still Asvorn.

Emma Finally Accepts Kaisel

After months of relentless flirting, Kaisel had finally worn Emma down.

It happened during a mission.

They had just finished slaughtering a horde of undead, and Kaisel sat on a rock, panting.

Emma approached him, her eyes soft.

"Kaisel," she said.

"Yeah?" he grinned. "You impressed by my skills?"

She suddenly sat on his lap, wrapping her arms around his neck.

Kaisel froze.

Emma's voice was sweet.

But her grip was tight.

"You're mine now," she whispered.

Kaisel gulped.

"W-Wait, are you serious?"

Emma's smile widened.

"Very."

Then she kissed him—right there in the middle of the battlefield.

Kaisel's brain shut down.

Lyara rolled her eyes. "Took them long enough."

Asvorn smirked. "I give it a week before he regrets it."

Kaisel barely processed what was happening.

He had won.

But at what cost?

Lyara's Awkward Confession

One evening, Asvorn and Lyara were alone in their training hall.

They had just finished sparring, both breathing heavily.

Asvorn wiped sweat from his forehead. "You're improving."

Lyara didn't respond.

Instead, she was fidgeting.

She looked… nervous.

Which was strange.

Lyara was never nervous.

"…Asvorn," she said finally.

He turned to her, raising an eyebrow. "Yeah?"

Lyara bit her lip.

Then, with a deep breath, she blurted out—

"I like you."

Silence.

The words hung in the air.

Asvorn blinked.

"…What?"

Lyara turned red.

"I said I LIKE YOU, IDIOT."

Asvorn stared.

Then he chuckled.

"…Took you long enough."

Lyara's face turned even redder.

"W-WAIT, WHAT?! YOU KNEW?!"

Asvorn smirked. "You weren't exactly subtle."

Lyara covered her face.

"I HATE YOU."

He stepped closer.

"I like you too."

Lyara peeked through her fingers.

"…Really?"

Asvorn smiled.

"Yeah."

Then, before she could react, he grabbed her by the waist and pulled her close.

She barely had time to breathe before he kissed her.

It was gentle at first—then deeper.

Lyara's mind went blank.

When they pulled away, she stared at him.

"…That was unfair."

Asvorn smirked. "Get used to it."

Lyara groaned, but her heart raced.

She had won.

A New Beginning

By the end of the night, Kaisel and Emma were officially together.

And so were Asvorn and Lyara.

Oblivion's Wrath wasn't just a party anymore.

It was a family.

And the bonds they shared—

Would only grow stronger.
