Land of Fire – Konohagakure
A majestic and peaceful village—or at least, that's how it appears in the eyes of outsiders.
It has been 51 years since the founding of the village. Three years have passed since the Nine-Tails' attack on Konoha, an event that left deep scars on the village and claimed the life of the Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato. In the wake of his death, the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, resumed his position as leader.
While life in the village has returned to a fragile normalcy, tensions still simmer beyond its borders. The conflict between the Land of Fire and the Land of Lightning has yet to fully subside, with friction along their shared border growing once again. The scars of the Third Great Ninja War remain fresh, and Konoha, once hailed as the strongest ninja village, struggles to reclaim its former glory.
But for some, these matters hold little significance.
Early Morning – Hokage Rock
Two figures moved across the rocky outcrop overlooking the village.
The man in front came to a stop, taking out a cigarette and lighting it with practiced ease. His gaze swept across the village below, his expression unreadable. From his vantage point, he could see everything—every street, every rooftop, every shadow.
"I lost to you again…" came a voice from behind. It was filled with admiration and a hint of frustration.
Uchiha Renn.
There weren't many rumors about him in the village, at least not within typical shinobi circles. But among the women of Konoha, his name was often spoken—his captivating features making him a frequent topic of discussion.
However, only Might Guy knew the truth.
This man was incredibly strong.
Guy had heard whispers of Renn's exploits—stories buried deep within classified mission reports. During the Third Great Ninja War, the Uchiha clan suffered heavy losses. Only Uchiha Fugaku and Uchiha Renn walked away from one particularly brutal battle. Some claimed that Fugaku survived only because Renn had been there.
Even after the Nine-Tails' attack three years ago, when the Uchiha clan was under suspicion, Fugaku still entrusted Renn with the position of Captain of the Konoha Military Police, despite opposition from his fellow clansmen.
No one truly knew Renn's full strength.
However, thanks to their daily morning training sessions, Guy had gotten to know him well. They sparred frequently, yet Guy had never won even once.
But what Guy admired most wasn't Renn's raw strength—it was his self-discipline.
Renn followed a strict training regimen every single day since graduating from the Academy:
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats
A 10-kilometer run
Regardless of the weather—rain, snow, or scorching heat—he never skipped a single day.
Thanks to this relentless routine, Renn's physique had reached an extreme level. The first time Guy saw him at the hot springs, he was completely stunned. His musculature was monstrous, a level beyond normal human limits.
In that moment, Guy had given it a name—The Eastern Evil Dragon.
According to Renn, this "evil dragon" had crushed countless powerful foes.
But Guy, as straightforward as ever, didn't fully understand what he meant.
Renn chuckled at Guy's words, his expression calm.
Lose to him?
Of course. That's only natural.
With a small smirk, Renn turned slightly, his bewitching face and serene demeanor sending a chill down Guy's spine.
Had there been any women nearby, their screams would have undoubtedly filled the morning air.
"Ding!"
[Host has completed the daily training regimen.]
[Strength +3, Constitution +4, Endurance +5, Speed +2, Charisma +1, Spiritual Power +2.]
"Congratulations, Host! Your Chakra reserves have slightly increased!"
"Congratulations, Host! Your Ninjutsu proficiency has improved!"
Hmm… so both my Chakra reserves and Ninjutsu power have increased today?
Renn flicked away his cigarette butt, rubbing his chin thoughtfully.
But my stamina has improved again?
Tch. That makes things tough for the ladies at the custom shop.
Speaking of which, the woman at home probably has it rough too…
If someone were standing behind Renn at this moment—perhaps Might Guy—they would never have imagined that this seemingly refined man, who wore a bright smile, was actually thinking about something so absurd, right?
That's right.
Uchiha Renn is a transmigrator!
As someone who had crossed into this world, he was well aware of the dangers of being an Uchiha.
Even as a child, he had carefully planned for his future survival.
However, all those plans were overturned the moment he awakened his Cheat ability after graduating from the Academy.
His Cheat, the Self-Discipline System, was as straightforward as it was brutal.
By completing daily training tasks, he could receive basic stat boosts.
And aside from these fundamental rewards, two special attributes would be enhanced each day.
For instance, today, his Chakra reserves and Ninjutsu potency increased.
But yesterday, it was his muscle strength and Genjutsu effectiveness that had improved.
Thanks to this system, Renn had pushed himself relentlessly after graduation.
Years of effort had forged him into something beyond comprehension.
Status Panel
Host: Uchiha Renn
Age: 19
Strength: 178
Speed: 214
Constitution: 189
Stamina: 201
Mental Power: 162
Charm: Unparalleled in the world.
(Note: These numerical values are relative to the strength of one Hatake Kakashi at his prime.)
Yes.
After years of training…
Even with his lowest stat, Renn was already 178 times stronger than Kakashi.
As for his hidden attributes and various combat techniques?
He never bothered checking.
All he knew was that even the most basic Fire Release jutsu, when executed at full power, could easily surpass the might of an S-rank Ninjutsu.
Too strong to have any ambitions?
No, no, no.
Maybe in this world, he stood at the pinnacle.
But what about other worlds?
Since he had already traversed dimensions once, who was to say he wouldn't face greater dangers in the future?
A true transmigrator must always remain vigilant.
And thus, a self-disciplined Uchiha was born.
Especially three years ago, when he was appointed Captain of the Konoha Police Force, the system had even assigned him a new self-discipline mission.
[Self-Disciplined Captain]
Mission: As a self-disciplined powerhouse, you must ensure that the Police Force fulfills its duty.
Requirements: Complete daily patrols to maintain peace in the village.
The task was as straightforward as it was crude.
Patrol the village.
Deal with troublemakers.
Do what a captain should do.
And this mission was clearly a long-term one.
According to the system, the longer he remained in this position, the more substantial the rewards at the end.
Moreover, as long as the village remained peaceful, he would receive daily rewards upon mission completion—gains in his bloodline potential, pupil strength, and other enhancements.
And so…
From that day forward, a self-disciplined Uchiha Police Captain was born.
As for Konoha's political schemes?
Tch.
As Uchiha Madara once said:
"Why should adults take children seriously?"
Renn had no interest in their petty games.
So long as no one provoked him, they were free to do as they pleased.
But if they did—well, they had better be prepared for the consequences.
Closing his system panel, Renn checked the time and stretched lazily.
He gave Might Guy a casual nod before turning to leave.
Under Guy's admiring gaze, he muttered to himself:
"Time to head home for a shower…"
"Then off to work."
"A new day begins~"
