Daily Life Of The 3rd Hokage
In Konoha Village, an Anbu swiftly made his way to the Hokage's office. He knocked on the door, and a voice called from within, "Come in." The Anbu entered and bowed slightly, addressing the figure behind the desk. "Third Hokage, sir," he said, handing over a small scroll sealed with the distinct Kumogakure's symbol.
Sarutobi Hiruzen, the Third Hokage, sat behind his desk, wearing his ceremonial robes. He waved his hand, signaling the Anbu to leave, which he did, closing the door behind him.
Hiruzen unsealed the scroll and read its contents. It was a diplomatic letter from Kumogakure's Third Raikage. Seven days had passed since the last meeting, and only yesterday had the inauguration ceremony taken place.
After the previous meeting, Konoha had sent a stern letter to Kumogakure, criticizing the actions of the Second Hokage. The letter questioned the alliance agreement signed in the Land of Lightning and raised concerns over the attack by Kinkaku and Ginkaku of Kumogakure.
After carefully reading the letter, Hiruzen understood its main point, the Second Raikage of Kumogakure had passed away, and the Third Raikage had taken his place. The letter stated that Kumogakure was willing to abide by all reasonable diplomatic policies under the new Raikage's leadership. However, it also emphasized that Kinkaku and Ginkaku were considered rebels, and Kumogakure had no involvement in the attack on the Second Hokage.
Sarutobi Hiruzen frowned thoughtfully. "A typical excuse," he mused silently. "For those savages in Kumogakure, such responses are as commonplace as their diplomatic letters." He sighed, knowing that it seemed inevitable that he would have to visit Kumogakure again. He then called upon the panel:

Since acquiring the Scroll of Seal, Sarutobi Hiruzen had begun selectively studying various ninjutsu. Initially, he had planned to learn the Flying Thunder God Technique. However, he quickly realized that mastering the Flying Thunder God was not as easy as he thought. Instead, Hiruzen decided to strengthen his existing abilities. As he already reached an intermediate level in both Fire and Earth techniques, he focused his efforts on mastering Water jutsu to an advanced level, further enhancing his versatility and combat capabilities.
One day, an idea suddenly struck Hiruzen. He wondered if it might be possible to fuse his elemental abilities. After two days of intense research and experimentation, he developed two new skills: Fire and Earth Fusion and Water and Earth Fusion.
The Meteor Shower technique, in particular, had an interesting origin. In his previous life, he had read about meteor showers in a novel and found the concept incredibly impressive. He decided to try creating a similar technique and succeeded. The result was the ability to summon one or more meteorites infused with fire from the sky, crashing down onto a designated area. The fewer the meteorites, the greater the destructive power of each one.
Hiruzen remembered watching Naruto anime in his past life, where Wood Release seemed to be a fusion of Earth and Water, or even Earth, Water, and Yang chakra. Danzo took the scroll, carefully unfurled it, and studied its contents before remarking, "Remember, sensei were attacked last time for signing that alliance agreement with them in the Land of Lightning." His words made it clear to everyone present. After a moment, Danzo closed the scroll and passed it on to Homura.
"Indeed, now Kinkaku and Ginkaku have been declared rebels. They are currently active in the Land of Lightning, so we must remain vigilant," Uchiha Kagami quickly reminded everyone.
After reading the scroll slowly and carefully, Homura remarked, "Kumogakure has the power to crush Kinkaku and Ginkaku's forces. He continued, "As for the Sand Village in the Wind Country, the other four nations have already made their moves. The Second Kazekage, Shamon, must think ahead and would not act short-sightedly. We should add extra leverage by declaring this summit as the end of the war. After years of fighting, every nation is exhausted physically, mentally and financially. Any country that refuses to join will inevitably be left behind. Therefore, this Five Kage Summit must succeed."
Hiruzen grew more animated as he outlined his plan, his eyes shining with excitement. When he noticed the astonishment in everyone's gaze, he quickly glanced at himself finding nothing amiss and teased, "What's with those looks?"
Homura burst into laughter and replied, "A plan this detailed being put together so quickly it's no wonder you become Hokage"
Sarutobi Hiruzen waved his hands quickly,
"No, no, no, it's not some grand master plan. It just came to me on the spur of the moment. Now, as the Hokage, I have to look at the bigger picture. Even if you're not officially the Hokage's assistants yet, it's time to adjust. Gradually, you'll have to take over these responsibilities from the older generation, evolving from mere executors into true commanders."
"Who will go with you? " Shimura Danzo asked.
Previously, we planned to go to the Land of Lightning with our standard configuration team . Now that our destination is the Land of Iron, we will be facing intense negotiations and political maneuvering.
