The morning in the village felt quieter than usual. The birds that usually chirped cheerfully were now barely heard, as if they sensed an approaching storm.
The villagers walked cautiously, exchanging anxious glances. Everyone knew what had happened yesterday: Feng Tian, the man they had known as a simple farmer, was actually a Heavenly God whose power surpassed all.
But their fear wasn't just about Feng Tian's power. They knew... the enemies from Heaven would never stay silent.
On his porch, Feng Tian sat calmly, enjoying a cup of warm tea, while Hei Wu stood beside him with a serious expression.
"My Lord, reports from the sky guardians say that the Heavenly Army has started moving toward this place."
Feng Tian merely raised an eyebrow, showing no fear at all.
"How many are they sending?"
Hei Wu bowed slightly, then answered,
"At least one hundred thousand heavenly soldiers, and among them, five Divine Generals, each equal in strength to a Destroyer God like Lie Shan."
Feng Tian simply nodded casually, stirring his tea slowly.
"Not bad, a good warm-up for this morning."
In the Seventh Heaven, the Heavenly Army lined up neatly, clad in golden armor that radiated divine light. Holy swords and spears gleamed sharply.
Standing at the front were five figures, each exuding a terrifying aura.
God of Fire - Yan Lie, his face as hard as steel, his body wreathed in blazing flames.
God of Ice - Han Yue, cold-eyed, with flowing white hair like snow
God of Wind - Feng Qian, slender yet surrounded by razor-sharp winds.
God of Thunder - Lei Guang, a burly figure cloaked in purple lightning.
God of Illusion - Meng Hua, a beautiful woman with sharp eyes, master of dreams and illusions.
Yan Lie stepped forward, his heavy voice echoing:
"This time, we won't just capture Feng Tian. We will erase that village from the face of the world."
Feng Qian chuckled softly,
"I'm curious, just how strong is this 'god turned farmer'? Are the rumors about his power true?"
Lei Guang snorted,
"Even if he is strong, the five of us are enough to take him down."
Han Yue spoke coldly,
"Don't underestimate him. Lie Shan returned with his body full of wounds. That should be enough of a warning."
All the soldiers raised their weapons high, ready to descend to the mortal realm.
-----
The sky above the village darkened, clouds swirling, and holy flashes of light began to appear.
Villagers ran to their homes, fear written all over their faces.
"Feng Tian! Come out!" Yan Lie's voice echoed from the sky, like thunder shaking the earth.
In front of his house, Feng Tian simply sipped his tea calmly, while Hei Wu stood firm.
"My Lord, they have arrived."
Feng Tian smiled faintly.
"Finally, I was getting bored of waiting."
With slow steps, Feng Tian walked to the center of the village, then looked up at the sky.
"Such a grand entrance," he said casually, "but... are you sure you want to disturb my morning tea?"
Yan Lie descended from the sky, standing before Feng Tian, his face full of anger.
"Feng Tian, by the authority of Heaven, I will capture you! Refuse, and this village will be destroyed!"
Feng Tian tilted his head slightly.
"You speak of Heaven, but what kind of Heaven sends an army to destroy a peaceful village?"
------
Feng Qian floated in the air, speaking mockingly,
"Enough talk. Attack him!"
The first strike came from Lei Guang, purple lightning shooting swiftly toward Feng Tian, splitting the sky.
BOOM!!!
But the lightning stopped one meter before reaching Feng Tian, as if blocked by an invisible wall, then vanished instantly.
Yan Lie and the others were stunned, while Feng Tian simply smiled.
"I'll give you one chance. Go back to Heaven, or... you'll never return."
The Ice God, Han Yue, stepped forward.
"Don't be arrogant, Feng Tian!"
With a swift motion, a massive glacier shot down from the sky, aiming to destroy the entire village.
Feng Tian casually waved his sleeve, and the massive ice instantly melted into mist, disappearing without a trace.
-----
Seeing their attacks fail, the five Divine Generals leapt down together, their auras pressing against the earth.
But Feng Tian only smiled calmly.
"Alright, you want to fight? Let's do it."
With one step, Feng Tian vanished from sight, then appeared right in front of Yan Lie.
"Thank you for coming," he whispered, before flicking his finger against Yan Lie's chest.
BOOM!!!
Yan Lie was sent flying dozens of meters, crashing into a boulder and collapsing.
Feng Tian turned to the four other Gods, his gaze cold.
"Who's next?"
-----
The villagers peeked out from their windows, witnessing an extraordinary battle far beyond their understanding.
Hei Wu smiled faintly,
"Just as I expected, they are no match for My Lord."
However, above the clouds, dozens more divine figures began to appear, watching, waiting for the right moment to strike.
A great war had only just begun.
