Chapter 22:The Oracle's Secret

They had never imagined that she was a goddess, and they didn't know what to make of it.

Sophia's eyes narrowed. "Why did you keep this secret from us?" she asked.

The Oracle's smile grew wider. "I had my reasons," she said. "But now that you know, I can tell you that I have a personal stake in the outcome of this battle."

Mia's eyes flashed with curiosity. "What do you mean?" she asked.

The Oracle's eyes seemed to cloud over, and for a moment, the group thought they saw a glimmer of sadness.

"I was once a powerful goddess, worshipped by many," she said. "But as time went on, my followers forgot about me, and I was left to fade away into obscurity."

The group's eyes widened in surprise. They had never imagined that the Oracle had a personal stake in the outcome of the battle.

The Oracle's eyes seemed to burn with determination. "I will not be forgotten again," she said. "I will use my powers to bring about a new era of peace and prosperity, and I will make sure that I am remembered as the goddess who brought it about."

The group exchanged skeptical glances. They didn't know if they could trust the Oracle, but they knew that they needed her help.

As they stood there, they heard a faint rumbling sound. It was the sound of an army, marching towards them.

The Oracle's eyes narrowed. "It seems that the Archon's minions have not given up yet," she said. "We need to act fast if we want to stop them."

The group nodded, their eyes fixed on the approaching army. They knew that they had to fight, and they knew that they had to win.

The Oracle smiled, her eyes glinting with amusement. "I'll help you," she said. "Together, we can defeat the Archon's minions and achieve our goal."

The group exchanged skeptical glances, but they knew that they had no choice. They had to trust the Oracle, at least for now.

As they prepared for battle, the Oracle revealed another shocking secret. She was not just a goddess, but a goddess with a powerful artifact.

The group's eyes widened in surprise. They had never imagined that the Oracle had a powerful artifact.

The Oracle smiled, her eyes glinting with amusement. "This artifact is the key to our victory," she said. "With it, we can defeat the Archon's minions and achieve our goal."

The group nodded, their eyes fixed on the artifact. They knew that they had to use it if they wanted to win.

But as they stood there, they realized that they were not alone. There was someone else, someone who had been watching them from the shadows.

And that someone was not happy about the Oracle's involvement.
