Episode 1: The Birth of Darkness

Season 1: Rise of the Villain

Episode 1: The Birth of Darkness

A cold night in the slums of Blackhaven. Rain poured heavily, washing away the blood staining the cracked pavements. Inside a small, dimly lit apartment, a woman screamed in agony. A baby's cry pierced through the thunderous night. This was the night Damien Cross was born—the night fate began crafting a monster.

Damien's mother, Elena, was a broken woman. His father, Victor Cross, was a ruthless enforcer for the city's most feared crime syndicate, The Black Vultures. Violence ran through Damien's veins before he could even understand it.

As a child, Damien learned pain before he learned kindness. His father's fists taught him that weakness had no place in their world. "You either control the streets, or the streets control you," Victor would say before throwing Damien into another brutal fight against older boys in underground fight pits.

At the age of eight, Damien witnessed his first murder—his father snapping a man's neck over an unpaid debt. Instead of fear, Damien felt something strange... admiration. Power wasn't given; it was taken.

But the night everything changed was when Damien turned ten. The police raided their home, guns blazing. His mother tried to shield him, but Victor used them as a distraction to escape. Bullets tore through Elena's chest as Damien watched her die in his arms. His father had abandoned him. The only love he had ever known was gone.

Something inside Damien broke that night. The tears dried up, and in their place, hatred was born. The system that took his mother, the father who left him behind, the world that showed no mercy—he would make them all pay.

Alone and homeless, Damien roamed the streets, stealing, fighting, surviving. He was taken in by a man named Salazar, a high-ranking Black Vultures leader who saw Damien's potential. Under Salazar's guidance, Damien learned the art of crime—how to manipulate, how to kill without remorse, how to rise in a world built on blood.

By the time he was fifteen, Damien had his own crew. By twenty, he had climbed the ranks, feared and respected. But it wasn't enough. He didn't just want power—he wanted control.

And so, the journey of the world's most dangerous villain had begun.
