SCENE SHIFT: HIDDEN LEAF VILLAGE HEADQUARTERS, THIRD HOKAGE'S OFFICE...

Meanwhile, unnoticed by Itachi and Izumi, Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi observed their interaction from afar

THIRD HOKAGE'S THOUGHTS:

"Interesting... Uchiha Itachi watching Naruto Uzumaki, and Uchiha Izumi showing kindness to the boy. Izumi's pity towards Naruto is palpable."

He saw Izumi smiling and laughing with Naruto, while Itachi looked on nervously

THIRD HOKAGE'S EYES NARROWED:

"This could be leverage against the Uchiha clan's growing influence... and Danzo has been seeking pretext to restrain them."

He summoned Danzo Shimura to his office via a hidden communication channel

THIRD HOKAGE INSTRUCTED DANZO:

"Danzo, we have opportunity to discredit Uchiha clan publicly. Itachi observed Naruto Uzumaki with interest – imply they plot against the Nine-Tails' container.

Make it seem Uchiha clan threatens village safety.

Humiliate them in front of other clans and villagers."

DANZO'S VOICE CAME BACK THROUGH CHANNEL, AMUSED:

"Excellent plan, Hokage-sama. Uchiha pride will crush beautifully. Shall I summon village guards to 'discover' Itachi near Naruto now?"

Meanwhile, unaware of impending danger, Izumi helped Naruto finish the last fish bite

SCENE SHIFT: UCHIHA CLAN LAND, FUGAKU UCHIHA'S RESIDENCE...

Itachi arrived back at the Uchiha clan land, summoned by his father Fugaku's urgent message

FUGAKU UCHIHA'S SERIOUS FACE:

"Itachi, reports reached me of your observation of Naruto Uzumaki... and worse, Izumi Uchiha interaction with him. Explain."

Itachi recounted the events calmly, leaving out no details

FUGAKU'S EXPRESSION TURNED THUNDEROUS:

"You allowed a non-clan member, especially one friendly with the Nine-Tails' container, near our territory?! Izumi's actions threaten clan secrecy and safety!"

Fugaku grasped Itachi's shoulder firmly

FUGAKU WARNED:

"Stay away from Izumi Uchiha, Itachi. Her negligence warrants clan punishment. You will help enforce this decree."

Itachi nodded solemnly, feeling a pang of sadness for Izumi

[ SCENE SHIFT: UCHIHA CLAN LAND, IZUMI'S FAMILY RESIDENCE... ]

Izumi walked towards her home, still lost in thought about her encounter with Naruto

But upon approaching, she saw her mother, Kiyomi Uchiha, surrounded by angry Uchiha clan members

CLAN LEADER, Fugaku UCHIHA, VOICED LOUDLY:

"Kiyomi Uchiha, your daughter Izumi has compromised clan security! She approached the Nine-Tails' container, Naruto Uzumaki!"

Izumi rushed forward, but clan members blocked her path

FUGAKU UCHIHA APPEARED, FLANKED BY ITACHI AND OTHERS:

"Izumi Uchiha, your actions are treasonous. You have jeopardized our clan's secrecy and power. You and your mother are hereby... BANISHED from Uchiha clan land!"

Izumi felt tears welling up as her mother was dragged away by clan members

Then her eyes met Itachi's expecting to see concern or surprise, but instead

ITACHI'S FACE WAS INDIFFERENT, ALMOST COLD

Izumi's sadness turned to heartache and Itachi's neutral expression cut deeper than the clan's banishment

IZUMI WHISPERED, VOICE CRACKING:

"Itachi... didn't you even care that they're doing this to me and my mother?"

Itachi remained silent, eyes fixed on hers but expression unchanging

SCENE SHIFT: UCHIHA CLAN LAND BOUNDARY, NIGHT FALLS...

Izumi and her mother walked away from their former home, tears drying slowly

Suddenly, Izumi sensed a presence behind them and turned to see Itachi emerging from darkness

ITACHI'S VOICE LOW AND EVEN, BUT Aura EXUDED MURDEROUS INTENT:

"Izumi Uchiha... from this night on, do not approach me. Do not speak to me. Our acquaintance ends here."

His eyes seemed to bore into her soul, filled with a chilling warning

Izumi swallowed hard, intimidated by Itachi's aura for the first time

IZUMI WHISPERED:

"Itachi, what's happening to you...?"

Itachi's expression remained cold, he turned and disappeared into darkness

Izumi feels very sad about it and decides not to entangle with Itachi anymore
