Aftermath – The Guild Learns the Truth

Days passed, and the guild continued to whisper about the Wraith Titan battle. While the official report only hinted at an external intervention, the details slowly unraveled, and rumors spread like wildfire. Some senior members dug deeper, uncovering information that shocked even the most seasoned warriors.

A clandestine meeting was called among the high-ranking guild officials. Within a dimly lit chamber, voices clashed.

"How is it possible that an unknown force destroyed a Wraith Titan?" one of the elders demanded, slamming his fist on the table.

Another member, leaning forward, spoke cautiously, "It's not an unknown force anymore. We've gathered accounts from multiple witnesses—someone without magic fought the Titan… and won."

Gasps echoed through the chamber. Even Malakar, who sat at the head of the table, narrowed his eyes slightly. "A magicless warrior? That is an impossibility."

One of the spies assigned to investigate further hesitated before speaking. "The warrior is not unknown. He is Kishore's brother… Krish."

Silence fell over the room.

"That cannot be," another elder scoffed. "A mere man, without magic, shattering a Titan's core? Absurd."

"Yet, it happened," the spy insisted. "The team members were too shaken to say it outright in their report, but they let details slip. Krish intervened. He fought the Titan, not with spells, but with sheer, terrifying strength."

Malakar steepled his fingers, deep in thought. "Then we have a problem," he murmured.

One of the elders frowned. "What do you mean?"

Malakar's voice was eerily calm. "If Kishore's brother is capable of such feats, then he is an anomaly in this world—a force neither the Royal Palace nor the guilds can afford to ignore. And that means… he will become a target."

Murmurs filled the room again, this time with more urgency. Some saw opportunity, while others saw danger.

One of the more ambitious guild officials smirked. "Perhaps we should recruit him."

Another shook his head. "Or eliminate him before he becomes a threat."

Malakar simply observed, a glint of intrigue flashing in his eyes. "We do nothing… for now. But mark my words—Krish's existence will change everything."

Meanwhile, outside the grand chambers, Kishore was unaware of the storm brewing within the guild. But deep down, he knew something had shifted.

He wasn't the only one the world had started to notice.

The real battle wasn't just his anymore—it was Krish's as well.
