The Void Rapier

The waitress who went out of the shop because of the sound of commotion outside of the shop. She tried to stop a fight between Ryuma and Valena, but Line stopped her.

"I'm sorry Ms. Waistress but I recommend you to step outside of this. I'll promise you to pay for the chair and table my student has destroyed." 

"B-but..." 

"Pretty please?" 

After being pleaded softly by Line, knowing the consequences if she refused, the waitress went back inside the restaurant. 

Meanwhile, Valena was standing there with one hand holding a rapier and the other hand holding her broken ribcage. Thinking this, it's about time Line comes in to give Valena an assist. At the same time, Ryuma vividly saw pink light glittering from the side, thus he backed off to create a distance. 

"Linette Injection!~" 

It was Line who just cast a magic to save Valena. Ryuma has seen one of the needles pierce Valena from behind while the others were used to attack him. Valena on the other hand, was filled with shock and surprise by Line's action. 

"Nurse Line! I'd like to remind you to tell someone before you inject them!" 

"Hehehe, sorry, sorry~ You should've seen your face just now. It's really interesting expression~" 

Valena then stopped holding her ribcage. It's like she never had a broken rib before this. Ryuma had come to a conclusion the second Valena stopped holding her ribcage. Which is Line has a healing attribute that she just used to fix Valena's injuries.

(Shit… Now I've known… Looks like things are gonna get downhill from here…)

"Now then, Ryuma Ochirou, I challenge you to fight me. If you win against me, you're free to walk away. But if I win this fight, you will join our school." 

"Hold on, that's not for you to decide. (Which means, one way or another, they're gonna need me alive…)" 

"But it's what's gonna happen now."

Valena attacks Ryuma with a consecutive swing of her rapier. But Ryuma managed to dodge it by staying outside of her attack range in time. As time goes by, Ryuma realized that he was pushed into the wall, thus he casts a fireball on Valena as a distraction and trajectory to keep his distance from her. 

It appears that Valena needs to push herself a bit, thus she then charged at Ryuma, swinging her rapier but Ryuma managed to jump over her. The rapier that Ryuma dodged then cut the stone pillar behind him. Ryuma's eyes were wide open as he saw that the rapier cut through the half part of the pillar. Ryuma was wondering if it's coming from her power or the rapier. But at the same time, he noticed the strange power emanating from the rapier. 

After thinking a while, Ryuma then ran towards where his baggage is... 

"What are you gonna do, Ryuma Ochirou?!" 

Valena is still coming towards Ryuma to prevent him from getting an advantage over her. Thus she was aiming at his foot. Trying to immobilize him from moving. But a bag was only a cameo, Ryuma's eyes were locked on the stone on the ground in front of his baggage and took this opportunity by gently kicking the stone with the back of his foot, to the right where Valena's foot was gonna to step, which led to her falling forward.

Ryuma's prediction was correct, Valena lost her foot balance because she stepped on the stone that he just kicked. Which led to Ryuma using this opportunity and using one of his capoeira moves and kicked Valena in the face as she fell to him. The blow from Ryuma sent Valena to a distance.

Valena did not go down there. She then saw his distance, his position, it was a chance to cut Ryuma down and she did not waste it. She swung her rapier at full power but... It was blocked. Valena's eyes couldn't believe it. It was an opportunity she had. That's what she was thinking. 

It was an iron dumbbell that Ryuma took from his baggage earlier. The dumbbell was cut on the heavy side of it only. Valena's rapier was stuck on his dumbbell and it seems that she couldn't get it out. 

"It's mass isn't it?" Valena was surprised by his words. 

"I only realized it when you cut the stone pillar. But you only cut the half of it. Which means that you can't actually cut anything. It's not that you can't actually cut anything, but it has a limit when he cuts the mass. Wood, stone, iron... the higher the mass there are, the harder the voids are gonna cut through it." 

"In other words, your rapier is not cutting anything. But instead, it was eating it! Imagine taking a one large bite on one steak but your mouth is too small for it. The principal goes the same for the rapier, one cut is not enough to cut through this dumbbell."

Valena's sweat was coming out from her head. She was breathing nervously. Knowing that Ryuma had analyzed her 'Unique ability' from just fighting her for a few minutes. Ryuma brings his face closer to Valena and puts his lips over her ears.

"The current you can't eat a full slice of cake. No matter how big you open your mouth, it's always left some parts left uneaten, amateur." 

Ryuma then clenches his fist as he said that.

"Now then, shall we end this 'fight'? Tell me where to hit? On the face... or the stomach? I'll make sure I'll hold back on you." 

Valena, who was calm a few moments ago, was anxious. From her perspective, it's like she is fighting a brick wall of a thick wall. As the last resort, she tried to use her rapier to pierce Ryuma with it. But Ryuma anticipated it knowing that she still had her rapier on her hand. Ryuma punched once on the face. She did not go down. Ryuma punched twice on the face. She's still persistently standing. 

The third punch was on the stomach, Valena managed to stand by the end of her wits. Ryuma raised his hand to throw a finishing hit. Aiming for her face. Just as his fist was about to reach her face, he stopped. It wasn't because he held back. But it was because his body was against his will.

"Well, well, well. It looks like the winners were on 'our' side. You know, as a man you should hold back when you're fighting against the girl, specifically." 

It was Line who interrupted the fight. Ryuma immediately realized that this is the very same moves that cause him to lose against Cheris in the duel. Which led him to be kicked out of the school, leaving everyone who's close to him behind.

"Heh, I'm sorry but holding back was never in my principal. The same goes to a girl, I am the one who believes in gender equality. Still, I hold back a bit when it's against her." Line, knowing Ryuma was immobilized, she brought her face closer to him. 

"Well then, Mr.Ryuma, will you join our school now?" 

"Huh? Do you think you can just announce the winner when you just barged in and sneak attack on me, huh?" 

Ryuma actually is expecting her to interrupt him at any point. But even now, he could not see the source of magic that prevented him from moving. 

"Ehh~ She never told you it's 1v1 right?" Ryuma looked at Valena. But Valena averted her eyes. 

"Oh, look at you~ acting all high and mighty a moment ago, but now you're just a hopeless doll who cannot move an inch of his body~" Said Line while pinching on Ryuma's cheek. 

Line took out a penmaker from her pocket, took Ryuma's glasses and started scribbling on Ryuma's face. 

"Oi, oi! BACK OFF!!! The hell are you doing to this handsome face?!" 

"Handsome? Dream on~ you totally looked like an old man right now. AHAHAHAHA~" Said Line while laughing out loud. 

Line drew a moustache and thick eyebrows. Along with some other stuff. 

"Kihihihi! I'm gonna take the picture and show it to the others!" Said Line while taking the picture. 

"Don't take the picture! I'll kill you! Who even are you people anyway?! Come here and forced me to join your school..." 

"Well, we're here under the request of the principal anyway." Line then take a closer look at Ryuma who's covered in scribble. 

"Like a clown, I didn't see why the principal wanted you so much. An attributless who relies only rely on his muscle." 

"Well, this muscle almost defeated that girl just so you know… Just let you know a wise word from my master,' Muscle is life, and it can protect you from anything." 

"Master? heh, I totally can see the image of your master in my head. A muscular old man… Hihihi~ Like a teacher, like a student." Ryuma remains calm even though she's being really rude as she keeps dissing his master. 

"Anyway, I've met your father before, he was a man who contributed to the society. Unlike his child. I totally pity your father, having to raise her child to be a delinquent. Aren't you ashamed of yourself?" Right at that moment, something clicked inside Ryuma's head. 

"Oi, watch your mouth..." Ryuma's face was covered in shadow. Red, crimson eyes stared at Line. This happened before when he fought Cheris. The crimson eyes that shine even brighter than the very red itself, Line was surprised that she almost lost her composure but remained arrogant to curse him more. 

"Oh? what's the matter? Lose your patience just because I talk shit about your father? Oh~ daddy, this cute and pretty girl was bullying me~ 

Valena, who's on her knees, notices something was wrong with Ryuma's surroundings. 

"Umm, Nurse Line? I think you're going too far." 

But Line ignored Valena and continued to curse Ryuma. 

"Ah? what's that a cat got your tongue? come on, speak up~ Or daddy won't buy you an ice cream~" 

"Nurse Line, stop right at this instant!" 

"Oh... my son, why do you keep beating up people... You've made dad disappointed in you... don't ever call me your father again, bet that's what he would've said when he first saw you as a delinquent!" 

"NURSE LINE!!!" Valena shouted right in her ears. The atmosphere becomes silent as Line was rubbing her ears.

"What?! I'm just teaching this kid a lesson to never step up in delinquency again." 

As she was talking, a drop of water fell out on Line's shoulder... 

"A rain? ah well, it was a cloudy day anyway. Hey kid, sorry about that, let's go inside or you'll catch a cold~ 

At that moment, she felt something touched her ears, to be specific, she doesn't know if it was 'touching' her ears. Line touched her ears, and realized that there was a hole and blood on her ears. 

"It- it hurts!" The second pass by the pain becomes stronger. Line groaned in pain while on her knees. 

Valena look at Ryuma. She felt nervous, scared and anxious. 

"W-what's with him?! His aura changed just a few seconds ago! It's like, he's a different person now!" 

Valena then saw something she didn't expect to see. His hair turned blue, mixed with white. Not only that, she also saw that other things on Ryuma that had changed. 

"His eyes... turned... blue?"
