The Guest Room is not haunted

When Sam inherits his late uncle’s guesthouse, he expects a quiet year of hosting tourists, making money, and selling the place. Easy.



Then he finds a warning in the guestbook: "Do not stay in the guest room."



Weird, but whatever. Probably a prank. Except now things move at night. Shadows linger too long. And something sat on his bed while he pretended to be asleep.



The neighbors praise his uncle but dodge questions about the house. The guesthouse has secrets, and Sam—armed with cleaning supplies, denial, and a questionable sense of bravery—is stuck figuring them out.



All he wants is to run a normal, ghost-free business.



Too bad the ghosts have other plans.
