The Magic Net Takes Shape! New World Vision!

"What help, please? My master."

Kaecilius had no objection to Dormammu questioning his strength.

Even though he thought he could defeat the God of Magic, in his impression, the god of magic was strong, but never beyond his reach. And now, having absorbed so much dark energy, he felt entirely worthy of the Ancient One. Likewise, he was no longer afraid of the god of magic.

After all, that was a false god, with no right to be called such. In this world, the only real god was Dormammu.

Though he thought this way, Kaecilius would always believe whatever Dormammu said. He had become a thoroughly fanatical follower, with his brain gradually being washed by the continuous absorption of dark energy.

"The god of magic deceived a group of demons in the past, and now they begged me to give them his soul," Dormammu said.

"As a condition, their believers will fight with you."

Kaecilius was confused. "Great master, I didn't question your order, but how can a group of demons unite with us? They are just demons."

"These are not things you should know. You just need to destroy the holy place. If necessary, you can use them as sacrifices. Understand?" Dormammu replied.

"Understood! I will not let you down!" Kaecilius immediately grasped the meaning. Using demon followers as cannon fodder was an opportunity to achieve their goals.

In Kaecilius' view, demons were not worthy of cooperating with them. If it hadn't been for Dormammu's order, he wouldn't have hesitated to rid himself of them.

In fact, he had already eliminated two believers in the past when they tried to ally with him. He'd dismissed them entirely—weaklings who wanted to share the real universe. Innocence.

This universe belongs to Dormammu! The Lord of Darkness will bring salvation to this world! Devils and all, go away!

"By the way, Master, there is one thing you should probably know..." Kaecilius spoke up.

"What's up?" Dormammu's voice echoed emotionlessly.

"Phoenix! The god of magic has a phoenix by his side! According to Ancient One, it is an ancient power that began at the start of all things."

"Are you sure she said Phoenix?" Dormammu asked.

"Definitely. That's what Gu San said!" Kaecilius quickly relayed the information.

Seeing that Dormammu took this seriously, Kaecilius spoke earnestly. He had not mentioned it earlier because he thought it was unimportant. After all, now that he knew Dormammu was a real god, he questioned everything the Ancient One had said.

Thinking back, he felt foolish for ever trusting the Ancient One.

"Phoenix… is that Phoenix? New trouble again."

Dormammu's voice trailed off, full of worry. He was afraid of Phoenix's power. In the dark dimension, he feared no one, but once outside it, it would be another matter entirely.

From this point, the plan to break into Kamar-Taj had to be reconsidered. While Kaecilius and the others had been empowered, their mortal bodies were still their biggest limitation. Dormammu couldn't give them the power needed to defeat such an existence. That wasn't feasible.

Then, Dormammu thought of Mephisto, who had recently approached him for cooperation. It seemed like a shift in attitude was needed.

"I was only going to use him," Dormammu mused. "But now it seems I need something stronger to pull him into the real universe. Let's see if he will work harder for this."

"Go back. Remember what happened today. I don't want any mistakes!" Dormammu commanded.

As his voice faded, Kaecilius and the others returned to reality, their power once again enhanced. Yet, they felt the improvements were becoming less noticeable with each upgrade.

Every time before, the changes had been obvious. Now, it was barely a noticeable increase. According to Dormammu, their mortal bodies were too weak, and only when darkness blanketed the Earth could Dormammu grant them stronger bodies, making them like real gods. But before that day arrived, they needed to clear the path for Dormammu.

Kamar-Taj, and the god of magic, were targets to be dealt with.

"Do you remember everything clearly?" Kaecilius asked. "If anyone contacts you, don't kill them. We need 'allies.'"

"I remember everything clearly!"

"Remember, don't reveal your identity until the plan is complete. If the master's plan is exposed due to someone's personal actions, I will personally kill them!"

"And if someone finds our whereabouts?"

"If someone finds us, kill them without mercy!" Kaecilius' tone was filled with cruelty and menace.

"Don't forget who our real enemy is!"

"It's time!"

All the magicians answered in unison, their eyes filled with fanaticism and determination.

"Yes, time is the true enemy of all!" one of them declared.

"It kills everything!" another added.

"Simply, we witness the true God, whose dark dimensional realm transcends time."

"We need to meet the Lord of Darkness and defeat that illusory time!"

"This world, like many others, has the right to become part of the one, the great and beautiful one!"

"As we kill people along the way, they are merely tiny, fleeting specks of dust. Their deaths are sacrifices for this world to enter eternity!"

Kaecilius opened his hand, determined that his choice was the right one. Everything he did was to build a utopian world, and the others fell into line with his vision.

"Alright, let's disperse. Complete your tasks, and don't disappoint the master."

"Yes!"

The magicians left, using portals to avoid detection from Kamar-Taj's people. They kept their movements unpredictable and fragmented to reduce the risk of being discovered.

In the meantime, they also needed to follow Dormammu's orders and meet with their "allies."

Kaecilius stood there for a moment in silence, his eyes burning with hatred and excitement. The time for his plans was drawing near. When the time came, he would end the life of the so-called liar, uncover the mask of the false god, and bring real peace to the world!

Dark Dimension

After expelling Kaecilius and the others, Dormammu contacted Mephisto.

He hated Mephisto—an old fox, forever scheming. Recently, he'd heard that the ongoing conflicts between the sixth and purple dimensions were connected. The King of Hell had secretly manipulated two Mephistas into fighting each other, bullying a newly appointed Lord of Limbo.

Dormammu looked down on Faith, wary of him. Despite his disdain, Dormammu knew the strength of Mephisto and wasn't foolish enough to underestimate him.

"If you're sure, we can cooperate. But you need to provide your believers with certain powers," Dormammu said abruptly.

"What's going on?" Mephisto asked, his voice filled with curiosity.

"He has a phoenix by his side!" Dormammu replied.

Mephisto was taken aback.

His mind raced. "I can contribute, but the real universe should be divided equally between us, right?"

"Definitely," Dormammu agreed, though in his heart, he had no intention of sharing equally.

"The real universe will belong to me," Dormammu thought. "Faith will be cast aside when the time comes."

Mephisto smiled slyly. "It's not as complicated as you think. We know what Phoenix truly is. She is no 'good baby'..."

New York

Aaron had returned and immersed himself in his study of the magic net. With each passing day, his plan became clearer.

This was no small task. The amount of energy required and the knowledge needed were astronomical. Especially since there had never been a precedent for such a Leyline system in the Marvel universe.

It was akin to establishing an entirely new magic system.

Despite the overwhelming difficulty, Aaron's hard work paid off. As his knowledge grew, the problems related to constructing the magic net were solved one by one.

Finally, inspiration struck him.

"Right, that's it!" he exclaimed, as a realization dawned.

By using a network system akin to a computer network, Aaron could connect all the magic "computers" and supervise the connections. However, maintaining it would require an immense amount of energy.

The early stages would be manageable, but as it expanded, it would become unsustainable unless sub-nodes were created to share the burden.

He quickly laid out the plan: establish sub-nodes with different sizes, appoint managers at various levels, and give them the authority to handle different tasks.

"Each planet can have one or more high-level managers," he muttered to himself. "I'll need to ensure the energy feedback goes directly to me before anyone else gets it."

His plan was ambitious, but the magic net would be like nothing the universe had ever seen.

Aaron materialized a pen and a piece of paper, and wrote down the construction plan in detail.

After spending a lot of time researching, the knowledge gained was incalculable.

His brain, which should have been tangled in chaos due to the mess of knowledge, was starting to clear up. He was connecting small links together to form a giant net.

"This permission includes tasks that are not core tasks, such as transmitting middle and low-level magic, signing agreements, and adding magic net connectors."

"Things like energy absorption, molecular rearrangement, atomic reorganization, physical magic, etc., all need strict control."

"Only someone who can be absolutely trusted and has one of the highest authorities can transmit on behalf of me."

"Even I have to handle this high-level agreement personally!"

"After all, those who are generally qualified to use such huge amounts of magic power in exchange for high-level magic are all bigwigs or lucky ones."

"They are not destined to be ordinary people; they have great potential, and it's worth my little effort to supervise them personally."

"And such existence can generally have high-level permissions at any time."

"Must be one of the managers!"

"In addition, the most important thing is that there is a permission that must not be sent down! The energy reward for feedback must be transmitted directly to me first, and then I will be responsible for transmitting it to those who need it."

"No one is allowed to intervene in the middle!"

"Otherwise, there may be guys who enrich themselves."

Aaron's eyes flickered, and he gradually perfected the preliminary regulations for the magic net.

As the treaty became more and more refined, Aaron was eager to start building the magic web.

But he held back his excitement, knowing that only after the magic net protocol was roughly perfected could he begin to gradually build the magic net.

"Everything is difficult at the beginning, as a new magic system, it is impossible to achieve it in one step."

"First, establish a 'small' magic net covering the Earth or the Nine Realms."

"After preliminary inspection, further modification and improvement will take place before expanding."

"But before expanding the magic net, there are a few problems that need to be resolved!"

"For example, how to ensure the concealment and robustness of the network!"

"How to cross the cosmic barrier and spread to other universes!"

"There are other unresolved issues."

"Within the Nine Realms, with my strength, it is enough to make the magic net run smoothly, and no one will dare to destroy it. But in other places..."

"Fortunately, there is still plenty of time, and I have enough time to absorb knowledge and improve these problems."

Aaron thought to himself while weaving the magic net.

Within the Nine Realms, he was almost invincible.

No one dared destroy the magic net at will, and no one had the power to do so.

Outside the Nine Realms, however, many powerful beings were lurking.

In order to avoid their detection and prevent them from destroying the magic net, Aaron needed to find a way to hide it from their consciousness or set up a self-defense mechanism.

If someone forcibly destroyed the magic net, the entire system would backfire!

The energy of the entire magic net would be gathered to launch a fatal blow at the destroyer!

If the energy of a river system or a universe could be gathered, few gods would be able to withstand it.

Even those god groups—Celestials included—would fall.

This mechanism was crucial.

Aaron had already devised a set of self-defense protocols. However, their actual effect could only be tested once the magic net was established and deployed.

As time passed, undetected by others, an invisible network was rapidly taking shape.

In the beginning, it was simple. There was no linkage yet, and the structure was basic. Only a few wires were connected, all leading back to Aaron.

He had only established a few nodes at the start. Over time, these nodes would continue to spread.

Using Dimensional Teleportation, Aaron first set up a relatively perfect magic net link between Earth and Asgard within the Nine Realms.

For other realms, only one "network cable" had been installed for future expansion.

Some of the Nine Realms, like Jotunheim and Muspelheim, were hostile territories, but Aaron still left threads in those areas.

Perhaps someone would clean them up in the future, and for energy absorption, it wasn't difficult to lay down a "network cable."

Once all Nine Realms were connected, Aaron was ready to start the first experiment.

The first experimental target would undoubtedly be one of his own.

So Aaron called everyone together.

During this period, although Aaron had rarely come forward, his prestige remained strong.

Especially in Wanda's heart, the image of a god of magic who studied diligently was vivid.

This inspired her, a young apprentice, to feel the pressure to keep up.

It made Gwen feel a sense of inferiority.

Wanda's magical abilities were exceptional, but Aaron's mastery of magic made her feel outmatched!

However, this issue was easily solved with Aaron's next words.
