Carnival Day, Dormammu Is Crazy!

"As long as we sign a contract and connect to the magic network, the Supreme One will allow us to learn forbidden techniques?"

"Shouldn't it be forbidden to deal with those dark dimensional lords?"

"Who dares to absorb their magic power? Aren't you afraid of being devoured, body and soul?"

"What is the magic network created by the God of Magic? Why does the Supreme One want us to sign a contract?"

"Eldest brother actually wants to personally supervise us while we study the Book of Cagliostro! My God, could it be that the Lord of the Dark Dimension has already extended his tentacles into the main world? Has even the eldest brother been recruited?"

Among the magicians gathered, some are already qualified master magicians, while others are apprentices just beginning their journey.

They couldn't believe the notices issued by Mordo and Wong.

Some magicians are even considering whether to take down Mordo and Wong.

Although the opponents are some of the best magicians in Kamar-Taj at present, they feel confident that their numbers could still overpower them.

"Enough! Everyone has seen the magic web contract, and you will understand once you read it."

The king had issued the contract to everyone.

Soon, the first person to read the contract couldn't help but exclaim.

"So it's true!"

"Supreme is asking us to borrow the magic of the dimension lords? Cough, cough, it's not stealing, it's borrowing."

"The magic network of the God of Magic is incredible! How did he manage this? Could he truly ignore the erosion of dark energy?"

"Nonsense. The God of Magic is still a god—why would he fear those dimension lords?"

"I'm worried, though. Does the magical power promised in this contract really have no effect on us?"

"I'm also concerned that the treaty is too generous to us. Even the God of White Magic hasn't offered such a favorable agreement."

"We can receive magic power anytime and anywhere and even learn new magic... including Protoss magic. Will the King of Gods agree to this?"

"Brother, you've taught with the Dimension Lords several times. Do you think there's an issue with this?"

"No. If there was a problem, the Supreme One wouldn't have agreed to it."

"But..."

"Okay!"

Mordo shouted, silencing the voices of dissent.

He then explained that the Sorcerer Supreme was the first to connect to the magic network.

At the same time, in order to gain the trust of the audience, Mordo signed the contract right in front of them.

He still trusts the Ancient One. Since she had done this, he would not question it.

Furthermore, Mordo was one of the few to have witnessed Aaron absorbing all the energy into his own vast power.

Even the dark divine book didn't scare him, so what was there to fear from other dark energies?

Wong followed suit, also connecting to the magic network.

Soon, they realized they were connected to a mysterious web, with the nodes they were linked to all centered on the Ancient One.

After Ancient One's feedback on examining dark energy, Aaron had promoted her to a Level 5 authority manager, overseeing a vast area of magicians.

Originally, the responsibilities of Level 5 administrators could cover an entire planet!

Of course, Earth was special.

Aaron estimated that there were probably several Level 5 administrators.

Kamar-Taj alone might produce more than one.

As long as they had the courage and kept drawing from the Dimension Lords, they would rapidly increase their authority.

Other magicians watched Wong and Mordo and, hardheartedly, also signed the contract to connect to the magic network.

Some brave veteran magicians had already started reaching out to familiar Dimensional Lords.

Their reasoning was simple.

As long as Kamar-Taj remained unharmed, the Dimensional Lords couldn't cross into the real universe.

By the time they realized how much they had been deceived by their magic experience, it would be too late.

Moreover, the Sorcerer Supreme had asked Mordo and Wong to teach them the Book of Cagliostro.

This was almost a direct message: Quickly learn how to contact the Lord of the Dark Dimension and borrow magic from him for your own use.

Now that the Sorcerer Supreme had said so, why hesitate?

Improving one's strength was paramount!

So, the magicians quickly began learning.

Under the supervision of Wong and Mordo, they swiftly connected to some Dimensional Lords.

While others could clearly see ominous energy entering their bodies, it soon left without doing much harm.

This process was brief, and the damage to their bodies and souls was minimal.

Meanwhile, Aaron felt dozens of mixed energies rushing toward him through the magic network.

He immediately activated his Energy Absorption, absorbing the magic powers at a rapid rate.

Mana grew exponentially.

This was far quicker than hunting down the demon lords one by one!

After all, there were dozens of energy sources.

Quantity was key.

The demon lords of different dimensions were quite excited about this sudden deal.

"Is this their lucky moment?" they thought.

The magicians of Kamar-Taj had actually decided to abandon the white magic of Visandi to borrow power from them!

It was an opportunity they couldn't miss.

By making use of this transaction, they could perhaps gain some followers in Kamar-Taj, possibly even establishing a presence in the real universe in the future.

They were also impressed by how "generous" the magicians were. Not only did they not place any limits on the magic they borrowed, but they even encouraged the magicians to take as much as they needed.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime chance!

And so, the demon lords and dimension lords generously offered their power, knowing that they would soon turn the magicians into their followers.

The first group of magicians who began absorbing magic saw significant improvements.

Many of their permissions were upgraded to Level 2.

However, there was no sign of the erosion the Dimensional Lords had anticipated.

As time passed, some magicians received transformed magic from Aaron.

There were no adverse effects.

Their bodies and souls were still intact, but their auras were rising steadily.

The growth of their magic power not only increased their strength but also extended their lifespan.

Of course, their lifespan wouldn't increase indefinitely, as human physical limitations would eventually halt further growth. But for the magicians of Kamar-Taj, living for hundreds of thousands of years would be a great boon.

At this point, the magicians became fanatical.

All of them wanted to join this feast.

Not only could they contribute to the peace of the real universe, but they could also boost their own magic power—killing two birds with one stone!

More magicians began to reach out to the Dimensional Lords.

Any magician who had mastered magic that could only be taught by one or two Dimensional Lords was able to connect with them.

However, many magicians were still at the novice level and could only borrow magic from Vishanti.

But this was no easy feat; asking Wei Shandi for free magic power was unheard of.

Kamar-Taj's magical barrier was created by Agamotto, one of the gods of Vishanti.

Unlike other Dimensional Lords, Vishanti could easily bypass the magic circle and enter the real universe.

Seeking to do so would be like courting death.

So, these magicians turned their attention elsewhere.

Specifically, they were eyeing the Book of Cagliostro in Mordo's hands.

The book contained the method for communicating with Dormammu.

Unlike the contracts with Dimensional Lords, the Book of Cagliostro allowed one to directly connect to the Dark Dimension and absorb its power.

Seeing the eager expressions of these magicians, Mordo couldn't help but take a deep breath.

These people are about to mess with Dormammu!

Even he was now worried for Dormammu.

Will that Lord of Darkness go crazy?

Mordo imagined himself in Dormammu's position and felt miserable.

Fortunately, he was not Dormammu.

Soon, Mordo made hundreds of copies of the Book of Cagliostro, and each magician received a copy to learn how to communicate with the Dark Dimension.

Wong then stood up to explain the specific steps.

This forbidden technique wasn't difficult.

By drawing the magic circle according to the instructions in the book, they could absorb the dark energy.

Soon, hundreds of magicians began to absorb the Dimensional Lords energy on the vast platform, under the watchful eyes of Wong and Mordo.

It was Kamar-Taj's Carnival!

It was also the "carnival" of the dimension lords!

"Hahaha! The magicians from Kamar-Taj are actually contacting me to borrow magic power! Here's my chance!"

"I, Bart, have contacted a magician from Kamar-Taj. Let the King of Hell know about this. He'll reward me, and maybe I'll have a chance to rise even further!"

"Ignorant humans, do you think my energy is so easy to obtain? Your world will soon belong to me!"

"Humans are contacting me again? More than one? If I can get them to cooperate with Kaecilius and break through the holy place, I can follow Dormammu and get rid of that bastard in the process!"

Within a short time, it was unclear how many dimensional Lords had been contacted by the magicians of Kamar-Taj.

Almost all of them had agreed to the deal.

This kind of opportunity didn't come often.

In the past, Kamar-Taj magicians had occasionally reached out to dimensional lords, but they typically sought more powerful ones.

Now that luck had struck, how could they refuse?

Even Dimensional Lords like Satanish, who sought to make up for past mistakes, eagerly offered their magic power.

There was no need to notify Dormammu beforehand.

He wasn't aware of their plans.

Of course, a few Dimensional Lords had declined the offers.

Mephisto, the King of Hell, also received many requests for magic power. But he, having learned from past mistakes, was far more cautious this time.

He was sure this wasn't Aaron using a fake name to borrow power.

After all, there were many people borrowing magic now. There was no way Aaron could open so many contracts at once.

Yet, Mephisto hesitated. What if Aaron was still involved?

This situation was strange!

Kamar-Taj had witnessed betrayal before, but not on such a large scale—except for Kaecilius's case.

What did Ancient One do? Mephisto wondered. Could she have caused her subordinates to betray her again?

He sensed a conspiracy but couldn't pinpoint its source.

He ignored the requests for magic and sent his men to other demon lords to gather information.

Meanwhile, another Dimensional Lord, a secret agent from Limbo, hesitated when two Kamar-Taj magicians asked to borrow magic from her.

She quickly rejected them.

Although she respected Kamar-Taj as a righteous organization that had prevented dimensional lord from entering the real universe and had connections with Aaron, she couldn't afford to let others follow in her footsteps and become demons.

The energy of Hell's border was easily corrupted.

She wouldn't "harm" anyone!

Her actions forced the two magicians to change their target.

Seeing other magicians rapidly increasing in strength, they grew envious.

Meanwhile, Dormammu in the Dark Dimension was going crazy!

"Kamar-Taj, you're a bully!"

"A group of people came here to absorb my energy!"

"Ancient One, I am your ancestor!"

"Ahhh!"

Dormammu was furious and wanted to break into the real universe immediately to destroy Kamar-Taj.

Just then, he noticed hundreds of dimensional passages suddenly appearing in the Dark Dimension.

He had fought Ancient One and Aaron many times and immediately recognized that they were stealing his energy.

Rushing to the nearest passage, he arrived just in time to see the familiar robes of Kamar-Taj.

Upon seeing him, the magicians wore pitying expressions.

Then, the passage closed.

He rushed to the next passage, but...

That same damned Kamar-Taj robe again!

This time, they didn't close the passage immediately, as if trying to absorb as much energy as possible before he could reach them.

Finally, a large man forced the other side to close the channel.

Dormammu was livid!

He had a terrible premonition.

Sure enough, he was correct. This was a planned, coordinated group theft.

In such a vast Dark Dimension, he sensed hundreds of such thieves.

There were even more further away, still stealing from him!

These magicians had learned from Ancient One and were stealing his energy together.

He could no longer take it!

He had faced Ancient One and Aaron alone before, but now they dared to commit this crime in groups?

Who did they think he was? A sheep?

Furious, Dormammu began teleporting around the Dark Dimension, shutting down one passage after another.

Initially, he planned to kill the thieves directly through the passages, but after using his energy to attack, he realized that the other side was delighted, not surprised. They seemed to enjoy the energy he was providing!

He thought about just overwhelming them with his power, but... they never refused his energy.

They were grateful for it!

Was this madness?

From that point on, Dormammu realized he could no longer use traditional methods to deal with these thieves.

The best way was to force them to close the channels.

Only in this way could he see their "regretful" faces.

Dormammu began to suspect that his energy had been diluted, losing its corrupting potency.

He didn't know how long he had been busy, but eventually, he managed to close all the passages.

He let out a sigh of relief, but his mind was consumed with thoughts of this outrageous event.

Who is the real demon here? Who are the humans?

In a panic, Dormammu hastily contacted Kaecilius, instructing him to investigate what was going on at Kamar-Taj.

Until this problem was resolved, Dormammu would not rest.

He, the master of the Dark Dimension, could not stand being stolen from!
