Chapter 7

For the first time everYen see fear in Cherish eyes,

"Meaning" he ask,

She take some breath

"My kind of blood is hard to find, I am half human half vamp then again I think I am becoming half wolf"

Yen look surprise

"cool" he exclaim

" But how did you know?"he ask

" Remember when Maya was at the door?"she ask

"yeah.."he nod

"I heard her and it is only werewolves that can do that, vampires don't have the ability to do that" she explain,

Yen start to feel a little jealous,

"Now you are boasting" he fold his arms, frown, look the other way

" I wish I too can have this ability" he strut,

She giggle,

"Its not that easy,"

He look at her

"I survive it because we vamps can heal more that wolves but any mistake will kill me that means I will neither be a wolf nor a vamp or a human, I will be dead, so if something bad happened I mean really bad, your blood, no one blood could save me, not even if they mix a human, vampire and wolf blood to save me" she look down,

He hug her

" Nothing will happen to you cus"

She hug him back

" I don't want anything to happen to me or anyone I love",

They realize each other

She take some breath,

"So tomorrow is Sunday and I am thinking that we will go to the hospital"

She heard a noise and smell

" Oh gosh those wet dogs really"

From her expression Yen knew it was one of his friends,

"It a female" she said

" Maya" he call

" Well I will be off doing my activity I will like you and your friends to come to my performance on Monday afternoon around 12" she stand

"See you" she open the door,

" Maya" she call

"Do we know each other?"she ask,

Cherish remember

"Well you are in my house,I drove you, you know forget it, Yen your girl is looking for you"

Cherish tap her shoulder, walk pass her

' She look so familiar'

Cherish heard that, turn, give her a warning sign,

Maya become afraid

' If eyes can kill, she will have done that to me years ago' she thought,

Cherish smile, turn and walk away. Yen walk out, see Maya

" Umm I want to ask if you are busy, me and the guys want to watch a movie, so are you interested"

Maya like Yen as a friend and he like being friends with her, she know no matter how hard she try, Yen will ignore anything to be with his cousin

" Sure, let me just check if Cherish want to join"

Cherish who have not leave yet is downstairs hearing everything. Yen know she love eavesdropping

"Cherish are you interested in watching a movie" he yell,

Maya wonder why is he yelling

" No thanks, have fun with your girl and guys I will watch another time" she yell back,

Maya look and see her

'Oh so that's why he was yelling' she look back at Yen

"So are you interested" she ask again,

Yen did not want to go out with anyone even if it's his friends

"Cherish but it's next to the cinema, let me drop you" he is making an excuse,

Cherish know it is where she is going is next to the cinema, she understands what he wants

" Alright but we are grabbing ice cream first, I have already told aunt and uncle so no need to disturb them" she send a message to them,

Yen feel excited

"Let's go" he rush down,

Maya follow, her brothers follow too, Yen in his excite mood take Cherish hand,

Maya see that and us green with envy.

In the car, everyone had ice cream except Cherish

"You sure you don't want ice cream" he ask

"He does not have what I want" she complain

"And so, he has chocolate what is the difference?"he ask,

"They are quarreling again" kelvin whisper

"The different is there chocolate chip is better than boring chocolate, who wants that" she sigh

"The difference is just the chip nothing else" he stop

"We are here"

Cherish come down, slam the door,

Yen watch her, she turn blow some kisses to him, he catch them and place it on his heart, Maya watch with envy, Cherish wave him bye, he sigh and drive to the cinema. Cherish enter the building, she is already one minute late, she run to change into her ice skating outfit.

After a few minutes she walk out holding her ice skating boots, to the ring, she see a charming prince, a handsome blondy practicing, she quickly wear her boots, walk in, he sight her and stop

" Well you are late" he talk first,

"Really that is your way of saying hello" she skate towards him

They chuckle,

"Okay hello"

She feel her heart skip a beat, she smile

"Is that hard " she really like it

"Well can we start it just one day way"

She nod and they begin to practice.

After practicing, they sit on the chair chatting and laughing

" Well since we are done why don't we go for movie" he offer

"Sure but first we need to change"

After changing, Jawoon take Cherish to the nearest cinema where her cousin and his friends are,

Yen, Maya, kelvin, Zack and Cody just finish watching a movie

"That was fun" Yen smile

" Yeah let's watch a movie another time" Zack suggest,

Kelvin see Cherish with a guy at the snack bar

"Is that Cherish talking to a guy" Kelvin said

Maya, Zack, Coby and Yen look

"Oh my I even though she never have a heart, she is talking to a guy" Coby said,

Yen know that guy, they walk towards them,

Cherish see her cousin

"Oh here they are" she wave,

They approach her,

Yen stand by her side

"Jawoon" Yen call

He does not like guys around his cus

Cherish sense some uncomfortable moment here

" Yen how are you" Jawoon extend his hand

Yen did not even look at it

"I am fine" he answer,

Then there is silence

Maya wonder what is going on

"What is Yen doing" Zack ask

"I think he is jealous" Coby said,

Cherish who hear it need to do something

"I bought tickets for everyone to watch a movie" she made it a little bit comfortable,

She look at those siblings then at Jawoon

"She did not give us that look" Maya whisper

" What is she up to?"kelvin ask

" Jan this are my brother friends, that is Maya , Coby, kelvin and Zack they are quadruplets" she introduce,

They become calm

"She is not doing anything" Maya whisper

"Hi nice to meet you" he wave

" Same here" they wave back,

Yen does not trust Jawoon

"I will lead you to the movie room" he pull her before she could say anything.

The rest follow

Inside the room

Yen sit beside Cherish, Jawoon did the same, Maya beside Yen and her brothers beside each other,

"Here I was not able to give you this" Jawoon hand her popcorn,

"Thanks " she smile

When he is not looking Yen remove it and give it to Maya

"Thanks"

Maya share it with her brother

" Why did you do that" Cherish ask

' I don't trust him ' he said in his mind, Cherish giggle,

The movie start, it is a horror film, Cherish love horror movie but Yen is terrify for it but for the sake of Cherish, he just watch it. The movie is all about a killer killing everyone, when it reach the bloody part but Jawoon and Yen shake, tighting Cherish hand, Cherish look at Jawoon and smile, then at Yen, she see the way he is breathing, she quickly remove her hand from Jawoon, he look at her,

"Yen"she call softly

He didn't look at her but at the screen, she could hear his heart beating faster,

"Yen"she call again,

He didn't look

She touch his cheek, Jawoon watch, Yen remove his arm away from Maya, she look. Yen, who is looking at Cherish. Cherish move his face closer to his, breath air into him through his lips, Jawoon and Maya see it, jealousy rise in them, Yen and Cherish part

"Thanks" Yen smile

"I'm sorry, I forgot you don't like horror movie" she touch his palm

"I am ready to watch it as long as you"

Jawoon and Maya look away in envy. After the movie, everyone walk out

"I have to use the bathroom I will meet you guys" Cherish excuse herself walk to look for the bathroom

" I will follow her" Jawoon insist,

"no I will go you have to go home, she is staying with me " Yen stop him,

Jawoon know little by little he will make Yen to accept him but is angry for what he just witness

"No I will go" he still insist

Yen still did not budge, Maya thought of it

"Let Jawoon follow Cherish, I mean he is her man" she try to make him let him

Yen love Maya jealousy buy will not allow anyone next to Cherish even if it is a girl

"Cherish has one man and that is me and no one else " he walk away leaving Jawoon and his friends

Zack fume in rage

"I will follow " he follow Yen, leaving Kelvin and Coby stun

"Sure, I will take my leave, bye" Jawoon sarcastic said before leaving,

"What is his deal?"Maya whisper in rage

"Is he her cousin or boyfriend I don't understand" Kelvin whisper back,

" I think he does not like that guy" Coby whisper,

"But he smell like a good person",

Yen senses his friends were talking but he didn't hear anything, he wonder how Cherish knows is they are whispering, he can't hear a thing

" Let's go" Maya angrily said

He walk to the restroom but couldn't enter

' Shit female' he think of something,

Zack join him,

"Dude" he angry call Yen

Maya, Coby and Kelvin join them

"What is your deal man" Maya walk up to him

Yen just watch her as she complain, loving her even

He look at Maya and smile,

Maya thought it her big change.

"Maya can you enter and look for Cherish" he ask

" Sure" she enter,

In the bathroom

"He is always petting her"

"Always putting her first before me"

"Why is he always like this"

"Is she his girlfriend or sister"

Maya continue murmuring to herself, then she scream and hit the trashcan, panting

She take some air to calm herself

"Okay now to get her"

She open all the doors but she is not there

"Where could she have gone to"

She walk out without her, Yen become worried

"Where is she?"he want to go in

"She is not there, I checked" she honestly tell him,

"I will call her"

He bring out his phone,

Meanwhile, Cherish just wake up in a dark room,

"What happened " she sit up

"Why is this room dark"

She sense someone else there

"Who is there" she ask calmly

"Oh you are awake and calm" the person reply

From the cold tone of the voice, her heart pound loud, her eyes shake, her body trembling

"Is this fear" she ask

The person laugh

"Of course it is sweet heart, but I will just give you a little pain"

With that she feel a force sending her flying, her back hit the wall

"Argh" she scream

The person laugh as she fell hard to the floor, she smell something and feel a thick liquid and feel a sharp pain

"Am I bleeding " she try to stand but fell

"Who are you" she ask but in fear

"I am your worst nightmare, just know.."

She feel a sharp nails next to her neck

"I will hunt and continue to hunt you till you die"

With that she feel a strong breeze pass her, which send her fall to the ground, she hit her head and close her eyes. Someone from the dark walk to her, with something in the hand, the person squeaze it, a wet liquid pour in her mouth, the person watch as she move a little, he carry her, run to the other side of the building

"You will be safe" he whisper some words to her, drop her before zooming off

Cherish wake up, it feel like she just sleep. She look around just to find herself at the other side of the building

"How did I get here"

She try to recall, then remember she was in the bathroom, sneak out to the back and drink a blood,

She feel relief

"I need to go back to Yen"

She get up, dust herself before running back

Yen stay by the entrance of the building till calling her

" Hey it's Cherish please leave a message" he hear the beep

"Shit" he say in frustration

Maya walk out from the building

"I didn't find her" she said

' But I wish she can disappear, what am I saying she is just his sister '

Coby, Kelvin and Zack walk out

"We check everywhere no sign of her" Zack said

' Where are you love'

"I have call her multiple times and she is not answering" Yen said

Maya hug him

"She will be safe"

He smile, the wolves hear someone coming but don't know who,

Cherish check her phone

"Fifteen voice messages from Yen"

She play one

"Hey babe time to go home" she giggle,

She play the second

"Babe I miss you come please"

She giggle

The wolves hear her

"She is here" they said

Yen look and see a shadow walking but he hear her voice

"Babe" he remove Maya hand from him and run to Cherish

"Boo"

Zack and Maya watch with jealousy on their face as Yen lift Cherish up for a hug,

"Do you how worried I have been" he said before releasing her

She blink twice

"Am I dreaming or did you just said you were worried"she smile,

Yen smile, his anger and worries disappear

"I can't stay mad"

He look at her, checking if she is okay,

"Where did you go, I was worried"

Something caught his eyes on her lips

She was about to say something but

' Did she drink blood'

She hear him and touch her lip fright

"Cherish what happened to your lips" Kelvin ask,

"Did you get into a fight or something " Coby ask

Cherish did not know what to say but speechless of what Coby just said

"Well...well...I drank some soda" she stammer while lying,

Yen know she is lying, Maya fill with rage but calm down

She immediately clean her lips

"Okay"

They believe,

"Alright let's go"

"Wait" Cherish stop him

"What is the matter"

"Piggy back me to the car" she say in a childish voice

Zack walk in front of her

"I will give you a piggy back"

Yen push him away

"Who is your man" he ask

"You are" she answer

He bend

"Alright climb on" she did

Maya, Zack watch with envy

A passerby see them

"Oh my gosh cute couple" she say

Yen look at Cherish

"We do make a cute couple"

Maya fold her arm to a fist in a rage

"Can we go" she ask

"Sure" Yen carry Cherish to the car with she and her brothers following

'That was close, first, I almost got caught by a lady now this, luckily no on saw me, but how am I going to explain to Yen'

She look at him, holding him close

They enter the car, Yen drive off, no one talk, except Yen and Cherish, but as soon as Cherish sleep, the car become silent, it remain that way till they reach the home. Yen park the car, the noise of the tyre wake her up,Cherish did not talk to anyone, Yen watch her as she open the door she walk down to the house

' Maybe she is sleep walking again ' he sigh

"Oh Cherish your back" Mrs Zehng said "we were just talking about you"

Cherish fold hand into a fist, shaking,

Mr and Mrs Zehng notice something wrong about her

"What's wrong" Mr Zehng ask,

Cherish could feel her teeth sharp, thirst for blood, her eyes tingling,

' Oh no not now'

Mrs Zehng stand up, walk to her,

' Oh aunt don't come closer'

She want to stop her but couldn't say a world

" Are you okay"

She extend her hand to touch her

' Don't touch me'

"Cherish look at me" she said,

Cherish had to control herself,

"Don't touch me, don't"

She run to her room,

Mrs Zehng look at her husband, then to the door,

Yen, Maya, Zack, Coby and kelvin just enter

"What happened to your cousin?"she ask,

Yen did not want to tell them,

"We just watch a movie I think she does not like it that's why" he lied,

Even the wolves know he is lying, they see her watching and smiling but they have to cover up for their friend,

" I will talk to her".

Inside the room, Cherish sit on the floor next to the door cuddling herself crying

" I can't believe I almost show myself" she cry

"I can't even believe I almost suck my aunt blood, first was I almost got caught now is this"

She feel that thing again

"Oh no not this time"

She look at the window, run out so fast,

Outside, the air is fresh, the gentle wind blow but the moon is full, the wolves all come out to have fun,she run two legs then the next thing she was on all four,

She stop surprise to see her shadow

' Huh what happened am I a werewolf'

She didn't believe it but went back, the shadow follow,

' How about'

She run faster than a vampire even a werewolf,

"This is cool" she howl, having the fun of her life, arrive back to her room,

' I wonder how I will change back'

She look in the mirror and imagine herself, then she is back to herself but necked

' Ah I need some clothes on'

She went to change

' Ah that smell, yeap it's coming from me'

She just shake her head
