TRIGGER WARNINGS !! ——————————————— suicidal thoughts & mentions ——————————————— ofc, i’m writing a review of the original novel credited to 비욘드 !! the novel has so many short, sweet interactions between characters that had to be left out in the manhwa publication, and i really appreciate them ! Overall, the action and romance are incorporated really well together (which is a pretty uncommon thing in my experience), & really emphasizes on the PTSD + guilt one could go through, making it relatable to some and js really brings it to life and undoubtedly makes everything feel so much more real. Both the manhwa and the novel are extremely memorable experiences and i suggest checking out the manhwa too !! i especially loved how the manhwa didn’t change the characters’ appearances to a noticeable degree from the novel art ^^ The entire story, it’s characters (even side characters), the romance, insane worldbuilding, legit everything, is so amazing & unique imo and as much as i’d love to gatekeep it forever, it’s too much of a masterpiece to stay this underrated.

my review is probably not very helpful since I haven't even read the book yet but 45 CHAPTERS EVERYDAY!? though this is not their original work I find it crazy. I'm so excited to read tho!

I just binged the whole this and it was so freaking good. Took me 17 hours and I do not regret it.

I've re-read the manhwa twice, and it still makes me cry, since the manhwa is still ongoing, so I give the novel a shot. The story is complex, and it easily touches people hearts. Compared to the other dungeon/gate fantasy related stories, this one is the most realisticly logical. The sorrow of losing comrades, and their struggles of finishing the dungeon is more realistic rather than a story when they just conquer SS dungeon without breaking a sweat.

I downloaded this app specifically for this story after finding the comic on Manta. <3 I like how the characters are written and how their attitudes towards each other shift.

I loved the development of the world, how they made the leap from a fantasy-type story to getting closer to science fiction, although the development of the couple seemed slow to some, I think it was perfect.
