The bodies of both Sneha and Tanya fell on the side of the road.

She freed herself from the policemen and ran towards her and quickly shook Tanya. Tanya's entire body was drenched in blood and her breathing had also become very slow.

She had just told that everyone else along with Tanmay also came there. Everyone got the news of Tanya's accident. Everyone else who had gone on their honeymoon had also boarded the flight to return. Nidhi was in a bad condition due to crying.

As soon as Tanmay came, Tanisha hugged him and started crying. All the courage she had maintained till now had given way and she became unconscious.

Meanwhile, a doctor came there and took Tanmay Tanisha in his arms and took her to a ward.

Then the doctor said to him, "Mr. Shivam, your wife's condition is quite critical. We can save only one of the mother and child. Please, now tell me who we should save first?"

After listening to the doctor, the ground slipped from under Shivam's feet. He did not understand what to do now? After all, how could he choose between the two? He could neither lose Tanya nor his child...!

The doctor also prepared for the C section. After some time they took out their baby by C section. It was a boy and they gave him in Shivam's hands.

Tanya smiled at him and said softly, "Shivam, name our son Shivansh."
