*Chapter 12: The Heart of the Dragon*
Eira ventured deep into the castle, searching for the heart of the dragon. She had never been to this part of the castle before, and the air grew thick with an otherworldly energy.
As she turned a corner, a massive stone door came into view. The door was adorned with intricate carvings of dragons and ancient runes.
Eira's heart pounded as she reached out to touch the door. It swung open, revealing a cavernous chamber filled with glittering treasures and ancient artifacts.
At the center of the room, a magnificent dragon statue stood tall, its heart glowing with an inner light.
Suddenly, Lyra appeared beside Eira.
"You should not have come here," Lyra said, her voice low and mystery
Eira stood her ground, despite feeling a surge of fear. "I had to know the truth," she said, her voice steady.
Lyra's expression softened, and she nodded. "Very well. Come, Eira. Let me show you the heart of the dragon."
Lyra led Eira to the statue, where she revealed a hidden compartment. Inside, a glowing crystal pulsed with an inner light.
"This is the heart of the dragon," Lyra said. "A powerful artifact that holds the secrets of our ancient magic."
Eira felt a surge of excitement and curiosity. "What secrets?" she asked.
Lyra smiled. "The secrets of our true potential. The secrets of our destiny."
