1. The Eyes of a Madman
Jinwoo staggered back, gripping his bleeding arm.
Kang Dae-jung didn't press the attack.
He stood there, tilting his head, a slow grin stretching across his scarred face.
"It's been a long time, Jinwoo," he said.
His voice was the same as before. Low. Amused. Deadly.
Jinwoo clenched his teeth.
"You should be dead."
Dae-jung chuckled.
"Should be," he mused. "And yet… here I am."
Minji and Hyun-seok were still pinned down by gunfire, but Jinwoo barely registered it.
Everything else faded.
Only Dae-jung mattered now.

2. The Unfinished Story
Dae-jung stepped forward.
Jinwoo raised his gun.
But before he could pull the trigger, Dae-jung whispered:
"You don't even know, do you?"
Jinwoo froze.
Dae-jung smirked.
"You thought you killed me. Thought you wiped me out. But there's something you never questioned."
Jinwoo's grip tightened.
"What the hell are you talking about?"
Dae-jung's eyes gleamed.
"Who gave the order?"
The world seemed to slow.
A cold realization seeped into Jinwoo's bones.
Because three years ago, when they had wiped out Dae-jung's crew—
They hadn't been the ones who decided it.
Someone higher up had pulled the strings.
Someone close.
And Dae-jung had returned not just for revenge—but to reveal the truth.

3. The Collapse
A sudden explosion shook the warehouse.
Jinwoo barely had time to react as the walls buckled.
Dae-jung was already moving, vanishing into the chaos.
"JINWOO! MOVE!" Minji's voice cut through the smoke.
He turned, just in time to see the ceiling collapsing.
They barely made it out before the entire building came down in flames.
Hyun-seok was panting, gripping a wound in his side. Minji cursed, brushing ash from her face.
Jinwoo just stared at the fire.
Dae-jung was alive.
Someone had betrayed them three years ago.
And now—
the real war was about to begin.
