Cece: The thing approaching is near.
Eva: It's getting closer.
(Just then a bird landed on the branch they were sitting on and started chirping loudly, pulling the attention of the two girls.
Cece: Wow, what a beautiful bird.
Eva: Yeah it's so cute. What's your name little cutie birdy?
Cece: How do you expect the bird to reply.
Just then the bird flew away and everything was silent.
Eva: Where did the thing approaching us go.
Cece: I don't know, I'm sure the bird was a form of distraction so that we would not see the thing approaching. How dumb are we?
Eva: Let's just continue moving.
Cece threw another arrow at a tree and C they continued swinging.
They stopped of some point to rest.
Cece: I think we should rest.
Stump! Stump! Stump! Stump!
Eva Can you hear the footsteps. C'mon let's hide behind the tree and see who's coming.
They quickly hid behind a tree to see who was approaching. The steps were getting closer and closer and then something tapped on the girl's shoulders They turned to look at the thing but they saw, nothing. Then everything was silent
Cece: Not again! How could we miss it.
Eva: The thing that tapped us could probably have been a leaf that distracted us. We're so dumb.
Cece: We'll make sure to be extra observant next time. Why don't we sleep, when we wake up we'll continue our journey.
Eva: Sleep? I'm starving here and you said I should sleep. Why don't I just look for wild berries and eat some?
Cece: Yeah, get me some.
Eva: I'm going. I won't go far just around.
Cece: ok you better.
Eva went to look for the berries. Stump! Stump! The sound of feet stumping On twigs and dry leaves.
Eva: Who is following me?
Stump! Stump! Stump!
Eva started to run. Just then a gust of wind blew past her face and everything was silent.
About two hours later, Cece woke up.
Cece: Eva! Eva! Where are you? Where are the wild berries? Eva! Eva! She went on looking for Eva, until she spotted her lying on floor motionless. Eva! Eva! Eeevvaaaa!
Eva: Yawn! Huh why are you waking me up!
Cece: Oh! You're alive.
Cece broke down crying. I though you were dead when I couldn't find you and when I saw lying on the ground motionless I couldn't do anything. Sniff, I just (she started to cry harder).
Eva: Its okay, I'm alive-
Cece: What happened, to you?
Eva: I'll talk about it later when you calm down.
They both sat down in silence. Even though they were silent it was comforting.
Cece: So what happened.
Eva hesitated and thought for a while.
Eva: A gust of wind just blew against my face and I hit my head on a tree. That's all.
Cece I know you're lying. Please tell me everything. Don't hide anything away from me, Please.
Exa: Sigh! Fine, I heard footsteps behind me, I was asking the person following to show him/herself. Just when I was about to turn and look at the person, gust of wind blew against my face and l fell down.
Even though I was losing consciousness I felt the footsteps stop and the person was looking at me. Then I heard the steps of another thing, I think this time it was an animal. There was a roar, then the sound of a sword removed from it's sheath.
The scent of fresh blood lingered in the air. It took all my willpower to open my eyer for a split second and I saw a pair of dark blue eyes starring at me. That is all I remember until you woke me up.
Cece: That's strange, but I think I got some good news. If we travel fast we'll be reaching the kingdom of CAL-MATI in 4 hours.
Eva: How did you know?
Cece: In the book I read about JAH-NAPAH forest, they said if you reach the tree with the words COL-ZARI carved on it the distance between the Kingdom and the forest is getting shorter.
The words COL-ZARI was carved by the first king of CAL-MATI when he was leaving his kingdom. He carved it in order to find his way back to his kingdom in case he got missing.
The words COL-ZARI mean's "found" in old "zinzari" language. When he successfully found his way back to the Kingdom because of his wise thought he named the kingdom CAL-MATI meaning "only wise men rule".
One day his oldest son was crossing the forest which was once the prettiest forest on Earth to go to another kingdom to find himself a bride. On his way crossing he fell down his horse and landed in front of a very tall free. The tree stretched it's root and buried him underneath it but before he went underground he screamed JAH-NAPAH meaning "beauty in disguise" or some people say "fake beauty". That's all I know.
Eva: Wah, I never liked reading but this story, I definitely want to read it.
Cece: Let's go, I thought you were starving if we reach there early we can eat some food rest and train.
Eva: Let's Go!!
They continued swinging till they saw long vines and behind it a crystal lake. Just then there was footsteps of someone behind them. This time it seemed like the person was running. It was getting closer, then atree branch fell down pulling the girls attention. Then everything was silent.
Eva: We didn't miss the person this time too right?
Cece: If we didn't miss the person, wouldn't the person be here.
Eva: OMG!! NOT AGAIN!!!
