After returning, Shin led the slaves to be registered and called for all key members.

"After the registration of the slaves, I want everyone to gather. I have some announcements to make."

"Yes, Lord!" they replied.

"If you all need me, I'll be with the animals. I'm going to name their races," Shin added as he turned to leave.

All of his wives followed closely behind.

The first pack of animals he transformed was the dire wolves, adding them to his Chaos Wolves. Next was the pack of shadow panthers. After giving them his dragon blood, they began to change—growing stronger, taller, sprouting horns, and even wings. He thought for a moment before naming them Void Panthers.

Void Panthers gained increased power over shadow, allowing them to form weapons made of pure darkness. They could blend seamlessly into the shadows and grow even stronger at night. They could phase in and out of shadows, becoming nearly invisible as they traversed the void between spaces. Their new abilities included:

• Voidfire Breath: A black flame infused with void energy that doesn't just burn—it consumes matter and magic alike.

• Soul Rend: Their claws not only tore flesh but left lasting wounds on the soul, making it difficult for enemies to heal or recover.

Next, Shin moved to the Battle-Hardened Drakes. He gave them his dragon blood and named them Draconic Warlords. Their bodies grew larger, their scales thickened and polished, reflecting the strength of an ancient dragon. They mastered dragonfire with terrifying precision, and their minds, once driven by instinct, sharpened into tactical brilliance.

After that, Shin approached the four Chimera Cubs. This time, he did something different. He not only named their race but also gave them individual names, intending to gift them as pets to his future children. He named them Elemental Chimera. They gained dragon scales, dragon-fire hearts, and the ability to adapt, much like Doomsday from DC. He named them according to their elemental affinities:

• Stormbringer (male): Lightning element

• Gia (female): Earth element

• Iggi (male): Fire element

• Aqua (female): Water element

Next came the six Rare Lineage Griffons. Shin named them Aurumis Griffons. Their wingspan doubled, and their feathers took on a shimmering, metallic sheen that reflected both light and magical energy. Their talons and beaks were now reinforced with draconic scales, capable of piercing through enchanted armor and barriers. They gained mastery over radiant energy, allowing them to unleash beams of solar fire that incinerated foes. Their wings left trails of burning light, blinding enemies, and they radiated a protective aura that shielded allies and enhanced their abilities. Additionally, their breath could heal wounds and purify corrupted magic.

Then, Shin approached the Thunderstags. After giving them his dragon blood, he named them Tempestis Stags, which would be used for light cavalry. They became the raw essence of the storm, capable of generating cyclones of electricity and wind that tore through enemy ranks. Their new abilities included:

• Stormcaller's Breath: A burst of electrified dragonfire, a fusion of flame and lightning that consumes everything in its path.

• Lightning Charge: The ability to build up immense energy while running, releasing it in a devastating surge that sends bolts of electricity through the ground, striking multiple enemies.

• Storm Chaser Wings: Allowing them to take to the skies and rain lightning down from above.

• Horn of Thunder: Their antlers evolved into conduits of raw draconic magic, amplifying their abilities tenfold.

Before heading toward the Elite Bloodline Warhorses, Shin turned to Boa.

"Do you want me to do the same for your snakes?"

"Not right now, dear," she replied softly. "I want to wait until I get more snakes."

"Alright," Shin nodded.

He moved to the Elite Bloodline Warhorses and decided to name them Warhorses of Conquest. Their bodies grew larger and more muscular, their coats gleaming with a sheen that reflected the power of their new lineage. Their manes took on an ethereal glow, and their endurance skyrocketed, allowing them to gallop for days without tiring. They gained three powerful new abilities:

• Stormstride: Allowed them to cover vast distances in the blink of an eye, making them one of the fastest horses in the world.

• Conqueror's Aura: Emitted a powerful aura that boosted morale and strength among allied forces, best used when conquering new lands.

• Stampede of the Damned: When charging, the Warhorses of Conquest unleashed a powerful shockwave that could destroy enemy formations and drive enemy lines into chaos.

After completing the transformation of his new species, Shin turned to his wives.

"We should head back," he said.

They all walked to the center of the territory, where Shin asked Heart to amplify his voice.

"Got it, big brother. Everyone in the territory can hear you now."

Shin's voice echoed across the land.

"I, your lord, Shin Tempest, have some announcements to make. First, I want to welcome all new members to the territory. Secondly, I am forming a new army that will train directly under me. Anyone who joins will have the potential to become Dragon-Born, but be warned—we will follow a strict training regimen. Our chief strategist, Ka Ryo Ten, will also be training three new armies. Everyone is welcome to participate. We need people willing to help our kingdom grow. The choice is yours."

His gaze swept over the crowd.

"Now, for slaves and soldiers—if you are a soldier, regardless of which army you are in, once you reach level 10 or perform mandatory deeds in battle, you will gain the ability to become Dragon-Born. You will also be rewarded with weapons, new mounts, armor, or personal skills."

Shin paused before continuing.

"As for the slaves—you have two paths to freedom. You may either join any of the armies or work and pay ten silver coins for individual freedom or twenty for family freedom."

Shin's tone grew more serious.

"I now need all beastkin, dark elves, oni, hybrids, and those with broken magic cores to step forward and stand to the right. I also need Ri Shin, Kyou Kai, and Hephaestus to stay back."

He turned to Heart.

"Buy full knowledge on supreme-grade blades from One Piece."

"Yes, host. Minus 1,000 system points."

Shin handed the book to Hephaestus.

"When you have time, study this knowledge and try to forge them."

Her eyes sparkled with excitement.

"You got it, my lord! Thank you for this gift."

"No problem," Shin replied with a smile.

Shin turned to the former blacksmith slaves.

"Follow Hephaestus to the forge. We'll get all of your tasks completed in two weeks at the latest."

"We will not disappoint you, my lord," they responded in unison, their determination shining through.

Satisfied, Shin looked at Ri Shin and Kyou Kai.

"We need to talk," he said, his tone softening.

"Yes, Shin. What is it?" Kyou Kai asked curiously.

"The gods and goddesses want me to hold a wedding for the two of you in the Grand Cathedral," Shin explained. "I know it might seem sudden, but my wives and I will cover all the costs."

He paused for a moment before adding, "I also have a chance to bring someone from your world here… if we hold the wedding after we kill the Goblin Emperor."

Ri Shin's eyes lit up with hope.

"Can you bring Ei Sei?" he asked eagerly.

"I can," Shin nodded, "but… would he be fine being a chief advisor instead of an emperor?"

Ri Shin fell silent for a moment, deep in thought.

"I think he'll be fine," he finally said. "Ei Sei never truly desired the throne. He always longed for a family. I know that me and my sister disappearing must have made him anxious."

"Alright," Shin said with a small smile. "I'll do my best to bring your sworn brother here."
