Author here. If you wanted to know this story in one sentence, here's what it would be. The POV of a typical young master, who defies his fate as a minor villain and continues to walk his own path, no matter what happens. There is no System BS, no reincarnation, no regression or transmigration. It's simply one young master against the world. And don't you want to see how he would fare against the odds? I have the whole story planned out, 10 volumes long. Volume 1 has been mostly written on my end, which is about 150 or so chapters, and it is the shortest volume as well. This is a story about Liu Shuren, the young master of the Liu Clan. He believes in the righteous path, and hates all demonic cultivators. But soon these thoughts will change when he gets out of his comfort zone, and sees the real world and face its reality. This is how he finds his own path, beyond the concepts of righteous and demonic, pursuing his own truth. He will defy the world, he will defy the heavens, and most important of all, he will defy the System. So far, I will be releasing 1 chapter a day. A chapter tends to be 1.5k-2.5k words each. I hope you all stick around until Volume 1, which is basically the prologue, and enjoy this 10 volume long ride of Virtuous Demon!
