Chapter 5: Shadows of the Eclipse Society

The explosion sent shockwaves through the ruins, shaking the very foundation of the ancient palace. Aina instinctively covered her ears, her heartbeat racing as the dust settled.

From the shadows of the forest, dark figures emerged—clad in blackened silat uniforms with silver emblems of a crescent moon eclipsing the sun.

The Persatuan Gerhana.

Leading them was a towering figure with a mechanical arm that glinted under the torchlight. His face bore deep scars, his single eye burning with menace.

Rahim Tempurung.

"Aina Batrisya… I've been looking for you," he growled, his voice thick with malice.

Tok Rimau stepped forward, his stance unwavering. "And what does an old shadow like you want with my student?"

Rahim smirked. "The same thing that everyone wants. The lost power of the warrior kings." His mechanical fingers clicked, revealing hidden blades beneath. "And she's the key."

Aina clenched her fists. She didn't understand everything yet, but she knew one thing—she would not let them take her.

The battle erupted in an instant.

The warriors of Persatuan Gerhana moved like ghosts, their silat techniques infused with stolen mystical energy. Tok Rimau engaged them head-on, his strikes precise and devastating, but even he couldn't take on so many at once.

Aina dodged a blade aimed at her throat, countering with an instinctive elbow strike that sent her attacker sprawling. The Selendang Sari Nabawi wrapped around her, shifting like a living force, shielding her from another ambush.

She wasn't fighting alone.

But then—Rahim Tempurung himself stepped forward.

"You've got fire, girl," he muttered. "Let's see if you can survive the Wrath of the Eclipse."

Aina barely had time to react before Rahim lunged at her, his mechanical arm moving with inhuman speed—aiming straight for her heart.
