Leon looked blankly at the mother dragon beside him.

'What's wrong with her? Walking along, and she just started laughing to herself?'

Noticing Leon's gaze, Rossweise quickly restrained her smile, put on a serious face, and said indifferently, "What are you looking at?"

"You just laughed like a little girl going on her first date," Leon's comments were always so direct.

"How do you know what a little girl on her first date looks like? Could it be that you've gone on dates with other girls besides me?", Of course, the queen was even better at catching key words.

"Of course, so what? Is it not allowed? You already manage the heavens and the earth, and now you want to manage who I date too?"

Before meeting Rossweise, General Leon had been single for twenty years. Not to mention dating girls, back then, he even thought spending five seconds rejecting a girl's confession was a waste of his time. So aside from his master's wife, he had never gone out alone with any other woman.

But since this silver dragon, the queen of jealousy, was about to start finding faults with him again for no reason, Leon might as well play along.

After all, he wasn't the one getting jealous.

Rossweise gave him a sideways glare. She knew this damn man was bragging again, but she was too lazy to expose him. Instead, she just snorted, "The great dragon-slaying hero has so many fangirls. It's only natural for you to pick one and go on a date. How would I dare to control you?"

Leon sniffed dramatically and asked seriously, "Do you smell that?"

"Smell what?"

"A strong scent of jealousy."

Rossweise froze for a moment, raised her elegant eyebrows, then let out a cold snort, "You're saying I'm jealous again? I'm not a vinegar jar."

"You're not?"

"I'm not," She said it loud and clear, with conviction.

"Oh, if you're not, then you're not."

Since the vinegar queen had said so, Leon just followed along.

Rossweise didn't argue with him any further.

From past experience, she knew that if she continued, she would definitely fall into Leon's logic trap.

It was just like when people called you tsundere. Whether you actually were or not, once that label was placed on you, you were already considered one.

So rather than waste her breath arguing with this damn man, she might as well save her energy for more important fights in the evening.

The couple arrived at the Silver Dragons' tribe. Although the variety of goods here wasn't as vast as in Sky City, they could still buy everything they needed.

The first thing they went to buy, of course, was swimsuits.

Noah and Luna didn't need new swimsuits; the main goal this time was to get Rossweise a swimsuit that wouldn't turn into sheer black lace when wet.

When they arrived at the store, the female shopkeeper immediately recognized her queen and hurriedly signaled the staff to welcome her.

A lineup formed, everyone saluted—

But before they could make a big scene, Rossweise stopped them in time, "Just go about your business. The prince and I are just looking around. If we need anything, we'll call you."

She had never liked noisy scenes like this, and whenever she went on informal visits, she always kept a low profile.

The staff gave a slight bow and returned to their respective posts.

The couple headed straight for the women's swimsuit section.

To be fair, Silver Dragons had a rather inclusive sense of aesthetics. Whether conservative or revealing styles, everything was available.

Rossweise picked up a black, slightly sexy swimsuit, pinched the thin straps, held it against herself, and turned to Leon, "How about this one?"

Leon squinted at the swimsuit, which had pathetically little fabric, and shook his head, "Not good."

"Alright, how about this one?", Rossweise switched to another swimsuit of the same style but in a different color.

Of course, it still had very little fabric.

Leon coughed lightly and said, "Also not good."

Rossweise's lips curled into an almost imperceptible smile. Then, she picked another swimsuit.

It was still fiery and sexy. Just imagining how she'd look in it was enough to get the blood pumping. But precisely because of that, Leon's evaluation remained the same, "Not good."

Rossweise put down the swimsuit and tilted her head, "This isn't good either? But it really shows off my figure."

Leon scratched his nose and muttered, "It's just… not good…"

"Hah, humans have such outdated aesthetics."

"Come on, this isn't even about aesthetics."

"Then what is it about?"

"It's… it's…"

Seeing the damn man stammering, unable to finish his sentence, Rossweise's smile deepened.

She held the sexy swimsuit and slowly moved closer to Leon, watching as his face turned slightly red. Then, lowering her voice, she said, "Oh~ I get it. You're afraid that if I wear this, you won't be able to control your feelings for me, and you'll end up confessing romantically by the sea. And if you accidentally activate the dragon markings again… tsk tsk tsk~"

Rossweise stood on her tiptoes, whispering in his ear, "It's okay, husband. If you just say you want to see it, I'll buy it and wear it for you in private."

Leon immediately took a few steps back, "I don't want to see it! Wear whatever you like, I don't care."

"Alright then, since my dear husband doesn't like me wearing these, I'll just buy something with a little more fabric," With that, Rossweise picked a one-piece swimsuit that only revealed a bit of her collarbone and back.

Her stunning figure was completely sealed away.

This wasn't just "a little" more fabric.

This was a whole lot more.

But Leon didn't feel regretful at all. If she had actually bought the sexy one, they might've ended up in another "situation."

And that was serious physical labor, Leon didn't want to waste all his energy just "submitting assignments."

He was already the father of three kids. A responsible adult needed to practice moderation.

After picking her swimsuit, Rossweise went to have it packed.

Leon, meanwhile, stepped out of the store ahead of her and waited at the door.

A few minutes later, Rossweise finally came out.

"What took so long?"

"Oh, nothing, just looked at a few other things. Let's go buy some sunscreen."

"Alright."

The afternoon passed quickly as the couple finished shopping for everything they needed for the beach trip.

This vacation was, first, to fulfill their promise to their daughters. Second, to help Leon and Rossweise relax after the stressful empire incident.

But most importantly, it was to help Noah trust her parents' relationship more.

Leon wanted her to understand, her mom and dad would never leave her.

———

After taking care of all the clan's affairs, Leon and his family set off for a seaside vacation.

This time, the beach they were heading to wasn't the final stop of Director Noah's Parents' Love date. That place was, at best, a small scenic spot near Sky City, suitable for an after-dinner stroll and a bit of relaxation.

But if one truly wanted to see the ocean and have a real vacation, they had to go to an actual seaside location.

After several hours of flight, the clouds parted, revealing a brand-new tropical landscape before Leon's eyes.

Looking at the beach below and the vast, boundless blue ocean, he realized he had never imagined that the Dragon Clan's territory was this massive.

At that thought, Leon couldn't help but feel a surge of anger.

'Why did the Empire have to stab me in the back?"

If they had just given General Leon a few more years, he could have conquered the entire Dragon Clan, and then all these beaches and oceans would have belonged to humans.

'Hah, short-sighted humans!'

Well, whatever. This trip was to accompany his daughters, no need to dwell on such frustrating matters.

A massive silver dragon slowly landed at the entrance of the resort.

Before heading to the beach, they needed to check into the hotel and store their belongings.

They booked two rooms, one for Noah and Luna, and one for Leon and Rossweise.

As for Little Light, where she slept at night depended entirely on whether her mom and dad needed some "quality time" together.

Poor little daughter, her parents had been by her side since birth, yet at times, she had to play the role of a "left-behind child."

So, the moral of the story: if you're going to be reincarnated, make sure you pick a family that's relatively relaxed about these things.

If you end up in one of those families that have a "small celebration every three days, a grand one every five," where they're either making little brothers and sisters or on the way to making them, then you'd best avoid seeking them out at night, because they probably won't have time to deal with you.

After settling into their rooms, the five family members changed into their swimwear.

The three little dragon girls naturally had matching striped swimsuits in a children's style. The purchase even came with three inflatable swim rings, both cute and safe.

Leon wore a loose tank top paired with beach shorts, white on top and blue on the bottom, creating a fresh, sunny look, perfect for the beach.

Originally, Rossweise had only bought him a pair of beach shorts, justifying it with, "My husband has such a great body, of course, he should show it off."

But Leon knew better, this dragon lady just wanted to expose the dragon tattoo on his chest.

He wasn't about to let himself be stared at by a crowd of war heroes, so he bought an extra loose tank top.

As for Rossweise, she wore the modest one-piece swimsuit she had purchased a few days ago. Not only that, but she also had a sun-protective jacket over it, leaving only her tail and a pair of long, slender legs exposed.

The Silver Dragon Queen only revealed her seductive and alluring side when she was "doing homework" with her fake husband. As for her everyday demeanor, she was quite conservative.

Leon was well aware of this.

So, it seemed that this beach trip wouldn't see a repeat of the black sheer lingerie swimsuit incident from the hot springs.

At that thought, Master Leon quietly let out a sigh of relief.

By now, he had pretty much seen through all of this dragon lady's tricks. The only thing that could still shake his resolve was her endless cosplay play.

'So as long as I can make sure she doesn't put on any of those ridiculous outfits, I, Casmodeous, shall remain pure and untainted.'

As they were about to head out, Rossweise noticed Leon smirking like a fool. She couldn't help but ask, "What are you laughing at?"

Leon immediately wiped the smile off his face, "N-Nothing."

Rossweise's eyes flickered, and a teasing smile played on her lips, "You just looked like a little boy on his first date."

Leon rolled his eyes at her, "You shameless dragon lady, always stealing from me."

"Who cares if I'm stealing, as long as it makes you uncomfortable."

"No, I feel great. I feel absolutely fantastic."

Rossweise arched a brow, "Oh? Then how about I make you even more comfortable tonight?"

Leon instantly felt a tightening in his lower body. He swallowed hard, said no more, and quickly fled the room to find his daughters.

Hands in her jacket pockets, Rossweise watched the foolish war prisoner scurry away, shook her head, and sighed.

'Sigh, must be because his magic hasn't recovered yet. Otherwise, there's no way he'd be this cowardly.'

With that, she stepped out of the room as well.

On the beach, the slightly salty sea breeze greeted them. A number of seagulls circled in the distance, and the waves rolled in one after another.

Further out at the horizon where the sea met the sky, the water shimmered endlessly.

There weren't many tourists on the beach, as this place, like the Flowing Cloud Valley, wasn't open to ordinary dragonfolk. Those who could come here were all of noble status.

Naoh and Luna, clutching their swim rings, immediately dove into the shallow water. The couple didn't let them take Little Light along.

Playing together at home was fine, but at the beach, things were different.

Even though lifeguards were on standby nearby, the two parents wouldn't let Little Light leave their sight.

Under a large parasol, Leon and Rossweise lounged on beach chairs, with a small table between them holding two refreshing cold drinks.

Little Light sat on her dad's stomach, waving her tiny pink fists, though it was unclear what she was trying to do.
