Chapter 9: A Tough Moment and a New Temptation

Kira was driving me crazy.

I'd been patient, careful, even playing it cool but no matter how smooth I was, she wasn't giving in. Tonight, I decided to take a different approach.

We had been talking outside our dorm rooms, casual conversation, nothing too deep. The night was calm, the air crisp, and it felt like the perfect moment to push things further.

"You should come inside," I said smoothly, leaning against my doorframe.

She arched a brow. "Why?"

I smirked. "Because I make great company."

She scoffed. "That's not a reason."

"Fine," I shrugged. "Then come inside and find out."

She gave me a look, one that lingered just a second longer than usual. I thought I had her for a moment, but then she shook her head.

"Not happening, Frank."

I chuckled, but deep down, I was annoyed. "Why not?"

She folded her arms. "Because I know what you're trying to do. And trust me, it's not going to work."

I tilted my head, amused. "You sure?"

"Positive."

She didn't break eye contact, and damn, I had to admit she was good at this. Most girls would have at least played around with my words, flirted back, left the door open. Kira? She shut it completely.

She turned and walked into her room without another word, leaving me standing there like a fool.

I let out a slow breath and ran a hand through my hair. This girl…

I wasn't backing down, though.

I'd cracked tougher ones before.

After freshening up, I headed out to meet Angela at the hotel we agreed on. No way was I risking another near-miss with her husband.

The moment I stepped into the room, Angela was waiting dressed in a tight, deep red dress that hugged every curve.

"Right on time," she purred.

"You know I wouldn't keep you waiting," I said, shutting the door behind me.

She bit her lip, eyes filled with hunger.

The night blurred into a series of heated moments. Angela was wild, desperate for pleasure, and I gave her exactly what she needed. She begged for more, moaned my name over and over until her body gave out. By the time we were done, she was completely spent, lying on the bed with a dazed expression.

"Where do you get all this energy?" she murmured, her fingers tracing my chest.

I smirked. "It's a gift."

She laughed softly. "Well, don't lose it. I need you for the rest of the week."

"Don't worry," I said, kissing her shoulder. "I always deliver."

We stayed there for a while before I finally got up, dressed, and left her there. She was too exhausted to move, but I had places to be.

As I made my way back to the dorm, I saw her.

Damn.

She was breathtaking.

A caramel-skinned goddess, long silky hair, curves that made my mind wander to places it shouldn't. She walked gracefully, like she was completely aware of her beauty but didn't have to flaunt it.

She was the kind of girl men turned their heads for without even realizing it.

I couldn't let her pass without saying something.

I picked up my pace and fell into step beside her.

"Hey there," I said smoothly.

She turned, glancing at me with mild curiosity. "Hi?"

I gave her my most charming smile. "I don't usually stop beautiful strangers at night, but… here I am."

She raised an eyebrow. "That line always work?"

"Only on the special ones."

She smirked. "And what makes me special?"

I chuckled. "Let me get your number, and I'll show you."

She hesitated for a second, then pulled out her phone. "Fine. Just don't be boring."

I took her number, saving it instantly.

"Maya, right?" I asked.

She nodded. "And you?"

"Frank."

"Hmm." She eyed me playfully. "I've heard about you, Frank."

I grinned. "All good things, I hope."

She let out a soft laugh. "Depends on what you define as 'good.'"

Interesting.

This girl wasn't just beautiful she was sharp.

I watched as she walked away, her hips swaying slightly.

Damn.

I had just met her, and I had already fucked her in my head.

The moment I got to my dorm, I sent her a message.

Frank: Just got to my room. Don't tell me you're already missing me.

She replied almost instantly.

Maya: Boy, don't push your luck.

I grinned.

This was going to be fun.
