Chapter 21: The New Assignment

I arrived at the location Sandra had sent me, a high-end lounge tucked away in the city's wealthiest district. The kind of place where millionaires came to play, and deals worth millions were made over a single drink. The second I walked in, I spotted Sandra at a secluded VIP booth, sipping on a cocktail like she owned the place.

"You're late," she said without looking up.

I smirked and slid into the seat across from her. "Had a long night."

Sandra finally glanced at me, her eyes filled with amusement. "Maya?"(Sandra knew about Maya because I've been telling her about all my adventures).

I chuckled. "Something like that."

She shook her head and pushed a small envelope toward me. "Here's your next gig."

I picked it up and raised an eyebrow. "No briefing?"

"You'll figure it out."

I tore open the envelope and pulled out a single photograph. A woman.

She was stunning, long dark hair, piercing blue eyes, and a body that was made to turn heads. But there was something else about her, something dangerous.

"Who is she?" I asked.

Sandra leaned back, swirling her drink. "Her name's Natalia Vasquez. Cuban. Wealthy. Connected to some very powerful people."

I studied the picture again. "What does she want?"

"She's in town for a few weeks and has very specific tastes. She's used to men who can handle themselves, who know how to keep their mouths shut. She's the type who doesn't just pay for a good time, she pays for discretion."

I nodded slowly. "And you think I'm her type?"

Sandra smirked. "I think you're exactly what she's looking for."

I leaned back, taking a moment to process. "And what's the catch?"

Sandra shrugged. "No catch. Just be careful. Natalia isn't like Isabella. She doesn't just sleep with whoever she wants, she picks them for a reason."

I raised an eyebrow. "And what's my reason?"

Sandra's smirk widened. "That's for you to find out."

I exhaled, placing the picture back in the envelope. "Where do I meet her?"

Sandra pulled out her phone and sent me an address. "Tonight. Dress sharp."

I nodded, sliding the envelope into my pocket. "Got it."

As I stood to leave, Sandra's voice stopped me.

"Oh, and Frank?"

I turned back.

"She's playing a different game. Be ready."

I didn't know exactly what that meant, but I had a feeling I was about to find out.

The game begins.

The rooftop bar had an intoxicating atmosphere, soft jazz playing in the background, the scent of expensive perfume lingering in the air, and the quiet murmur of conversations between powerful people. But none of that mattered right now.

Because in front of me sat Natalia Vasquez, and she was unlike any woman I had ever met.

She took another slow sip of her drink, her eyes locked onto mine, as if she was sizing me up. "Tell me, Frank, are you as good as they say you are?"

I smirked. "Depends on what you've heard."

She leaned in slightly, her voice dropping just enough to send a chill down my spine. "That you're smooth, charming, and know exactly how to please a woman."

I took a sip of my whiskey, meeting her gaze. "And do you believe everything you hear?"

She tilted her head, amusement dancing in her eyes. "No. I prefer to test things for myself."

I chuckled. "Fair enough. How do I pass your test?"

Natalia set her drink down and slowly traced the rim of her glass with her finger. "I like games, Frank. The kind where the stakes are high. The kind where only one of us comes out on top."

There was something in her tone, something dark and thrilling.

I leaned forward, intrigued. "And what kind of game are we playing?"

She smirked. "A simple one. If you can resist me all night, I'll admit you're not like the others. But if you give in first, then you're just another man who can't control himself around me."

I exhaled slowly, realizing exactly what she was doing.

She wanted to see if I was weak. If I could be tempted easily.

I smiled. "And what do I get if I win?"

Natalia's lips curled into a wicked smile. "Me. But only on my terms."

I chuckled. "And if I lose?"

Her eyes gleamed. "Then I own you."

My pulse quickened.

This wasn't just seduction, this was a battle of control. And I wasn't about to back down.

The Longest Night

The game began the second we left the bar.

Natalia made sure to keep the tension high, walking close enough for me to feel her warmth but never letting me touch her. Every glance she threw my way was a challenge, a silent dare to break first.

She took me to an exclusive underground club, the kind only the ultra-rich had access to. The air was thick with desire, bodies grinding against each other, dim lights flashing, and music pulsing like a heartbeat.

Natalia leaned in close, her breath warm against my ear. "Still holding strong?"

I smirked. "You'll have to try harder than that."

She laughed, then grabbed my hand and led me to the dance floor.

And that's when things got dangerous.

She pressed herself against me, her body moving in sync with mine. Her hands trailed over my chest, her lips barely brushing against my neck. It was torture, pure and simple.

I gritted my teeth, refusing to give in.

Natalia, however, was relentless.

She turned in my arms, grinding against me, her movements slow and deliberate. I could feel the heat radiating off her, the teasing pressure of her body against mine.

She tilted her head back, her lips just inches from mine. "I can feel how much you want me."

I exhaled, my hands tightening on her waist. "And yet, I haven't touched you the way you want me to."

Her eyes darkened with challenge. "Yet."

She was good. Damn good.

But I wasn't going to lose.

Hours passed, and the tension only grew worse.

Natalia took me from one spot to another,a private lounge, a hidden rooftop, even a darkened corridor where she pinned me against the wall and ran her fingers over my chest, her breath hot against my skin.

Each time, I held my ground.

But I was close to breaking.

Finally, back at her penthouse, she stood before me, her dress hanging off one shoulder, her gaze smug. "You lasted longer than I expected."

I smirked, though my body was screaming for release. "And yet, I'm still standing."

Natalia chuckled. "I'll give you credit, Frank. But now comes the real challenge."

She stepped closer, her fingers sliding down my chest. "You've resisted me all night. But what if I stop playing?"

She reached for the straps of her dress and let them slide down, the fabric pooling at her feet.

I exhaled sharply, my restraint hanging by a thread.

Natalia leaned in, her lips brushing against mine. "Still resisting?"

I swallowed hard. "I told you. I don't break easily."

She smiled, then whispered, "Then let's see how long you can last when I'm not playing fair."

And just like that, the game changed.
