Rebirth From Ashes.

Rise of the Phoenix Emperor - Rebirth from Ashes"

Lie Renwǒ's body began to burn, his skin sizzling with dark energy. His phoenix, Huǒ Tiān Fèng Huáng, let out a deafening screech as it vanished into ashes, its power dwindling along with Lie Renwǒ's.

The dark spirits cackled with glee, their grip on Lie Renwǒ tightening as they drained his power. Lie Renwǒ's eyes grew dim, his body weakening.

Meanwhile, Tianyang was waiting for Lie Renwǒ in the Half Realm. But as he sensed Lie Renwǒ's power dwindling, he knew something was amiss.

"Tianyang, no!" he muttered to himself, rushing towards the Ruin Half Realm.

He burst through the temple doors, his speed rivaling the Flash. Lyraea's eyes widened as she sensed the powerful being's arrival.

"Who dares to intrude?" Lyraea demanded, her voice dripping with authority.

Tianyang ignored her, his eyes scanning the temple frantically. "Lie! Lie, where are you?" he shouted.

Lie Renwǒ's weak voice echoed from the Icy Hall. "I'm...I'm here...!"

Tianyang sprinted towards the Icy Hall, his fists glowing with energy. He burst through the doors, his eyes widening as he saw Lie Renwǒ trapped by the dark spirits.

With a fierce battle cry, Tianyang blasted the spirits away, freeing Lie Renwǒ. Lie Renwǒ collapsed to the ground, his body weak.

But he refused to give up. With a determined glint in his eye, he began to recite ancient words, absorbing the power of the demons. His body began to glow with an eerie light as his power surged back, infused with the extra demons' power cultivation.

Lie Renwǒ's eyes snapped open, his gaze locking onto Tianyang. "Thanks, Tianyang," he said, his voice filled with gratitude.

Tianyang grinned, his eyes shining with relief. "Anytime, buddy. Now, let's get out of here and kick some Dark Lord butt!"

"Oh, I have to retrieve some treasure for a friend," Lie Renwǒ said, his eyes sparkling with a hint of mischief.

Tianyang raised an eyebrow. "A friend? How did you even manage to make friends in this Half Realm? And what about Ling Yin? Where is she?"

Lie Renwǒ explained, "Ling Yin is being held captive by a powerful demon woman. She told me to retrieve her treasure in exchange for Ling Yin's freedom. But surprisingly, she doesn't seem like a bad demon after all."

Tianyang's eyes narrowed. "So, where is this treasure she wants?"

Lie Renwǒ pointed to the ice cube. "It's inside there."

Tianyang nodded, a sly grin spreading across his face. He summoned four figures of his own face and abilities, each one radiating a unique aura.

The four Tianyangs began to cultivate, their energies combining to create a powerful blast of heat. The ice cube began to melt, and Lie Renwǒ quickly retrieved the Wicked Destruction Blade.

With the treasure in hand, Lie Renwǒ and Tianyang returned to Lyraea. She looked up at them, a hint of surprise in her eyes.

"Well, well, well. Who do we have here? A powerful Immortal God, I see," Lyraea said, her voice dripping with sarcasm.

Lie Renwǒ smiled. "He's my ally. He came to save me."

Lyraea's eyes narrowed. "Where is my treasure?"

Lie Renwǒ held out the Wicked Destruction Blade. "If you want it, you'll have to give me my friend."

Lyraea's face twisted into a scowl, but she nodded. "Follow me."

As they walked, Tianyang turned to Lie Renwǒ. "I've got to go. Keep safe, and watch your back around her."

With that, Tianyang flew away, leaving Lie Renwǒ alone with Lyraea.

As they walked, Lyraea stumbled, and a stone came loose, threatening to fall on her. Lie Renwǒ quickly caught her, holding her close.

Their eyes met, and for a moment, they just stared at each other. Lyraea came to her senses, shaking herself off. She looked away, a hint of shyness in her eyes.

"Let's move on," she muttered.

Lie Renwǒ smiled. "You didn't even say thank you."

Lyraea's eyes flashed back to his, and she said, "Thank...you."

As she looked away, Lie Renwǒ couldn't help but notice the way her hair fell in soft waves down her back. He felt a pang of attraction, and his heart skipped a beat.

As they continued on, Lie Renwǒ couldn't help but steal glances at Lyraea, his feelings for her growing with every step.

As they strolled through the serene landscape, Lie Renwǒ turned to Lyraea and asked, "You're not like the other demons I've met. What makes you different?"

Lyraea chuckled, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Not all demons are created equal, Lie Renwǒ. Some of us have a softer side."

Lie Renwǒ's gaze lingered on her face, and he couldn't help but notice the way her lips curved into a gentle smile. "You're breathtakingly beautiful, Lyraea," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Lyraea's cheeks flushed, and she looked away, her voice tinged with shyness. "Thank you, Lie Renwǒ."

As they approached a quaint, picturesque house, Lyraea pushed open the door, revealing Ling Yin sitting comfortably inside. Lie Renwǒ rushed to her side, embracing her warmly. "Ling Yin, I'm so glad I finally found you!"

Lyraea cleared her throat, interrupting the reunion. "You can leave now. This ruin realm is treacherous, and I wouldn't want anything to happen to you."

As Lie Renwǒ and Ling Yin prepared to depart, Lie Renwǒ suddenly turned back to Lyraea, grasping her hands in his. Lyraea's eyes widened, and she seemed taken aback by the sudden gesture.

Without warning, Lie Renwǒ leaned in, his lips brushing against Lyraea's. Ling Yin's voice pierced the air, "Heeey, Lie! You've fallen for a demon?"

Lyraea's eyes turned a deep shade of pink, and she pulled away, her face radiating shyness. With a gentle smile, she spread her wings and took flight, vanishing into the horizon.

Lie Renwǒ turned to Ling Yin, a conspiratorial look on his face. "Shh, don't breathe a word about this to anyone, not even my mom."

Ling Yin's eyes sparkled with amusement, but she nodded in agreement.

Upon their return to the Gods Realm, they arrived at the Xiao Family estate, where Miss Mei, Lie Renwǒ's mother, greeted them warmly. Her eyes, however, betrayed a hint of concern.

"Where have you two been? I was worried sick," she asked, her voice tinged with relief.

Lie Renwǒ launched into an explanation of their adventure, carefully omitting any mention of Lyraea. His mother listened intently, her expression a mixture of surprise and curiosity.

As the night drew to a close, Lie Renwǒ couldn't shake the memory of Lyraea's captivating smile and the way his heart skipped a beat when their lips touched.
