The enchanted silence that had filled the room finally shattered as reality set in.
The legendary figures—emperors, empresses, warlords, and rulers—snapped out of their daze and immediately began examining the baby in Seraphina's arms with newfound fervor.
Then, like a fuse igniting a powder keg—
The arguments began.
"He looks more like me!"
"I told you he takes after the dragons!" Zephyrus Ignis, the Dragon Emperor, declared proudly, arms crossed as he smirked at the gathered crowd. "Just look at his strong features, his noble presence! That's the unmistakable heritage of the Draconis bloodline!"
"Are you blind?" Asmodeus Noctis, the Demon Emperor, snapped back, his crimson eyes narrowing. "His flawless skin, his serene aura—that's our demonic nobility shining through!"
"You two are both wrong." The smooth, confident voice of Alexander Solis, the Human Emperor, interjected coolly His elegance, his calming presence—those are clear signs of human imperial blood at work."
"He has the unmistakable physique of a warrior-king! That is from my side of the family." Zephyrus insisted, his golden eyes burning with draconic pride.
"Tch. You glorified lizards always say that. His mystical aura, refined charm, his natural presence of the abyss—these are things only a demon of the highest royal standing like our side could possess." Asmodeus retorted.
Alexander sighed, rubbing his temples. "Idiots. Neither of you realize that his face perfectly mirrors our Solis lineage, down to the smallest details."
"He's mine."
All three turned their attention to Seraphina, who had remained silent throughout their quarrel.
She was still smiling.
A soft, beautiful smile.
But everyone in the room felt a chill crawl down their spines.
Her golden-red eyes, usually warm and enchanting, now carried a dangerous glint.
Her gentle tone was terrifying.
"He," she said sweetly, adjusting Adrian in her arms, "looks the most like me."
Silence.
Dead silence.
Even the three rulers, who commanded entire empires, suddenly felt the urge to step back.
The intense love and protectiveness in Seraphina's voice made it clear—this was not a discussion.
Zephyrus, Asmodeus, and Alexander exchanged glances, clearly dissatisfied with this conclusion.
They muttered among themselves.
"Not fair…"
"How does she get the final say…?"
"She just pulled the mother card…"
But none of them dared to challenge her further.
After all, they were very well aware of a mother's protectiveness over her child and they were intelligent enough not to provoke it especially when the mother was powerful enough to kick their asses.

Another Cheat : The Mark of the World Tree
Just as the heated discussion was settling, another astonishing revelation emerged.
It was the Demon Empress Selene Noctis who noticed it first.
Her sharp eyes widened in surprise as she leaned closer, focusing on Adrian's tiny, delicate shoulder.
And there, etched into his flawless skin, was a mystical symbol—a natural mark, glowing ever so faintly with an ethereal green aura.
"…The World Tree's Mark."
The room froze.
Every royal present immediately turned toward the baby once more, their expressions serious.
"This… this is an elven royal birthmark." The former Dragon Emperor, Draconis Ignis, murmured in awe.
Eleanora Solis, the former Human Empress, nodded slowly. "Only pure-blooded elven royalty are born with such a mark."
Adrian's pointed ears, though subtle, were sharp and defined, further confirming what the mark suggested.
"…Elven heritage."
It wasn't entirely shocking.
For thousands of years, the Five Great Empires had engaged in countless royal intermarriages, strengthening their bonds and unifying their bloodlines.
Though rare, it was still possible for a royal child to inherit a bloodline awakening from a different empire's ancestry.
And now, Adrian had not only inherited the power of the dragons, demons and humans… but also that of the elven race.

"The Elves need to be informed."
Lucius Noctis, the former Demon Emperor, finally broke the silence.
Seraphina, says "I will tell Elaris later" she says with a smile, thinking about telling this to her best friend imagining her shocked expression.
The current Elven Empress.
Unlike the others, the elves did not often marry outside their empire—their long lifespans and deep cultural traditions made such unions rare.
But when an heir bearing their mark was born, they always celebrated it.
Selene Noctis nodded in agreement. "They will undoubtedly be delighted to hear this."
Everyone in the room knew—when an heir inherited an empire's unique royal heritage, it was considered a blessing.
No matter which empire it was, they cherished such rare occurrences.
And the Elven Empire?
The Sylvan Expanse had not seen a royal-blooded elven descendant outside their direct line in ages.
" Huh , so I also have The World Tree's mark , this changes alot of things" Adrian thinks to himself about all the opportunities present in the elven empire which were mentioned in the novel and his eyes shine thinking about them.
