The Boardroom Brawl

Lian Zheng's eyes locked onto Sophia's, his mind racing with the implications of her proposal. A seat on the board, and his body and soul? It was a steep price to pay, but he was desperate to save Golden Dragon Enterprises.

"I need time to think," he said finally, his voice firm but controlled.

Sophia's smile didn't waver. "You have 24 hours," she replied. "After that, the offer is off the table."

Lian Zheng nodded, his mind already racing with strategies and counter-strategies. He knew that Sophia was a shark, and he needed to be careful not to get eaten alive.

But as he left the office, he couldn't shake the feeling that Sophia was hiding something. What did she really want from him, and how far would she go to get it?

The next day, Lian Zheng walked into the boardroom, his heart pounding in his chest. Sophia was already there, her eyes fixed on him like a predator.

"Gentlemen," she said, her voice dripping with sweetness. "Let's get down to business. I propose that we inject a massive cash infusion into Golden Dragon Enterprises, in exchange for a majority stake in the company."

The room erupted into chaos, with the other board members shouting and arguing. Lian Zheng's instincts went on high alert as he realized that Sophia had played him.

She had set him up, using her charms to distract him while she manipulated the board behind his back. And now, she was about to take control of Golden Dragon Enterprises.
