The rule of survival
Haru's eyes snapped open, and he found himself in a cold, dark room with three other strangers. But as he looked around, he realized that they weren't strangers at all - they were his school friends, Lalo, Dyna, and Harisima.
Pabal's voice echoed through the speakers, his tone dripping with drama and menace.
"Welcome, contestants, to the Love or Die Game," he declared, his eyes gleaming with intensity.
Haru, Lalo, Dyna, and Harisima exchanged nervous glances, their minds racing with questions. How did they end up here? And what kind of game was this?
Pabal's eyes locked onto theirs, his gaze piercing and unsettling.
"You have been chosen to participate in a game where survival is the only option," he continued, his voice dripping with sadistic glee. "You will face brutal challenges, puzzles, and twists that will test your physical and mental limits."
The contestants exchanged uneasy glances, their hearts racing with anticipation.
"But that's not all," Pabal declared, his eyes glinting with malice. "You will also be forced to confront your deepest fears and desires. You will be pushed to the breaking point, and beyond."
Haru felt a shiver run down his spine as Pabal's words hung in the air.
"Now, let's discuss the rules," Pabal declared, his voice dripping with drama. "You will be paired up, two by two. Haru, you will be paired with Harisima. Lalo, you will be paired with Dyna."
The contestants exchanged nervous glances, their minds racing with questions.
"Your goal is to survive," Pabal continued, his eyes glinting with intensity. "But to do so, you will have to make impossible choices. You will have to choose between love and survival."
Haru's heart skipped a beat as Pabal's words hung in the air.
"And what about the challenges?" Lalo asked, his voice laced with skepticism.
Pabal's eyes locked onto Lalo's, his gaze piercing and unsettling.
"Ah, the challenges," he declared, his voice dripping with sadistic glee. "They will be brutal, merciless, and designed to push you to the breaking point."
Dyna's eyes widened in fear, her face pale and clammy.
"And what about the prizes?" Harisima asked, her voice laced with curiosity.
Pabal's eyes glinted with malice, his gaze piercing and unsettling.
"Ah, the prizes," he declared, his voice dripping with drama. "The last couple standing will win the grand prize: survival. But there's a twist."
The contestants exchanged nervous glances, their minds racing with questions.
"The couple that forms the strongest bond will win a bonus prize," Pabal declared, his eyes glinting with intensity. "But be warned, contestants, the price of love may be too high to pay."
The contestants exchanged uneasy glances, their hearts racing with anticipation.
"So, let the game begin," Pabal declared, his voice dripping with sadistic glee. "Let the love and death games commence."
The lights flickered, and the contestants found themselves facing their first challenge. Would they choose love or survival? The fate of their relationships, and their lives, hung in the balance.
There is no escape. There is no quit. Only survival.
