Chapter Four

*Chapter 4: The Wedding Arrangements*

Sandra stood in front of the mirror, staring at her reflection. She couldn't believe it had come to this. She was actually going to marry Xavier Leo.

The past few days had been a blur of wedding arrangements and meetings with Grandpa Leo. Sandra had tried to protest, but it seemed like no one was listening.

As she looked at herself in the mirror, Sandra felt a sense of detachment. This wasn't her life. She was a biker chick, not some Mafia wife.

But as she turned to leave, Sandra's eyes landed on a photo of her father. She felt a pang of sadness, missing him dearly.

Sandra's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of her phone ringing. She picked it up, seeing that it was Rhea calling.

"Hey, girl," Rhea said, as soon as Sandra answered. "I've been thinking. We need to come up with a plan to get you out of this marriage."

Sandra sighed, feeling a sense of frustration. "I've been thinking the same thing, Rhea. But I don't know how to get out of it."

Rhea's voice was determined. "We'll figure something out, Sandra. We always do."

As Sandra hung up the phone with Rhea, she felt a sense of hope wash over her. Maybe, just maybe, she could get out of this marriage after all.

But as she looked around her apartment, Sandra's eyes landed on a wedding dress brochure. She felt a sense of dread wash over her. The wedding was just a week away.

Sandra's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the doorbell. She got up to answer it, expecting it to be one of her friends.

But as she opened the door, Sandra's eyes landed on a tall, dark-haired man. He was handsome, but there was something cold and calculating in his eyes.

"Can I help you?" Sandra asked, trying to keep her tone neutral.

The man smiled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "I'm Marco," he said. "Xavier Leo's right-hand man."

Sandra's eyes narrowed, feeling a sense of unease wash over her. What did Marco want?

As she stood there, frozen in uncertainty, Marco spoke up again. "Xavier sent me to discuss the wedding arrangements."

Sandra felt a sense of dread wash over her. This was it. The wedding was really happening.

Marco's eyes seemed to bore into Sandra's soul as he waited for her response. She felt a shiver run down her spine as she tried to process the fact that Xavier Leo's right-hand man was standing in her living room.

"Fine," Sandra said finally, trying to keep her tone neutral. "Come in."

Marco nodded, his eyes never leaving Sandra's face. He walked into the living room, his movements fluid and confident.

Sandra followed him, feeling a sense of unease wash over her. What did Marco want to discuss?

As they sat down, Marco pulled out a folder filled with papers and photos. "Xavier wants to make sure that the wedding is perfect," Marco said, his eyes scanning the papers. "He's willing to spare no expense."

Sandra felt a surge of anger, but she tried to keep her cool. "That's very generous of him," Sandra said, her tone dripping with sarcasm.

Marco's eyes flicked up to Sandra's face, a hint of amusement dancing in their depths. "Xavier is a generous man," Marco said. "But he's also a man who expects to get what he wants."

Sandra felt a shiver run down her spine as she met Marco's gaze. She knew that she was in a precarious position, and she needed to be careful.

As Marco continued to discuss the wedding arrangements, Sandra found herself zoning out. She couldn't believe that she was actually going to marry Xavier Leo.

The thought sent a wave of panic washing over her, and Sandra felt herself stand up, her heart racing. "I need a minute," Sandra said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Marco's eyes narrowed, but he nodded. "Of course."

Sandra walked out of the living room, feeling like she was going to suffocate. She needed some fresh air, and she needed it now.

As she walked out onto the balcony, Sandra felt the cool breeze wash over her, calming her down. She took a deep breath, trying to clear her head.

But as she looked out over the city, Sandra's thoughts turned to Xavier Leo. What was he like, really? Was he as cold and calculating as Marco seemed to be?

Sandra didn't have the answers to these questions, but she was determined to find out.

As she stood there, lost in thought, Sandra felt a sense of resolve wash over her. She was going to get through this, no matter what.

And with that thought, Sandra walked back into the living room, ready to face whatever lay ahead.

Marco looked up as Sandra walked back into the room, a hint of surprise dancing in his eyes. "Feeling better?" he asked.

Sandra nodded, her eyes locked on Marco's face. "Yes."

Marco smiled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "Good."

As Marco continued to discuss the wedding arrangements, Sandra found herself tuning in, her mind racing with possibilities.

She was going to get through this, and she was going to come oout.

As Marco finished up the wedding arrangements, Sandra felt a sense of relief wash over her. It was almost over.

But as Marco stood up to leave, he dropped a bombshell. "Xavier wants to see you tonight," Marco said, his eyes locked on Sandra's face.

Sandra's heart skipped a beat as she processed the information. What did Xavier want to see her for?

"When and where?" Sandra asked, trying to keep her tone neutral.

Marco smiled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "He'll send a car for you at 8pm. Be ready."

Sandra nodded, feeling a sense of trepidation wash over her. What was she getting herself into?

As Marco left, Sandra felt a sense of unease settle in her stomach. She didn't know what to expect from Xavier, and that scared her.

But as she looked around her apartment, Sandra felt a sense of determination wash over her. She was going to get through this, no matter what.

Sandra spent the rest of the day getting ready, trying on different outfits and doing her hair and makeup. She wanted to make a good impression, even if she didn't want to marry Xavier.

As the clock struck 8pm, Sandra heard the sound of a car pulling up outside. She took a deep breath, grabbed her purse, and headed out the door.

The driver, a tall, imposing man with a stern expression, greeted Sandra with a nod. "Miss Park," he said. "Please, get in."

Sandra nodded, feeling a sense of trepidation wash over her. What was she getting herself into?

As the car pulled away from the curb, Sandra felt a sense of unease settle in her stomach. She didn't know what to expect from Xavier, and that scared her.

But as she looked out the window, watching the city lights blur by, Sandra felt a sense of determination wash over her. She was going to get through this, no matter what.

The car pulled up to a large, imposing mansion on the outskirts of town. Sandra's eyes widened as she took in the sight of the sprawling estate.

The driver opened the door, and Sandra stepped out, feeling a sense of awe wash over her. This was Xavier's home?

As she walked towards the front door, Sandra felt a sense of trepidation wash over her. What was she getting herself into?

The door opened, and a tall, dark-haired man stood before her. Xavier Leo.

Sandra's heart skipped a beat as she met Xavier's gaze. He was even more handsome than she had imagined, but there was something cold and calculating in his eyes that made her shiver.

"Welcome, Sandra," Xavier said, his voice low and smooth. "Please, come in."

Sandra nodded, feeling a sense of unease settle in her stomach. What did Xavier want from her?

As she stepped inside, Sandra felt a sense of trepidation wash over her. She was in Xavier's territory now, and she had a feeling that she was in grave danger.
