The Next day after Del and Kiano clashed swords

The training ground

"Big brother Del", Dalia called out to announce her and Kiano's presence in the training ground, "you guys are late" Del said, "sorry Teach. it's my fault, I got lost" Kiano politely said, "I found in wondering the town like a lost puppy ", Dalia said to provoke Kiano a bit, "you have to memorize the layout of the city so you don't get lost " del suggested, "and with that said, "your first task will be around the city, 10 laps", "do you think you can handle that much?", "I can" Kiano replied with confidence written all over him, "since Dalia is with you and she knows my jogging routes, she'll make sure you won't get lost", "Dalia", he called his little sister, "make sure to look after him so he doesn't fall into that place", "yes big brother", she replied, "what place?" Kiano tried to get in on the story, "I'll tell you on the way" Dalia insisted and started running with Kiano following, Del smiled at the both of them and said, "those two", and then he turned to the rest of the students who some were already tired, "I see some of you slacking" he shouted, "but master" one of them cried, "don't but master me, it's just 50 laps, or would you prefer I join you?" he asked and they all yelled out "no" and suddenly found strength to push further

Outside Rodina, Vlad and his group looked at the city from afar, besides them is a dried up corper of a man and a camel, "What do you know?" said Vlad to himself, "the way to the Rodina was through the storm", ""do you think he made it here?" Ba'quay looked to Vlad with his question, "I Sure hope he did", Vlad replied, "you did do a number on him though, so the chances of him getting buried in the desert is quite higher than him arriving in a desert paradise like this", sheera reminded them as she admired the view in front of her, "one of the artifacts have an healing property" Vlad notified her, "so his chances are quite higher than you think, plus, this is no paradise, it's hell or rather, the entrance to hell , "stoy, what did you find?", Vlad asked his last teammate who turned visible in front of their eyes, "they're not playing with security, there's guards at every entrance and they all seem like three to four stars", "so how do you suggest we get in?" Vlad asked and stoy pointed towards a , "over there", "for some reason, security there is lax, and from there, there's about two or three guards that we can sneak by or take out without inviting more".

Inside Rodina, Kiano and Dalia were sweating crazy on their 7th lap jog around the city,, "What's that place over there?", Kiano hands led Dalia's eyes to an ominous looking pyramid they passed by, "that's the place big brother warned about", she answered, "hmm", he uttered, "they say it's the entrance to hell and the if you venture down there, you might find the devil at the bottom, legends say ltd part of the reason Rodina is as hot as it is and why they call outside of the city Hellfire desert", "the devil huh" Kiano said, "there's a lot of stories about it", Kiano smiled and said "interesting", "you must never go there, the heat alone from that area is very intense, it's why there's fewer guards around there, plus if you manage to bear the heat and go in, chances of you coming out is super slim, many have gone in to meet with the devil as a way to prove their might, or to get a bit of treasure because there's an abundance of treasure apparently in it, but they never came back, it's why father banned anyone from going near, only those around five to six stars are allowed near it and they even fail to get past the entrance", "I see" Kiano replied with a minor ominous look on his face, "that look on your face", Dalia said, "you best not do anything that will put your life in danger, "you don't have to worry", he assured her with a warm smile, "by the way, how many stars are you?", "I just got into two star ", I see" he said and asked again, "what about Damira and del?", "hmm" she uttered and thought for a bit, "Five stars I think", "interesting", he said as they continued on their way.. They arrived at the front of the training ground after their tenth lap, both of them were short on air but Dalia was shorter, "that was a good run!", she said, "I need water" she cried quietly, "you go in" Kiano suggested, "where are you going?" she asked, "I'm not tired, I want to a bit more", "eh! " she said, "how are you not tired? Are you done sort of monster?", he smiled at her comment and ran off, "what is he made of" she asked herself and walked towards the training ground only to stop km her tracks, "wait a minute", she said, "that fool isn't planing on doing what I think he wants to do right!?", she asked herself and sprinted off following Kiano's trail.

The group of four made their way towards the mysterious place stoy told them about, stoy led them as the vanguard and so he could sneak up on the guard closest to the pyramid, the guard felt someone put him on 'a choke hold and tried to fight back only to end up dead km seconds by a stab wound to his heart from stoy, the rest if the gang joined stoy who turned visible after his act of murder,, "toss him in the pyramid", Vlad ordered stoy who raised the man and headed to the pyramid, sheera pulled her shirt looking to cool off and said,, "did anyone notice how it got hotter the moment we got here?", "that's true", replied Ba'quay, "it is way hotter than the place we were before", stoy tossed the guard into the pyramid because he couldn't stand the heat coming from within, "it's even hotter here, I wonder what's causing the heat" said stoy, "I told you right, this is the gateway to hell" Vlad opined and signaled they should move further into the city and towards the next guard.

Kiano as luck would have it, took a route that made him miss Vlad and his group by a thin thread, he found himself at the front of the pyramid felt the heat Cong down on him but also felt excited for some reason, he paused to look around and as he took a step, he got stopped in his track, "just where do you think you're going?" Dalia stopped him, "um" he uttered, "I was trying to, "no no, the pyramid is off limits, I mean, can't you feel the heat from just standing here, or what, do you want to throw your life away?", Dalia raised her voice and temper at Kiano, one of the guards at the top of a small tower not too far from them heard and placed bus attention at the young ones by the caves entrance, "isn't that the little miss?, who is that with her?", he asked himself before surprise escorted him to his death by stoy's knife to slitting his throat, "that would be our prey!", stoy replied the dead guard as he noticed Kiano from the former guards view point, he whistled and said, "he really did make it this far, and he looks like he quite alright too", stoy looked down to a building and signaled Vlad and the rest to get closer, "you won't believe what I found!", stoy drew their attention as they got to the bottom of the tower, "our target, he's back at the cave" he notified his teammates, Vlad was surprised and decided to see for himself so he jumped to the top of the tower to get a clear view and found the kids know a heated conversation, "yes!" Vlad uttered happily like a rabbit dog, "Back to the cave", he ordered sheera and Ba'quay who happily complied and rushed back to the direction they were coming from.

Dalia went on and on trying to make Kiano understand that his choice was dumb, "this is stupid, she said, let's go back to the training ground, brother must be waiting with our next task", she said to Kiano whose mind was drifting elsewhere, "do you smell that?", he asked her, "smell what",she asked, "burning flesh", he said again and started walking towards the cave, "it's coming from the cave, "now that you mention it, I have been smelling burnt flesh, I just didn't pay attention cause I was trying to stop you from been foolish", said Dalia, "speaking of paying attention, a guard should be right around here", she said again and received a notification from Kiano, "this guard here?, she walked closer while enduring the heat as much as she can, surprise didn't miss her as she saw the guard pretty burnt up, she turned around looking for may have some the guard in and before she went looking far, Sheera and Ba'quay arrived right in front of her, "well looky here", Ba'quay wore an evil smile and said, "if it isn't Prince Charming", "looks like he found a little princess", sheera added, "it's you guys! How are you here?", Kiano asked wearing angry look, "you know these guys?", Dalia asked, "they're part of the ones who murdered mum and dad", "you're making us sound like the bad guys, when all we want to do is bring you home", Ba'quay said, "how about you come with us, so we don't have to do your little girlfriend in", sheera suggested with a more sinister smile, "were you the ones responsible for the dead guard?" Dalia asked with her anger Slowly rising, "oh that guy, don't worry about him, he's not important, I doubt anyone will miss someone like him", Ba'quay said and that took Dalia's anger to Max.

Ba'quay statement pushed Dalia's anger way up, she immediately moved and appeared in front of Ba'quay with a small dagger slashing down his face, he was experienced enough to move few paces back but not without his face tasting a bit of her steel, sheera tried reaching Dalia but received a fast flying kick that pushed her back from Kiano, "we can't take them, we have to call for help", Kiano said to Dalia, "there's a bell by the tower", she said to Kiano back, "alright, go, I'm the one they want so I'm keel them busy", he said again and the two kids path ways, sheera chased after Kiano who went towards the cave, Ba'quay however was feeling like his pride was hurt from the slash he took to his face, so he decided to chase Dalia. Kiano rushed passed the burnt guard and into the pyramid with the guards sword in his hand, sheera smiled confidently as she chased after him while enduring the heat that was getting to her immensely, Dalia however was few steps ahead of Ba'quay because of the time he took to assess his injury and fall into rage and also because she knew the terrain and how to use the shortcuts towards her direction which happens to be the tower where stoy and Vlad are.

"what is that idiot doing?", said Vlad as he watched his teammate chase the Young princess, "he's letting a little scar get in the way of his priority", "that's Ba'quay for you", stoy said, "I'm going after our prize, help him get rid of the distraction and join us afterwards", Vlad said and rushed towards the pyramid Using a route different from the one Ba'quay and Dalia was on. Ba'quay chased the girl with all his might but fail to get close, "how is she so fast", he asked himself, "stop you little shit", he yelled but his yelling did nothing so he decided to bring our his weapons, he threw needles at her but her senses were not dull so she felt them coming and dodged while keeping her pace, she jumped to the top of a building to get a higher footing and he did the same while throwing more needles that never made contact with the fast and flexible warrior, me noticed her aim was the tower and decided to slow down while wearing a smile, she noticed his lack of effort to his pace and wondered what he was up to but she didn't slow down to think about it, she added more speed to her feet and arrived at the top of the tower and found the tower guard with his guts on the floor, she was angry, a bit of tears fell from her eyes as she grabbed a small hammer by the side of the dead guard and walked to the bell, she swung her hand back and forth it went to hit the bell, but the hammer never reached the bell thanks to stoy the invisible holding her hands, "that's pretty far enough young one", she heard a voice but saw nobody.

Sheera chased Kiano who went further into the pyramid, the young emperor seems to be fine even with the extreme heat, but sheera however babe already taken off some of her clothes, her sweat dripped like water from 's tap not closed to the end and every drop produced a sizzle sound and smoke immediately it touched the ground, "fuck!", she complained quietly, "this Fucking runt", Kiano ventured deeper and far from her sight, he walked passed human bones, melted weapons and wondered what lied at the end, "Runt!!" he heard sheera yell, "where are you?", she kept yelling, "is that all you can do? Run and hide like a little bitch even at the face of those who whacked your parents?", he tried neglecting her while looking around for a good spot to hide, Sheera walking looking exhausted continued throwing words to bring Kiano to her sight,I really feel bad for your parents", She Spoke out again even though she was already feeling dizzy from the heat, "to have a big pussy like you as a son, it's really sad, if it was my parents, I would rip out the hearts of those responsible, but I guess we're two different people, you're a bitch and I'm a fighter", "so it's best you keep running, cause I'll rip your little heart out if I get my hands on you".

Kiano saw her walking by all tired and covered in sweat, he rushed out from his dark hiding place with the intention to plunge his sword into her from her blind spot, she was feeling out but not so out as to not notice the incoming attack, so covered herself in stone aura and smacked the sword out of harms way with her left hand and with a her left leg, she lunched the prince to the nearby wall with a kick to his ribs, he bashed the wall and spewed out blood, he got up and gripped his sword firmly to continue his fight, "you don't look so good", he said mockingly as she noticed his sword made way through her the stone covering the tip part of her skin, "you fucking runt", "you're dead!", she cried out with rage on her face and in her tone, "from where I'm standing", he said to haunt her again, "you look like you're already dropping dead", "I think you should run home to mama", the young emperor said and she rushed at him with a punch, he Managed to roll away and ran in again with another plunging attempt, which she swiped to the side again, she sent another punch and him, he blocked it with his sword but still he was sent flying, he did not crash into the wall this time, she rushed at him and dropped consecutive punches, "they're really heavy", he thought as he took all of them with his sword as guard, she raised both her hands for a heavy attack which he dodged by moving back, her hands made a tiny crater at the point it made contact with, "phew!, he thought, "that should not make contact", he cleaned his sweat, "I think I'm getting the hang of this", he thought some more as he took a short mist stance, his aura filled his sword as he calmly waited for his opponent, sheera was at a point of exhaustion and wanted to end the battle quick, so waiting was not in her mind, she covered herself in stone aura and dashed into her target, Kiano moved as well with his sword dropping down on her, she stopped as she passed him, he let his held up breath out and put his fighting spirit out and turned back to sheera who was already coughed out blood, "you fucking runt", she exclaimed one last time before dropping dead, Kiano tried catching his breath, but he had no time as he could already hear Vlad calling out, "sheera", so the young emperor continued running further into the cave, he ran down a dark path and slipped, "who!!", he cried out as he fell further down into the dark hole with a tiny light at the extreme end

Vlad heard the sound Kiano made during his fall and ran towards the sound only to find sheera with a huge cut on her, "hmm", he uttered quietly and loomed around without moving, he walked towards the dark place Kiano went into but moved no further because the heat from emitting from that point on was even beyond what issue the cave had to offer, "this is madness, he said, "are we really getting dragged to hell by 's little kid?", he asked himself as he stood by entrance of the dark path. Kiano continued sliding and eventually dropped down into a wide bright place filled with lava and broken egg shells, he shook his head to get himself back, when his sight was clear, he noticed he was laying on shells, "what is this?", he asked himself, he looked up and saw the place he was and he was surprised, "where is this?", he asked again, "this here is not a place where humans venture into", he heard a loud voice reply and looked around but found no one, "who said that", he asked with his sword ready for a fight, the lava pit in front of him started bubbling, "it is i", said the voice again, and to his biggest surprise, his eyes found a dragon flying out of the pit of lava, "who dares enter my world?", the dragon asked as it stood boldly in front of the prince.
