Sold To The New Alpha King

It was sundown when Beta Osuof and my sister together with the rest of the warriors arrived in the Palace. I felt a sigh of relief knowing that they had traveled safely to and from the Western territory. As I had anticipated Zeina was not happy to come back early and I already knew that she wouldn't say anything to me. So I waited for Beta Osuof in the library. 


There is no sign of exhaustion on his face so I figured it was a smooth journey. "Glad to see you back sooner Beta." 


He came inside and closed the door behind him. Waiting for his report, I set aside the book that I was reading. 


"Tell me what you have observed in the West and how Alpha Joe reacted to my message."
