“Come again, Roselyn. Are you saying Raymond has a child with Miss Catherine, and he's fucking 7 years old?” Evelyn, who I had called on the phone that night since I agreed to spend some days with my parents, asked after I had narrated my findings to her. 


“My dear, I was as marveled as you are right now. But I got the information from a good source in the hospital. 


“So have you seen this boy in person?” She asked. 


“No, I haven't, but my source in the hospital asked me to come to the hospital today and see him myself. She said she would give me an opportunity to see him”. 


“If their son is truly 7 years old, doesn’t that mean she and Raymond were secretly involved while you were still dating him? After all, how else could a child older than the time you’ve been apart from Raymond exist?” She questioned.
