“She used to come in early every morning,” He began, “and stayed by your bedside until it was almost time for your parents and Harper to arrive. But she stopped after the day Harper caught her here, returning the access card I gave her. Since then, I haven’t heard from her.” 


“But you passed my message to her, right?” I asked.
