“What in the world have you done, Ivan? So the reason you were so fast in breaking up our fake relationship was for you to go dating Miss Roselyn? Honestly, what is this about her that you can't get over? What exactly do you see in her?” Harper bombarded me on call. 


In preparation to write the Bar exam after passing the internship examination, I've been frequenting our school library to study and other academic libraries and was just taking my leave from there this evening when my phone began to ring– the call ID showing that it was Harper calling me. 


At first, I wanted to ignore the call and even switch off my phone if she continued calling but on second thought, I decided to pick it up and hear her out first, after which I could then proceed to block her or switch my phone off entirely.
