Chapter 27: A New Day Dawn's.

Bella screamed and woke up, her heart racing with fear. She looked around, realizing that it was just a dream. But the memory of the footsteps and the figure emerging from the darkness lingered, making her feel uneasy.

She didn't sleep for the rest of the night, instead keeping watch over the girls as they slept peacefully. She looked at them, feeling a surge of protectiveness. They were cold, and she knew she had to do something to keep them warm.

"I need to make something to cover ourselves so that we don't catch cold," she thought to herself.

The next morning, the girls woke up, and Bella greeted them with a warm smile. "Hope you slept well," she said.

Lisa replied, "Yes, but I felt cold." The other girls nodded in agreement.

Bella said, "Today we're going to be busy. We need to find food, learn how to make fire, and make something to keep us warm."

The girls looked at her with interest, and Bella continued, "First, we need to find some food. We can't survive without eating."

She told them to help her peel some tree bark, and they headed to a small stream nearby. Bella started to make a cover out of the tree bark and leaves.

Meanwhile, she also went fishing, using a makeshift fishing line made from a piece of cloth and a twig. She caught a few fish, which she put aside for later.

Next, she looked for wild mushrooms, which she knew were edible. She found some and put them in a basket made from leaves.

Finally, she looked for stones to make fire. She found some flint stones and used them to create sparks, which eventually ignited a fire.

The girls watched in amazement as Bella worked tirelessly to prepare their meal. They helped her gather firewood and watched as she roasted the fish and mushrooms over the fire.

As the evening wore on, Bella felt a sense of accomplishment. They had food, fire, and shelter. They were safe for now.

The girls sat around the fire, eating their meal and chatting. Bella smiled, feeling happy to see them smiling.

As they finished their meal, Bella said, "Now, let's get some rest. We have a big day ahead of us tomorrow."

The girls nodded, and Bella handed out the covers she had made from tree bark and leaves. They snuggled up together, feeling warm and safe.

Bella looked at them, feeling a sense of pride and responsibility. She knew that she had to keep them safe, no matter what.

As they drifted off to sleep, Bella kept watch, listening for any signs of danger. But for now, all was quiet.
