As Jr stepped out of the house, he couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. The bright sunlight and cheerful chirping of birds seemed to contrast with the sense of unease that had settled in his stomach. He excused himself, telling Bella that he had some urgent work to attend to.
Bella nodded understandingly, and Jr headed out to meet Mr. Park. As he arrived at the designated location, he spotted Mr. Park standing beside a car on the outskirts of the city. Jr got out of his vehicle, flanked by his bodyguards, and approached Mr. Park.
"Mr. Jr, it's been a long time since we last met face-to-face," Mr. Park said, extending his hand.
Jr shook it firmly, his eyes locked on Mr. Park's. "Indeed, it has. What's this about?" he asked, his tone serious.
Mr. Park handed Jr a file. "There's been a surge in kidnapping and trafficking cases worldwide. It appears that these culprits are targeting vulnerable individuals, bringing them to Greenwood and other locations, and selling them into prostitution, harvesting their organs, and subjecting them to unimaginable abuse."
Jr's eyes widened as he scanned the file, his face pale with rage. "Are these people really human?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
Mr. Park's expression was grim. "Unfortunately, there are influential individuals involved in this, pulling the strings from behind the scenes."
Jr's jaw clenched. "It's time to start hunting these inhumans."
He asked Mr. Park about the pictures of the girls he had sent him. Mr. Park explained that he had searched through databases and contacted his connections in surrounding countries.
"What did you find?" Jr pressed.
Mr. Park hesitated before speaking. "The 10-year-old twins... their parents were killed by the kidnappers when they tried to fight back. The girls were only 6 at the time."
Jr's eyes flashed with anger. "And what about the 8-year-old girl?"
Mr. Park shook his head. "I couldn't find any information on her."
Jr's gaze fell upon the file again, his mind racing with thoughts of the innocent lives being destroyed. "Thank you, Mr. Park. Keep digging."
As Mr. Park departed, Jr's bodyguards joined him, and they drove off into the distance. Jr's determination to bring justice to the victims and their families burned brighter with every passing moment.
The darkness that had been lurking in the shadows was slowly being exposed, and Jr was ready to face it head-on.
