Server-Wide First Clear

The sudden announcement stunned the Stargate Guild members in the middle of the dungeon.

It was at this point that Stargazer, the main tank, was knocked to the ground by the cats after failing to dodge the attacks.

"Damn it!"

"Starlight! Help!"

Stargazer tried to push the cats away using his shield, but more cats lept onto him.

Having just made the mistake at such a crucial moment caused the whole team to lose its rythm.

The members who were supporting Stargazer were also under attack.

Some of the cats began their mad dash towards Starlight and Starshine.

Even with having S-tier skills, Starshine would still be very vulnerable to the cats' attacks.

Given the stat difference, fighting had become less about a test of skill and more about whether their burst damages were enough.

The mistake would soon lead the whole team into the abyss.

Starwhite fought to hold aggro and Starshine fought to deliver damages, but the supports of Starlight were not enough to prevent Starwhite from being overwhelmed, which led to his demise.

Witnessing Starwhite's death, Starshine immediately called for a retreat, deciding that there was no point to trying to fight a dungeon that someone had already beaten.

It was better to leave and improve their own levels.

"Mythslayer?"

"What guild is that? Never heard of it."

Many players read the announcement with confusion.

What guild was Mythslayer, that it was able to snatch first clear from the eight main guilds?

"This Azure guy, I think I saw him in the community earlier."

"He is a master assassin from Maple City."

"I saw a post that the Mysteria Guild has offered 50 million and 2 million in a monthly salary for him."

"Wow? That sounds like the treatment given to the holder of an S-tier talent!"

"No. It's not on par with that, but it's better than most A-tier talents. However, I think he will only be able to get that kind of money for a few months, and will be kicked out by the Mysteria Guild after they are done with him."

"So you're saying that he's a pro player who has no innate talents?"

"A pro player? Are you aware that people who play the assassin have already been comparing him to Assassin Ace in the community? Some people think Azure is on par with Ace."

A fan of Lucas scoffed. "Exaggerated? Ace is a completely different dimension. All that Azure did was an Arcane Flash. I bet he trained two years just to get that single move."

"His name is Azure not Azu, and he just won 2 million gold from the big guilds. He's not a poor Azu."

"Speaking of that, is it not possible that Azure could be Ace?"

"Impossible. Everyone knows that Ace is a member of the Mysteria Guild. This Azure has just been announced by the system as being a part of a newly emerged guild called Mythslayer. If Azure was Ace, then it would be Mysteria who was getting this first clear."

The idea had merit, and Lucas had also publicly said that he would continue to work with the Mysteria Guild before the third server opened.

Anyone who was unaware of what was going on would assume that Azure was not the Assassin Ace.

"But their team only has three members… the clear record is rather weird. At the very least, the person should be more than a pro player without the innate talent, right?"

[Ashwood Forest – Clear Time: 2 Minutes 13 Seconds]

The clear time was unbelievable.

A player asked his teammate, "What's the fastest clear time for the first-server Ashwood Forest?"

"I think the record was around 5 minutes. I remember it was set at a later time. The forest is a 10-level dungeon, and a guild had some players stay at level 10 and gave them full gold-tier sets."

"So you're saying that the forest was beaten at 2 minutes and 13 seconds… that's nuts!"

"Oh yeah, I saw Bella in the community. She always teams up with Azure."

"I heard she has powerful burst skills. So if she's on the team… then it makes sense."

"There's also Dauntless who's unknown. It's still wild that the three of them were able to snatch the clear from the eight big guilds."

After the announcement, the community quickly became filled with the names of Azure, Bella, and Dauntless.

The Mythslayer Guild had also risen as a dark horse.

[Within Ashwood Forest]

Lucas landed, and the greatsword dissipated.

Lucas remained calm, as if everything that had just happened was a mere trifle.

"Bro! That was so cool!"

Following the Feline King's demise, the remaining Feline Guards faded into the aether.

The battle had come to an end.

Lucas could have used Dauntless's abilities early, but he couldn't because Dauntless wasn't mobile enough.

If these monsters weren't held well, there was no way that Dauntless could have solved everything by himself.

There was also a chance that the cats would notice Bella and shift their attacks on her.

So Lucas had to maintain his skills to take aggro and save using the ability to kill the boss.

Witnessing the smoking King dissipate into dust, Bella started to tear up. "I thought I was actually going to be sold! I knew you wouldn't let your dear sister go to waste!"

Lucas chuckled. "Skip the sentimental act, and see what's in the box."

The Feline King had produced abundant spoils.

[Eternal Overeer – Effect 3: Leave a Name – After leaving the guild's name on the record, will gain better rewards than in normal circumstances (fewer members leads to better rewards).]

After securing the clear, the guild can have its name added to the record and get some bonuses.

Lucas had dealt with the world announcement, as he had made many appearances on it.

These bonuses had been included in the box.

In the vicinity of the King, there was a treasure chest, which contained the entire dungeon's spoils.

[Ashwood Forest Nightmare Chest]

[Chest Level: 10]

[Inside Contains: Server-First Bonus, and Nightmare Dungeon Completion Bonus – S-Tiered Rewards]

World-first clears tended to be A-tiered or even lower. The boost to the stats from Lucas's talent had bumped that up to S.

Anything higher than that was a different beast altogether.

Boss treasure chests always appeared after a boss was killed and were rewarded with items. The S and above tier can be acquired on servers.

"Open the chest."

The loot box had opened, emitting a burst of golden light!

[You have gained: Drop of Luck Elixir, Capacity Crystal (Medium) x5, Headband of Power (Silver), Boots of Pulsation (Silver), Liberating Belt (Silver), Bracers of Might (Silver), Breezy Boots (Silver), Diadem of Thoughts (Silver), Scroll of Recall x5, Large Health Potion x30, Large Mana Potion x30, Gold x163]

A drop of luck?

[Drop of Luck: +1 point of Luck (the use of this item can be used to increase luck up to 4 points).]

The luck stat was a hidden stat that can be found with very rare means. The luck stat ranges from 1 to 12.

Someone with a luck stat of 12 will have great luck, as if the world was bending to their whims.

They found six silver-tier armors in this loot box. In comparison to the normal completion of the nightmare dungeon, this would only be 15%.

With the six silver tier gears, they should be able to outmatch most players in this time period.

Lucas shared the equipment, "Dauntless, you can have this headband."

"Bella, these boots with the cast-while-moving stat are nice. You got lucky."

Lucas had been planning to buy Bella a piece of equipment that gave her the ability to cast while moving later, but the box gave her it early.

All in all, the headband, the belt, and the bracers of power were given to Dauntless.

Bella took the Diadem and the Cast-While-Moving boots.

With his[Omnipresent Domination] talent, he can duplicate anything he wants.

The "A" rank, but his talent had been good enough to rival an S-rank one.

With the skill boots, Lucas kept them for himself.

The gold and lucky potions were put into his inventory, much to the silent acceptance of Bella and Dauntless.

The kill was all thanks to Lucas, not them.

There was no way they could've gotten this kill, because without Lucas leading, they would've died in a few seconds.

Lucas drank the liquid potion without a second thought.

[Your luck stat has been permanently increased!]

"I think my luck stat is at three now."

He could also have gotten the one weapon to do missions with, but there wasn't an opportunity to do so.

"Hey Luca what do you know about the team composition we are going to be running in the future?"

Lucas had remembered that in the future.

The luck stat was a hidden stat.

"What do you mean?" "Have you guys been making any money by streaming this or selling any of this?"

Because the game was a huge hit the game was popular so there was fame.

"Did you guys even read the disclaimer because I need to make sure that you two didn't just sign up without reading any of it?"

Because the game was so popular, they're was people that would pretend to be him to take money from others, or sell items to other, so it's good that he checked.

"Are you sure about this"

"Just leave it to me." He then gave recall scrolls to the members in the group.

"When we leave we need to be ready to leave so don't make this to complicated"

Lucas knew that they were going to be swarmed so they needed to make sure that they don't stay for too long.

"Okay." All three left and went to the exit.

The moment they had teleported to the exit, the members were swarmed.

"This is annoying." The players were like vultures asking for a myriad of things.

"Azure master! How did you beat the Ashwood forest dungeon that fast?"

"What are your teammates stats? Could you show us that?"

"Azure! Want to fight with me?"

"The guild will buy this so come join!"

The man continued shouting his offer, which would stun him.

Billions of dollars in one moment would cause everyone to stop thinking.

"Dauntless." "Use the recall scroll." "But he said millions."

"I think it's time to use the scroll!" Lucas had said in a threatening manner. "Okay I guess."

Dauntless realized, to Luca millions isn't anything so he must had been right.

Snap the recall scroll activated and Luca teleported out, Bella did the same.

Luca had stayed to the end, "Hey don't forget to remind the other guild they need to pay me."
