The March to war

The Draken Empire's war camp stretched for miles, torches flickering like stars in the darkness. Soldiers moved with purpose, sharpening blades, repairing armor, whispering prayers to gods who would not answer. War was coming, and they all knew it.

Ochi Nakagura stood at the edge of the camp, watching. He was no stranger to war, but this time was different. This time, the System had reawakened. This time, there were answers waiting for him on the battlefield.

[Quest Updated: March to the Front]

Objective: Join the Draken Army's advance toward the Dominion.

Reward: +5 Strength, +5 Agility

"Even now, it pushes me forward."

He flexed his fingers, feeling the power in his veins. His stats had reset again, but his body remembered. The strength, the speed—it was all there, waiting to be reclaimed. And he would reclaim it, one battle at a time.

A familiar voice pulled him from his thoughts.

"You look like a man with unfinished business."

Ochi turned to see Raikou approaching, a confident smirk on his face. The general was already clad in full armor, his crimson cape draped over his shoulders.

"We move at dawn," Raikou continued, nodding toward the soldiers. "The Dominion's forces are gathering near Black Hollow Pass. That's where the first battle will take place."

Ochi's gaze darkened. "And the Eternal Saint?"

Raikou's smirk faded slightly. "If the reports are true, he'll be there."

Ochi exhaled slowly.

The war didn't matter. The Draken Empire didn't matter. The only thing that mattered was finding the Eternal Saint, forcing answers from him, and taking back what had been stolen from Ochi so long ago.

His family.

Raikou studied him for a moment before chuckling. "You're an interesting man, Dead Man. You don't care about this war at all, do you?"

"No," Ochi said plainly.

Raikou laughed. "Good. Neither do I."

Ochi gave him a questioning look.

"I fight because I want to," Raikou admitted. "Because it excites me. And you? You fight like a man chasing something just out of reach." His grin widened. "That makes you dangerous."

Ochi said nothing.

A horn sounded in the distance. The camp stirred. Soldiers began forming ranks, banners lifted high. The war was about to begin.

Ochi stepped forward, his fingers twitching with anticipation. The System awaited him. The battlefield awaited him.

And somewhere beyond the bloodshed, his answers awaited him too.
