God's Island - Upper Yard.
"God, the group of Blue Sea people who disappeared earlier have finally reappeared," a soldier reported respectfully to Gan Fall, the God seated upon his throne.
"Is that so? They captured our people and vanished for so long, and now they finally show themselves? Where are they? I will personally deal with them," Gan Fall said, uncharacteristically enraged.
"They are currently in 'Lovely Street.' The White Beret Unit has already begun to surround the area."
"Well done. This time, we absolutely cannot let them escape. The dignity of God is inviolable. These damnable Blue Sea people..." Gan Fall praised.
On Lovely Street, the moment Doflamingo and his crew entered, they drew the attention of the locals. However, there were very few smiles on their faces. They whispered amongst themselves, their eyes filled with apprehension.
"Hey, aren't those the Blue Sea people who escaped?"
"God said these people are extremely vicious and have committed heinous crimes. We should stay away from them."
"I heard they even captured the Captain of the Guard. We should let God handle this."
The hushed whispers among the townspeople were soft, but they were nothing to Doflamingo. It wasn't an exaggeration to say that while Doflamingo's Observation Haki might not be the strongest, in terms of sheer range, if he claimed to be second, no one would dare claim to be first. Naturally, their conversations couldn't escape his ears.
Doflamingo, aware of the situation, wasn't in a hurry. He calmly waited for someone to approach.
"Make way, make way! We are the White Beret Unit!"
A large group of soldiers wearing berets quickly arrived, instantly separating the crowd from Doflamingo's group and surrounding them.
Doflamingo's crew showed no reaction, remaining completely indifferent. Ibes, however, was slightly startled by the soldiers' actions and instinctively moved closer to Doflamingo. After all, she felt safest by his side.
"Blue Sea people, you have committed unforgivable sins by daring to kidnap our sky islanders. Surrender now, and we can still offer you lenient treatment," the captain of the White Beret Unit, overflowing with a sense of justice.
Doflamingo couldn't be bothered with these small fry. He turned to Enel and Pica and said, "Enel, Pica, this constant, isolated training isn't good for you. Only through practical experience can you hone your skills, identify your weaknesses, and become stronger. I'm leaving them to you."
Hearing Doflamingo's words, Enel and Pica didn't decline, though their responses were remarkably similar.
"With just these guys, I'm more than enough. No need for the big-eared punk."
"With just these guys, I'm enough. No need for the sissy."
Despite their words, they didn't dare disobey Doflamingo's orders.
The two constantly bickered. Though they spoke like that, their actions were faster than anyone else's.
Like two hungry wolves entering a flock of sheep, they instantly caused a huge commotion.
The White Beret captain, who had been about to speak, saw the two charge forward and, without hesitation, rushed to meet them.
"I got him first!"
"I hit him first!"
The White Beret captain was rather unfortunate. He had wanted to show off in front of his men, but he couldn't even withstand a single blow from either of them, falling after just one punch each. This shocked his men. While the White Beret Unit was indeed quite weak – even Nami, later on, could knock out McKinley with her Waver – their level was truly unimpressive. But in the eyes of the Angel Island residents, it was different. This was one of God's divine squads! Such a crushing defeat shouldn't be possible. Impossible, absolutely impossible.
"Mine! Don't steal him from me!"
"Heh, I'll take them all down!"
The surrounding White Beret soldiers were enraged by this. It was clear that Enel and Pica didn't take them seriously.
"Who do you think you're looking down on? Everyone, let's attack together!"
"Let them see the fighting spirit of the White Beret Unit!"
The White Beret soldiers swarmed them. However, the significant gap in strength made the outcome of the battle clear very quickly. It was a one-sided slaughter. They were no match for Enel and Pica.
The surrounding Angel Island residents were also deeply shaken, their faces becoming even more panicked.
"What do we do? Even the White Beret Unit has failed."
"These useless pieces of trash! They can't even handle two Blue Sea people."
"What are you panicking about? There's still God. As long as God intervenes, they'll definitely be dealt with."
"That's right, that's right! We still have God. What are we afraid of?"
Doflamingo heard their conversations perfectly, but he showed no reaction.
"I took down 10, big-eared punk," Pica declared.
"Heh, I also took down 10, sissy," Enel retorted.
The number they had defeated was evenly matched, and neither was willing to concede. Pica even taunted the fallen soldiers, "Hurry up and call for reinforcements! Bring on some strong guys, will you?"
"I'm not satisfied either. Is there anyone else?" Enel added.
"Don't be so arrogant, you Blue Sea bastards! God will not forgive you!" a soldier, pinned beneath Enel's foot, shouted defiantly.
"God? Yahahaha! That's great! Where is that guy? Hurry up and come! My fists are already starving for a fight," Enel laughed, showing no respect for God.
"Hey, big-eared punk, God is mine," Pica protested.
The soldiers who heard their conversation were furious.
"How dare you! How dare you two look down on our God!"
"Yahahaha! Then tell him to come!" Enel said dismissively.
Doflamingo, along with Ibes and the rest of the group, watched the two show off their power from a short distance, having no intention of intervening.
"He's here," Doflamingo said softly.
"My God, who's here?" Ibes, standing close to Doflamingo, asked curiously.
"Nothing, just the God of Angel Island," Doflamingo replied patiently. He was always very patient with the beautiful and lovely Ibes.
"Really?" Ibes looked around curiously, but she couldn't see Gan Fall.
"He's still far away. He's about a kilometer away, but he'll be here soon," Doflamingo explained, seeing her confusion.
"Really? My God, you're so amazing, to be able to sense him from so far away," Ibes said, her face beaming with a sweet, charming smile.
This scene was naturally overheard by the rest of the crew. Everyone was shocked. The Young Master had detected the enemy from such a great distance! Terrifying. Three minutes, maybe five, passed and suddenly, the whinny of a horse can be listened from above the sky.
"It's God! God has arrived!"
"God is finally here!"
Seeing Gan Fall's arrival, the faces of the Angel Island residents turned from gloomy to bright, and they all cheered excitedly.
The newcomer was clad in silver armor, wielding a lance, and riding a sky horse. He looked extremely imposing, a true Sky Knight. Doflamingo looked at Gan Fall in the sky. He wasn't as old and decrepit as Doflamingo remembered, with white hair and a beard. The current Gan Fall was in his prime, his combat power extraordinary.
"Blue Sea people, surrender immediately! You dare to invade our Angel Island? I will never forgive you!" Gan Fall declared from above, delivering a righteous condemnation from his lofty position.
"I'm so annoyed. What god-damn God? Hurry up and come down here and die!" Enel poked his ear with his finger, his face filled with impatience, his foot still pinning the soldier, and spoke in a very displeased tone.
"Hey, hey, hey, I'm not happy either. You dare to take a crap on our heads? Hurry up and come down. Look at you acting all high and mighty," Pica added, equally ruthless with his words.
"You two ignorant fools, die!" Gan Fall was enraged by their words. As the God of Angel Island, he had never heard such insults. He immediately spurred Pierre forward, his lance thrusting mercilessly at the two foul-mouthed individuals.
"Bring it on!"
The two were excited, showing no fear of Gan Fall's lance. They quickly moved towards Gan Fall, initiating the battle.
